dass die beiden Einselialtintle_ie auf\ die beiden Aus- selia.ltiiiclexe folren. Wenn nänilieli die Kon- iakte ;
Es findet also kein Aus-sehalten statt.
Timer The present invention relates to. a sehaltuhr with a day dial and a week dial, with at least one watch-out index that can be freely adjusted in a district on the day dial, and a similar watch-out index. Such time switches already exist
whose vacation window works with devices that prevent people from stopping on certain, freely selectable vacation days. The present invention is not shown in that, in the further means, cooperate with the weeklong window, with which the switching off can be blocked on certain freely selectable days of the week.
Particularly expedient is a curl distribution in which the means for blocking viewing as well as blocking exposure are axially adjustable pins, which are arranged on a circle concentric to the weekly disk axis for each viewing cycle.
Enclosed! The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. The Fig.l is a view of a switching clock from behind, that is. in the direction of arrow _l of FIG. 2, which in turn is a view from above, that is, in the direction of arrow B of Mg.
In the Selialt clock shown in the figures, various parts have been omitted to achieve better clarity, so all the means such as the synchronous motor with the attached gearwheels, the housing, the electrical connections are the drive of the day disk etc.
On the front of a base plate 1, on the axis: 2, the day disc 3 is attached in a known manner. On its top is the dial and two set pins 3a so that they can be adjusted by hand. can. The fixed time indicator is not shown in the drawing.
Two switch-on indexes 4 and 5 and two somewhat longer switch-off indexes 6 and 7 are clamped under half of the hour disc 3, which rotate with the day disc, but are freely adjustable in relation to them. These four indexes have switching pins 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a protruding to the rear. The two tabs 8a and 9a of levers 8 and 9 lie in the path of these switching pins.
These two ilebel are mounted pivotably about the axis 10. They are pulled to the left (in the figures) by springs 11 and 12, so that the tabs 8a and 9a abut the edge of the opening 13 present in the base plate 1 through which they penetrate. Each of the two levers 8 and 9 now carries a further lever 14, respectively. 15. These last two levers are two-armed and are of springs 17, respectively. 16 pressed against this ratchet wheel 18 and 19, respectively.
These ratchet wheels are, with. the cam wheel 20 and the star disc 21 provided with six. The latter has six indentations so that it can be stopped by the double spring 22 in twelve different stalls. A spring-loaded pawl 23 works together with the ratchet wheels 18 and 19, which prevents this wheel set from turning back (FIG. 1: clock = clockwise) about the axis 24.
Seated on a triangular support plate 25 fastened behind the base plate 1. a) v ochenscheibe 26, which protrudes through a round recess in the Grarndplat.te: hinclureh forwards ..
This week disc contains seven axially displaceable pins on two circles arranged concentrically with the disc axis, only the seven switch-on blocking pins 27-33 and on the outer circle. The seven ALicsehal.locking pins 3-1-40 on the inner circle. The pins on the outer circle can be moved into the area of the lever 1.1, those on your inner circle into the area of the lever 15.
These pins are designed as screws, so that they can be moved easily and safely from one position to the other with the aid of a screwdriver (in FIG. 2, part of the reading retaining pins is omitted).
The ZVoehenseheibe has seven larger and seven. minor incisions, the first. for the continuation index 41, which is adjustably connected to the day disk, and the second for the retaining spring 4 \ ?.
With 43, 44, 45 and 46 the switching contacts are designated, of which the first two are attached to the connection terminal in the C housing and the other two are each attached to a contact spring 47 and 48, respectively. Each contact spring is mounted at one end on the connection terminal on the housing and carries an insulating pin 49 or 50 at its end.
The pin 49 is the actual control pin, which works together with the Noekenracl 20, while the pin 50 transmits the movement of the contact spring 47 to the contact spring 48 so that the contacts 44 and 46 can be seen at the same time. the contacts 43 and 45 open and close.
The time switch works as follows: The drawn clockwork that z. B. before a Spnehron motor can be driven, the day disk rotates in the direction of arrow 51. From the position shown, the Fortselialtinde_x 41 will first move the Woehenseheihe 26 forward, cl. H. turn by a seventh.
Then the switching pin 4cc of the switching index 4 becomes a cloth Scr. of the lever 8 and take it with you against the force of the spring 11. The lever 14 comes, so by the spring 17 into engagement with your sewing Zalui of the IZ ratchet wheel, s 18.
As the day wheel continues to turn, the shift pin .5a slides. past the tab 8a, so that the spring 11 retracts the lever S, whereby the ratchet wheel 18 and with it the entire set of wheels is rotated by a twelfth in the direction of the arrow 52.
The @eekenrad 20 driiel; t. Now the holiei pen 49 and with it the contact spring to the rear, so that the contact. 13 and 45 and at the same time the contact 44 and 46 are opened.
If you now see the day cellar lily turn further, come. the Sehaltstift @ 6a with the Lap pen 9cr. of the lever. S in engagement and the lever 15 keeps the wheelset uni. a twig further, so that the contacts can close again.
If only one hinselialtnn ,: and one waiting, should take place in the course of a day, @o the four Selialt- in.dexes 4, 5, 6 and 7 are arranged in such a way that
that the two Einselialtintle_ie follow the two Ausselia.ltiiiclexe. If nänilieli the contacts;
eseliloeen are, i.e., if all parts take the position set in the Zeielinun, clarg, and the lever 9 is pivoted, the lever 15 can never engage in the next tooth of the ratchet wheel 7 9, because the index pin 6a . leaves the nose 9n,
before the Versehwenlun has grown sufficiently large. If the time switch is not supposed to switch on on a certain day (e.g. a Sunday), the corresponding Eina.ltsperrstift (i.e. one of the pins 34-40, e.g.
B. as shown in the drawing. the pin 34) so that it comes in the range of the lever 1.4; however, if it is to be switched off, the appropriate external lock-out lock is provided so that it comes into the area of the lever 14.
When the lever 8 is swiveled incorrectly, the lever 1-1 is now lifted off the locking wheel 19 by the pin 27 so that it cannot turn it when it is turned back. So there is no waiting. The blocking of watching is done in the same way.
Of course, the ZVoehenseheibe could also be built in fourteen parts. (for switching, two incremental indexes 41 would be required), so that switching on or off can be blocked on individual mornings or afternoons.
