Die erfindungsgemässe Dampfkraftanlage zur Ausübung des Verfahrens ist gekennzeich net durch ein Leitungssystem, welches vom Austritt des von der ersten, dem Niedei-druek- zwischenüberhitzer zugeordneten Feuerung beheizten Rohrsystems unter Umgehung der Hocbdruel:- und der lIitteldruel:turbine und des dazwischengeschalteten Hochdruekzwi- schenüberhitzer;
Method for starting up a steam power plant The invention described below relates to a method for starting up a steam power plant, which has a forced-flow steam generator with two parallel-connected, independently heated pipe systems, each with an evaporator and a superheater, and three turbines for three relaxation stages with two intermediate superheaters,
the Niecler-pressure superheater connected between the medium-pressure and the low-pressure turbine is heated by a first furnace and the two high-pressure superheaters connected between the high-pressure and medium-pressure turbines are heated by a second furnace. The invention also relates to a steam power plant for practicing the method.
In known steam generators, the reheaters are arranged in a zone of increased temperature, that is as close as possible to the combustion chamber, so that the superheating steam can be brought to the highest possible temperature. On the other hand, this arrangement requires that the intermediate superheater be sufficiently cooled during operation by means of steam flowing through it, or the furnace must be set so weakly that the intermediate superheater cannot suffer any damage.
This last-mentioned measure is taken, for example, in the start-up period, during which the reheaters are normally not cooled as long as no steam is flowing through the turbines. During this period, the combustion chamber must be kept very small. This in turn requires a very long period of time - especially in the case of large systems - until superheated steam is generated and can be fed into the turbines.
When charging the turbines - for example, to preheat them - the steam must be superheated, at least to the point that it no longer contains any water inclusions. The entire start-up process until a steam generator is at full load can take 12 to 24 hours as a result of these coherences.
The purpose of the inventive method is to shorten the start-up time significantly. The process is characterized by the following steps: A. Both pipe systems are charged with 15 to 40% of the feed water volume required at the maximum permissible continuous output, and the discharged working medium is discharged into the condenser, bypassing the turbines and the reheater, B.
then both furnaces are ignited, but only set as strong as it is admissible without risk for the still uncooled reheater, L. after the start of steam generation in the pipe system heated by the first furnace, the steam is first passed through the low-pressure mixing superheater and the output of the first firing increased to 15 to 40% of the maximum output, D.
After the overheating temperature has been reached, the steam from the last-named pipe system is partly led through the low-pressure and medium-pressure turbines and the interposed high-pressure inter-hot superheater, mixed with the remaining part of the steam bypassing the turbines and passed through the low-pressure interim superheater and then part of it is passed through the low-pressure turbine into the condenser, whereby the turbines are kicked and preheated, E.
then the second furnace is set to 15 to 401 / o of its maximum output., F. After reaching an approximately equal steam state at the outlet of both superheaters, both pipe systems are switched in parallel, and the steam from both pipe systems is fed into the turbines, which then continue heated and brought up to the nominal speed while idling, G. finally the system is loaded, the entire superheated steam is fed into the turbines and the combustion output and the feed water quantity according to the load. a set.
Because, according to the inventive method, one of the intermediate superheaters is cooled immediately after the formation of steam, the output of the associated furnace can be increased relatively quickly and the associated pipe system can deliver superheated steam much earlier than before. As a result, loading of the turbines can begin earlier. However, this also cools the second reheater, and the second pipe system can then be brought up to the operating state relatively quickly.
As a result of this nesting of processes that usually run close together or in parallel, the start-up time of the C) ampfkraftanlage is considerably shortened.
The steam power plant according to the invention for carrying out the method is characterized by a line system which starts from the exit of the pipe system heated by the first furnace assigned to the low pressure superheater, bypassing the high pressure: turbine and the interposed high pressure superheater;
s leads to the inlet of the low-pressure second superheater, further through a start-up cooler arranged in this line system, from which the separated water can be fed into the condenser, further through a second line system, which from the outlet of the second, the IIoclidrucl:
Intermediate superheater assigned furnace, bypassing the high-pressure and medium-pressure turbines and the high-pressure secondary superheater in between, leads into the condenser, and finally through a further start-up cooler in the last-mentioned line system, in which working equipment that leaves the Nieclerclruekzwiselien superheater
and from which the separated water can be fed into the condenser.
An embodiment of a steam power plant according to the invention for the practice of the method is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In connection therewith, the method according to the invention is also described, for example.
The steam power plant shown has a turbine set with a high pressure turbine 1, a 1Iitteldruekturbine? and a low-pressure turbine 3, which sit together on a shaft and drive a generator 4 as well as an auxiliary machine 4a. The steam generator of this system has two combustion chambers, of which the combustion chamber 5 is heated by a furnace 6 and the combustion chamber 7 is heated by a furnace 8.
During operation, water is fed from the condenser 9 by means of the feed pump 10 through the line 11 into the preheater 12. From there, the working fluid flows on the one hand via the differential pressure valve 17 and the feed valve 18 into the evaporator 19 and the superheater 20, which are heated by the fire 8 and form a first pipe system, and on the other hand via the differential pressure valve 13 and the feed valve 14 in the evaporator 15 and the superheater 16, which are heated by the furnace 6 and a second,
the pipe system connected in parallel to the first-mentioned pipe system. Behind the two steam valves 21 and 22 at the outlet of the superheater 16 and 20, respectively, the working fluid coming from the two Rohrsyste men united and is passed through the line 23 via the valve 24 into the high pressure turbine 1.
From there flows. it through the line 26 into the high-pressure superheater 27 heated by the furnace 6, further through the line 28 and via the valve 29 into the medium-pressure turbine 2, then through the line 30 into the low-pressure reheater 31 heated by the furnace 8, furthermore through the line 32 via the valve 33 into the low-pressure turbine 3 and from there back into the condenser 9.
If you want to put the system into operation, then working fluid from the Kon capacitor 9 by means of the feed pump 10 via the line 11 and the preheater 12 via the valves 17, 18 and 13, 14 in the two pipe systems of the steam generator.
When starting up, the amount of feed water should not be too large so that it warms up quickly. On the other hand, however, it must not be too small, as otherwise the speed of the working fluid in the pipes would be too low to cause sufficient heat exchange with the pipe wall to cool the pipes and to - for example, in downpipes in so-called single-pipe steam generators - to drag vapor bubbles against their buoyancy.
Depending on the design of the steam generator, this value of the feed water quantity is between 15 and 401 / o of the feed water quantity which corresponds to the maximum permissible continuous load.
From the exit of the superheater 20, the working fluid is passed through the bypass valve 34 opened during the driving process and the line 34a through the start-up cooler 35, from which it is returned directly to the capacitor 9 via the condensate 36 and the line 37.
Analogously, from the outlet of the superheater 16, the working medium is guided via the bypass valve 45, which is opened during the start-up process, the start-up cooler 41, the condensation trap 43 and the line 44 into the condenser 9.
Both furnaces 6 and 8 are ignited and initially adjusted so that the reheaters that have not yet flowed through and thus with uncooled reheaters 31 and 27 cannot suffer any damage.
For example, it is advantageous if the pipe systems are heated by ignition systems as long as the intermediate superheaters are not cooled.
As soon as steam arises at the outlet of the superheater 20, it is passed through the still open bypass valve 34 into the drive cooler 35 and from there through the lines 38 and 30 into the low-pressure reheater 31 and further through the line 32, from which it - as long as the valve 33 in front of the low-pressure turbine 3 is kept closed during the start-up process, via the line 40 and the valve 39 is fed into the second start-up cooler 41.
From there, the working fluid can also pass into the condenser 9 either in vapor form via the line 42 or as separated water through the condensate 43 and the line 44. Water separated in the start-up cooler 35 is passed into the capacitor 9 via the Kon denstopf 36 and the guide trough 37. Since the low-pressure superheater 31 is now cooled, the furnace 8 can be set to an amount corresponding to the amount of feed water flowing through in a cooled manner, that is to say 15 to 40% of its maximum output.
The working medium will heat up more quickly than before, and superheated steam will be produced at the outlet of the superheater 20 significantly earlier than in a system with an initially uncooled reheater. This initially continues to flow via the bypass valve 34 on the path described above through the low-pressure reheater 31, in order to cool it.
However, after opening the steam valve 22 and valve 24, part of it is now passed into the high-pressure reheater 1 and from there through the high-pressure reheater 27 into the medium-pressure turbine 2, after which it is in line 30 with the remaining part of the turbine bypassing it Steam emerging from line 38 is mixed and flows through the low-pressure reheater 31 together with it.
Not all of the steam leaving the low-pressure intermediate superheater 31 is passed directly via the start-up cooler 41 into the condenser 9, but rather a portion which corresponds to the amount of steam flowing through the first two turbines 1, 2 is released via the valve 33 after opening Low pressure turbine 3 led into the condenser 9.
On the one hand, this causes the three turbines to be activated and preheated; on the other hand, the high-pressure reheater 27 is now also cooled. From this point on, the furnace 6 can be set up to 15 to 40% of its maximum output.
The working medium exiting from the superheater 16, which, as already mentioned, was routed to the condenser 9 via the bypass valve 45, the start-up cooler 41, the condensate trap 43 and the line 44, can exit the start-up cooler as soon as evaporation begins 41 reach the condenser 9 via the line 42.
When superheated steam finally leaves the superheater 16 and this has approximately the same state as the steam emerging from the superheater 20, the bypass valves 34 and 45 are closed and the steam valve 21 is opened, whereby both pipe systems are connected in parallel and the steam from both Pipe systems are fed jointly to the high-pressure turbine 1 and thus to the two other turbines, thereby heating the turbines further and bringing them up to their nominal speed when idling.
The steam power plant can now be loaded and both the feed water quantity and the combustion output can be adjusted depending on the required load.
It is advantageous to give the steam flowing from the line 38 into the line 30 the same temperature as the steam after leaving the medium-pressure turbine. be seated. For this reason, the start-up cooler 35 is provided with an injection device, which is supplied from the feedwater line 11 dureli a line 47 and a valve 48 What water to cool the steam flowing through the bypass valve 34 and line 34a.
It is advantageous to regulate the valve 48 as a function of the steam temperature after the confluence of the Lei device 38 in the line 30. In a similar way, as is the case in the present example, the start-up cooler 41 can also be included. An injection device which can be regulated by a valve 49 can be provided, by means of which the steam flowing in via the valves 39 or 45 can be cooled to such an extent that it is reflected in the condenser.
