Description
Yentilatorrad für Lüftungsanlagen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ventila- torrad für Lüftungsanlagen mit zwischen einem Boden und einem äussern Führungsring verlegten, an diesen Teilen gehaltenen Schau feln. Das Rad ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innern Schaufelkanten je auf einer Gera den liegen, welche windschief zur Rotations achse des Rades liegt und ihren kleinsten Ab stand von dieser Achse ausserhalb der Schau felkante hat, und dass die Schaufeln zwischen der äussern und der innern Schaufelkante gebogen verlaufen.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh- rungsform dargestellt.
Fig.1 zeigt in der obern Hälfte einen Schnitt und in der untern Hälfte eine Seiten ansicht des Ventilatorrades.
Fig. 2 ist eine Ansicht des Ventilatorrades von der Saugseite aus.
Das Ventilatorrad besitzt einen Boden 1, der mit dem einen Ende der nicht dargestell ten Antriebswelle verbunden ist. Mit diesem Boden ist der bodenseitige angebogene Rand 3 der Schaufeln 2 durch Schweissen und der gleichen fest verbinden. Der gegenüberlie gende Rand der Schaufeln ist an seiner äussern Stelle 4 mit einem zum Boden 1 par allel angeordneten Ring 5 fest durch Sehwei ssen oder dergleichen verbunden. Die innern Schaufelkanten 10 liegen je auf einer zur Ro tationsachse 7 des Rades windschiefen Gera den, die, wie der Kreis 6 erkennen lässt, ihren kleinsten Abstand von dieser Achse ausserhalb- der Kante 10 hat.
Zwischen der äussern und der innern Kante verlaufen die Schaufeln gebogen. Die äussern Schaufelkanten 8 sind gerade, tangieren einen zum Rad gleichachsi gen Zylinder 11, dessen Durchmesser iun an nähernd ein Viertel bis ein Fünftel der axia len Breite des Rades kleiner ist als der grösste Raddurchmesser, und eilen den radial inner sten Stellen 9 der innern Schaufelkanten nach. Je nach der zu fördernden Luftmenge und der Drehzahl des Ventilatorrades ändern sieh die Schaufellänge und somit der Durch messer des Ventilatorrades.

Fig.1 shows a section in the upper half and a side view of the fan wheel in the lower half.
Fig. 2 is a view of the fan wheel from the suction side.
The fan wheel has a bottom 1 which is connected to one end of the drive shaft not dargestell th. The curved edge 3 of the blades 2 on the bottom side is firmly connected to this bottom by welding and the like. The opposite edge of the blades is at its outer point 4 with a ring 5 arranged par allel to the bottom 1 by Sehwei or the like. The inner blade edges 10 each lie on a straight line which is crooked with respect to the rotation axis 7 of the wheel and which, as the circle 6 shows, has its smallest distance from this axis outside the edge 10.
The blades are curved between the outer and inner edge. The outer blade edges 8 are straight, tangent to a cylinder 11 equiaxed to the wheel, the diameter of which is almost a quarter to a fifth of the axial width of the wheel smaller than the largest wheel diameter, and rush the radially innermost points 9 of the inner blade edges to. Depending on the amount of air to be conveyed and the speed of the fan wheel, change the blade length and thus the diameter of the fan wheel.
