Dispositif <B>de</B> fixation <B>d'une</B> montre L'objet de la présente invention est un dis positif de fixation d'une montre, comprenant un élément constitué par deux pattes solidaires du fond de la boîte de la montre et pliées de manière à former une douille présentant une ouverture médiane, longitudinale, douille dans laquelle un bracelet peut être passé de ma nière à y coulisser librement.
Le but de l'invention est de créer un dis positif de fixation permettant de porter la montre indifféremment au poignet ou en un autre endroit ; le dispositif qui en fait l'objet est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un second élément constitué par un organe de fixation solidairq d'un support susceptible d'être glissé à l'intérieur de la douille formée par lesdites pattes, des moyens étant disposés sur au moins l'un des deux éléments de ce dis positif de fixation, en vue d'assurer une fixa tion amovible dudit support à l'intérieur de ladite douille.
Une forme d'exécution du dispositif, objet de l'invention, est représentée, à titre d'exem ple, au dessin annexé, dans lequel la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'un élément de ce dispositif, la montre étant fixée à un bracelet ; et la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective de l'au tre élément dudit dispositif de fixation. Dans la fig. 1, le fond 1 de la boîte 2 d'une montre porte deux pattes 3, allongées et pliées en 4 à angle droit, de manière à former une douille, ouverte aux deux extrémités, et pré sentant une ouverture médiane, longitudinale 5.
La section de cette douille est un rectangle aplati, de même forme que celle d'un bracelet 6, dont l'extrémité 7, opposée à la bride de fermeture, non représentée, peut être intro duite dans ladite douille et glissée au travers de celle-ci jusque dans la position représentée à la figure. Si le bracelet remplit bien la douille, la montre est tenue de façon suffisam ment ferme pour pouvoir être portée comme montre-bracelet, sans autre moyen de fixation de la montre au bracelet.
Deux ouvertures 8, dont une seule est vi sible au dessin, sont pratiquées dans les faces des pattes 3, perpendiculaires au fond 1, qui forment ainsi des gâches. Ce premier élément du dispositif de fixation, qui est solidaire de la boîte de la montre, comprend encore une butée constituée par deux saillies 9, disposées sur le fond 1, à l'une des entrées de ladite douille.
Le second élément du dispositif de fixa tion est représenté à la fig. 2. Il comprend un organe de fixation constitué par une épingle 10, solidaire d'un support 11 en forme de lyre. Les deux montants 12 de cette lyre constituent des bras élastiques munis chacun d'un verrou latéral 13. Chacun de ces verrous présente une face de blocage 14 et une face inclinée 15.
Chaque bras 12 se prolonge au delà de la face 14 de son verrou 13, de manière à former une encoche 16 et présenter une tête 17, dé coupée en 18. La distance entre la face de blo cage 14 du verrou 13 et la face d'arrêt 19 de la tête 17 est égale à la longueur de la por tion 20 de la douille, comprise entre le bord de l'ouverture 8 et l'extrémité de sa paroi la térale. Enfin, dans la position de la fig. 2, la largeur du support 11, mesurée entre les fonds des deux encoches 16, est légèrement supé rieure à la largeur intérieure de la douille fixée au fond 1 de la boîte.
Pour porter la montre de la fig. 1 comme broche, il suffit d'introduire le support 11 dans la douille constituée par les pattes 3 en le glis sant parallèlement à lui-même de la position représentée dans la fig. 2 jusqu'au moment où la base de la lyre pénètre dans cette douille par l'extrémité de droite dans la fig. 1. L'épin gle 10 s'engage alors dans l'ouverture longitu dinale 5 de cette douille. On pousse ensuite l'élément de la fig. 2 à l'intérieur de la douille, jusqu'à ce que les faces 15 des verrous 13 pé nètrent dans cette douille en provoquant un rapprochement des bras 12.
En continuant ce mouvement, les verrous 13 arrivent enfin en face des ouvertures 8, dans lesquelles ils pé nètrent automatiquement en raison de l'élas ticité des bras 12. A ce moment-là, le support 11 ne peut pas être introduit plus avant dans ladite douille car les faces d'arrêt 19 butent contre les parois latérales de la douille, les por tions 20 de ces pattes étant engagées dans les encoches 16.
Le support 11 est alors maintenu ferme ment en place à l'intérieur des pattes 3, et l'épingle 10 peut être manaeuvrée librement, en vue de fixer la montre comme une broche sur une pièce de vêtement, à l'endroit voulu.
Pour retirer l'épingle 10 avec son support 11 de la douille formée par les pattes 3, en vue de transformer la montre, par exemple en montre-bracelet, il suffit de saisir les deux têtes 17 de la lyre entre deux doigts en enga- géant les ongles dans les découpures 18, et de rapprocher les bras 12 l'un de l'autre par pression, en vue de dégager les verrous 13 des ouvertures 8.
Le support 11 présente encore un épau lement 21 à sa face inférieure, destiné à s'ap puyer contre la butée constituée par les deux saillies 9 du fond 1 de la boîte, disposées à l'entrée gauche de la douille. Ces saillies em pêchent notamment l'introduction depuis la gauche de l'épingle 10 dans la douille cons tituée par les pattes 3.
Le dispositif de fixation décrit permet ainsi au porteur de la montre de la transfor mer à son gré, indifféremment en montre-bra celet ou en montre-broche.

One embodiment of the device, object of the invention, is shown, by way of example, in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an element of this device, the watch being attached to a bracelet; and fig. 2 is a perspective view of the other element of said fixing device. In fig. 1, the bottom 1 of the case 2 of a watch carries two tabs 3, elongated and folded in 4 at right angles, so as to form a sleeve, open at both ends, and having a median, longitudinal opening 5.
The section of this sleeve is a flattened rectangle, of the same shape as that of a bracelet 6, the end of which 7, opposite the closing flange, not shown, can be introduced into said sleeve and slipped through it. here up to the position shown in the figure. If the bracelet fills the socket well, the watch is held firmly enough to be able to be worn as a wristwatch, without any other means of fixing the watch to the bracelet.
Two openings 8, only one of which is visible in the drawing, are made in the faces of the tabs 3, perpendicular to the bottom 1, which thus form keeps. This first element of the fixing device, which is integral with the case of the watch, further comprises a stop constituted by two projections 9, arranged on the base 1, at one of the inlets of said sleeve.
The second element of the fixing device is shown in FIG. 2. It comprises a fixing member constituted by a pin 10, integral with a support 11 in the form of a lyre. The two uprights 12 of this lyre constitute elastic arms each provided with a lateral lock 13. Each of these locks has a locking face 14 and an inclined face 15.
Each arm 12 extends beyond the face 14 of its lock 13, so as to form a notch 16 and present a head 17, cut into 18. The distance between the blocking face 14 of the lock 13 and the face of The stop 19 of the head 17 is equal to the length of the portion 20 of the sleeve, between the edge of the opening 8 and the end of its wall la teral. Finally, in the position of FIG. 2, the width of the support 11, measured between the bottoms of the two notches 16, is slightly greater than the internal width of the socket fixed to the bottom 1 of the box.
To wear the watch of FIG. 1 as a spindle, it suffices to introduce the support 11 into the socket formed by the tabs 3 by sliding it parallel to itself from the position shown in FIG. 2 until the base of the lyre enters this socket from the right end in fig. 1. The pin 10 then engages in the longitudinal opening 5 of this sleeve. The element of FIG. 2 inside the socket, until the faces 15 of the bolts 13 enter this socket, causing the arms 12 to come together.
Continuing this movement, the bolts 13 finally arrive in front of the openings 8, into which they enter automatically due to the elasticity of the arms 12. At this time, the support 11 cannot be inserted any further into the opening. said bush because the stop faces 19 abut against the side walls of the bush, the portions 20 of these tabs being engaged in the notches 16.
The support 11 is then held firmly in place inside the tabs 3, and the pin 10 can be maneuvered freely, with a view to fixing the watch as a pin on a piece of clothing, at the desired location.
To remove the pin 10 with its support 11 from the socket formed by the tabs 3, with a view to transforming the watch, for example into a wristwatch, it suffices to grasp the two heads 17 of the lyre between two fingers. giant nails in the cutouts 18, and bring the arms 12 together by pressure, in order to release the locks 13 from the openings 8.
The support 11 also has a shoulder 21 at its lower face, intended to rest against the stop formed by the two projections 9 of the bottom 1 of the box, arranged at the left inlet of the socket. These projections prevent in particular the introduction from the left of the pin 10 into the socket constituted by the tabs 3.
The fixing device described thus allows the wearer of the watch to transform it at will, indifferently into a watch-bra celet or a watch-brooch.
