Drahtseilreinigungsapparat Zum Reinigen von Drahtseillitzen hatte man bis heute verschiedene Apparatentypen, welche jedoch nicht voll befriedigt haben. Der Apparat soll. so einfach sein, dass jeder Hilfs arbeiter die Reinigung vornehmen kann. Zu dem müssen die alten Fett- und Staubrück stände nicht verschmiert, sondern ausgewor fenwerden. Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar. Fig. 1 und 2 stellen den Seiligel 2 in Front und Seitenansicht dar, Fig. 3 und 4 die Grundplatte 1 in Stirn- und Seitenansicht. Der dargestellte Apparat besteht aus zwei Hauptteilen, nämlich der Grundplatte 1 und dem Seiligel 2.
Die Grundplatte 1 besteht aus zwei Backen 1.1 und 1B, die bestimmt, sind, das Seil 11 lose zu umfassen und zum Auf bringen auf das Seil 11 auf der einen Seite ein Scharnier 1C und auf der andern Seite einen Verschluss 1D zum Arretieren der Grundplatte aufweist. Ausserdem sind an der Grundplatte 1 an jeden der vier Ecken Ketten oder Seilstücke 12 angebracht, deren Zweck noch erläutert werden wird. Der Seiligel 2 weist zwei zweiteilige, z. B. aus Leichtmetall, Wangen 2A und 2B auf, die wie die Grund platte 1 mit Scharnier 8 und Verschluss 9 versehen sind zum Aufbringen des Seiligels 2 auf dein zu reinigenden Seil 11.
Zwischen den Wangen 2r1 und 2B sind über den Um fang derselben gleichmässig verteilte und an denselben mittels Schrauben festgemachte Träger 3 für die Bündel aus Federstahldraht 4 angeordnet, welche durch Abdeckbleche befestigt sind. An den Aussenflächen der Wangen sind, um die bisher verwendeten Kugellager zu vermeiden, Kugelbolzen 7 ein gepresst. Schliesslich weisen die beiden Wan gen 2A und 2B zwei zweiteilige, auswechsel bare Einsätze 10 aus gehärtetem Stahl auf, die dem jeweiligen Seildurchmesser anzupas sen sind, und mittels Schrauben E in ihrer Stellung gesichert sind.
Der dargestellte Drahtseilreinigungsappa rat wird bei einem umlaufenden Zugseil z. B. folgendermassen verwendet.: Auf das zu rei nigende Seil 11 werden Grundplatte 1 und Seiligel 2 eingeführt, und zwar so, dass in der Laufrichtung des Seils 11 gesehen sich die Grundplatte 1 vor dem Seiligel 2 befindet und .mittels der Verschlüsse gesichert ist. Die Grundplatte 1. wird zur Inbetriebnahme ver mittels der Befestigungsketten oder Drahtseil- stücke 12 fliegend festgehalten.
Bewegt sich das Seil 11, so dreht sich der Seiligel 2 infolge des Eingreifens der Drahtbündel 4 in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Litzen des Seils 11, wobei er mittels Kugelbolzen 7 auf der Grundplatte 1 gleitet.. Durch diese Drehung des Seiligels 2 um das Seil 11 werden die Rückstände von Schmutz und Fett ausgewor fen.
Dank des Umstandes, dass Kugelbolzen 7 auf beiden Stirnflächen angeordnet. sind, kann die Reinigung in jeder Laufrichtung des Seils 1.1 erfolgen. Bei Tragseilen wird der Seiligel 9- mit der Grundplatte 1 von der fahrenden Kabine oder Gondel nachgezogen, bei Zug seilen oder Standseilen vor dem Antriebsrad mittels Befestigungsorganen 12 ortsfest ge sichert.

B. used as follows: The base plate 1 and rope hedgehog 2 are inserted onto the rope 11 to be cleaned, in such a way that the base plate 1 is located in front of the rope hedgehog 2 in the running direction of the rope 11 and is secured by means of the locks. The base plate 1. is held in a floating position by means of the fastening chains or pieces of wire rope 12 for commissioning.
If the rope 11 moves, the hedgehog 2 rotates as a result of the wire bundles 4 engaging in the spaces between the strands of the rope 11, sliding on the base plate 1 by means of ball pins 7. This rotation of the hedgehog 2 around the rope 11 the residues of dirt and grease are thrown out.
Thanks to the fact that ball studs 7 are arranged on both end faces. cleaning can take place in any direction of the rope 1.1.
