Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Sicherung gegen     axiale    Verschiebung von Laufschaufeln und Zwischenstücken  von     Turbomaschinen       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung  zur Sicherung gegen axiale Verschiebung von  Laufschaufeln und Zwischenstücken, welche  mit ihren Füssen in- Längsnuten des Läufers  einer Turbomaschine eingesetzt sind und in  radialer Richtung durch diese Füsse gehalten  werden.  



  erfindungsgemäss wird eine solche Siche  rung dadurch erreicht, dass ungefähr in der  Mitte der     zu    sichernden Teile in eine am Um  fang des Läufers eingedrehte Nut Siche  rungsstücke eingelegt sind, welche in die zu  sichernden Teile eingreifen und durch diese  Teile selbst in radialer Richtung gehalten  werden. Zweckmässig werden diese     Siche-          i-ungSstüeke        T-förmig    ausgebildet, wobei sie  mit, ihrem schmäleren Teil in entsprechende  Nuten der zu sichernden Teile eingreifen.  



  In der Zeichnung ist als Beispiel eine  Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Si  cherungsvorrichtung dargestellt.  



       Fig.1.    zeigt einen Querschnitt senkrecht  zur     Axe    durch einen Teil eines Läufers mit  durch     Tannenbaumfüsse    gehaltenen Schaufeln,       Fig.2    einen entsprechenden Querschnitt       durch    einen Läufer mit durch     T-förmige    Füsse  gehaltenen Schaufeln und       Fig.3    eine schräge Ansicht eines nach       Fig.1    ausgeführten     Läuferteils    mit nur einer  eingesetzten Schaufel.  



  Gemäss den     Fig.1.    und 3 sind Schaufeln 1  in Längsnuten 2 eines Läufers 3 eingesetzt,    von welchem nur ein Ausschnitt dargestellt  ist. Die Schaufeln werden hierbei in diesen  Längsnuten durch     Tannenbaumfüsse    4 in ra  dialer Richtung gehalten.  



  Am Umfang des Läufers, ungefähr in der  Mitte der gegen axiale Verschiebung in den  Längsnuten zu sichernden Schaufeln, ist eine  Nut 5 eingedreht. In diese Nut sind     T-för-          mige    Sicherungsstücke 6 eingelegt, welche mit  ihrem schmäleren Teil in entsprechende Nu  ten 7 der Füsse der Schaufeln 1 eingreifen.  Die     Sicherungsstücke    werden dabei durch die  Schaufelfüsse selbst sowohl in radialer Rich  tung wie auch in Umfangsrichtung festgehal  ten.  



  Bei der     Beschaufelung    wird hierbei so vor  gegangen, dass jeweils nach dem Einführen  einer Schaufel das zugehörige Sicherungs  stück von der noch freien Seite der Schaufel  her eingelegt wird. Einzig die letzte Schaufel  bedarf noch einer besonderen Sicherung, wo  bei das Sicherungsstück beispielsweise in an  sich bekannter Weise durch eine Schraube  befestigt werden kann.  



  Die in der     Fig.    2 dargestellte     Schaufelung     unterscheidet sich von jener nach     Fig.    1 da  durch, dass     T-förmige        Schaufelfüsse    41 in ent  sprechend geformte Längsnuten     27-    des Läu  fers 3 eingeführt sind. Die Sicherung der  Schaufeln gegen axiale Verschiebung erfolgt  dabei in gleicher Weise, wie an Hand der       Fig.1    und 3 erläutert wurde.      Die gleiche     Sieherungsvorrichtung    kann  auch für allfällig noch zwischen den Schau  feln angeordnete, in Längsnuten des Läufers  eingesetzte Zwischenstücke verwendet werden.

  According to the invention, such a fuse is achieved in that approximately in the middle of the parts to be secured in a groove screwed in at the periphery of the rotor, fuse pieces are inserted which engage in the parts to be secured and are held in the radial direction by these parts. These securing pieces are expediently T-shaped, with their narrower part engaging in corresponding grooves in the parts to be secured.



  In the drawing, an embodiment of the inventive safety device is shown as an example.



       Fig.1. shows a cross section perpendicular to the axis through part of a rotor with blades held by fir tree feet, FIG. 2 shows a corresponding cross section through a rotor with blades held by T-shaped feet, and FIG. 3 shows an oblique view of a rotor part designed according to FIG an inserted shovel.



  According to Fig.1. 1 and 3, blades 1 are inserted into longitudinal grooves 2 of a rotor 3, only a section of which is shown. The blades are held in these longitudinal grooves by Christmas tree feet 4 in ra dialer direction.



  A groove 5 is screwed into the circumference of the rotor, approximately in the middle of the blades to be secured against axial displacement in the longitudinal grooves. T-shaped securing pieces 6 are inserted into this groove, which, with their narrower part, engage in corresponding grooves 7 of the feet of the blades 1. The securing pieces are held by the blade roots themselves both in the radial direction and in the circumferential direction.



  In the case of blading, the procedure here is that after a blade has been inserted, the associated securing piece is inserted from the side of the blade that is still free. Only the last shovel still requires a special fuse, where in the case of the fuse piece, for example, can be attached in a known manner by a screw.



  The blade shown in FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that T-shaped blade roots 41 are introduced into correspondingly shaped longitudinal grooves 27 of the rotor 3. The blades are secured against axial displacement in the same way as was explained with reference to FIGS. The same security device can also be used for any intermediate pieces that are still arranged between the blades and inserted in the longitudinal grooves of the rotor.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Vorrichtung zur Sicherung gegen axiale Verschiebung von Laufschaufeln und Zwi schenstücken, welche mit ihren Füssen in Längsnuten des Läufers einer Turbomaschine eingesetzt sind und in radialer Richtung durch diese Füsse gehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ungefähr in der Mitte der zu sichernden Teile in eine am Umfang des Läufers eingedrehte Nut Sicherungsstücke eingelegt sind, welche in die zu sichernden Teile eingreifen und durch diese Teile selbst in radialer Richtung gehalten werden. UNTERANSPRUCH Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungs stücke T-förmig ausgebildet sind und mit ihrem schmäleren Teil in entsprechende Nu ten der zu sichernden Teile eingreifen.
