Fluid coupling with rotating sensor for the working fluid. The main patent no. <B> 305509 </B> relates to a fluid coupling with a circumferential receiver for the working fluid,
in particular door motor vehicle drive with internal combustion engine. With this flow coupling, at least part of a circumferential storage space for the working fluid of the clutch is formed radially inside the turbine and pump blading as a whole, which storage space is connected through openings with the blade ring of the turbine wheel, which is arranged in this way are that the flow is diverted through them into the impoundment at gTossem <B> slip </B>.
Furthermore, with this coupling, the ratio of the smallest to the largest diameter of the pump impeller is greater than 0.4. In the special case, both the pump wheel and the turbine wheel are designed with a diameter ratio of the blades that is greater than 0.4, with the receiving area then extending axially over both rotor blades.
According to the additional invention, a mechanical engaging and disengaging clutch for coupling one of the two gears to another, for the power transmission between the input and output shaft is provided radially inside the blading of the two blade wheels as a whole. Part arranged.
The mechanical coupling is expediently designed so that it lies at least partially in the receiving space. When the clutch is designed as a leather-loaded multi-disc clutch, the lamellar pack, which is largely a ring cylindrical space between the working space of the clutch and the shafts, is preferably placed within the axial extent of the turbine wheel,
while the loading spring is supported, for example, against a basket protruding radially into the receiving space within the impeller blading, in such a way that the interior of the basket continues to function as a receiving space.
To actuate such a coupling, a control rod is used, for example, which is guided through one of the two shafts of the coupling, that is to say through the input or output shaft and acts on the spring plate of the loading spring of the coupling.
It is known per se to build a mechanical coupling into this within the axial extent of a fluid coupling. With these known proposals, however, there are different spatial conditions due to the lack of a receiving space radially within the working space of the clutch.
The invention is shown in the drawing in two exemplary embodiments. According to Fig. 1, a multi-disc clutch is arranged within the flow coupling, which is used to couple and uncouple the turbine wheel to and from the output shaft. According to Fig. 2, the multi-disc coupling is provided between the input and output shaft.
According to FIG. 1, the pump wheel 2, the blading of which has a diameter ratio Di / D., Of 0.49, sits on the drive shaft <B> 1 </B>. The shell <B> 3 </B> connected to the Puinpenracl encloses the turbine wheel 4 and supports it by means of a bearing <B> 5 </B> against the output shaft <B> 6, 17 </B>.
Between the turbine wheel and the output shaft, the disk pack <B> 7 </B> of a disk clutch located radially within the level of the disk clutch located at the wheels as a whole is arranged, with the interposition of a spring plate <B> 8 </B> from. the load is compressed and is located in the axial area of the wheel 4. The spring <B> 9 </B> supports itself. against a basket <B> 10 </B> which is connected to the hub of the turbine wheel and which is mounted on the drive shaft via a bearing <B> 11 </B>.
The inner space of the basket <B> 10 </B> is connected via the bearing <B> 11 </B> and special connection openings 12 with the space <B> 13 </B> outside the basket, so that the space enclosed by the basket serves as part of the receiving drum <B> 13, 13 '</B>, into the part of which the basket protrudes radially inside the impeller blading.
The spring plate <B> 8 </B> engages with a central pin 14 in the bore <B> 15 </B> of the output shaft part <B> 6 </B>, in which a part <B> 16 The contact surfaces of the central pin 14 and the control pin part 16 are rounded. A spherical intermediate member could also be arranged between the two.
For manufacturing reasons, only part 6 of the output shaft is designed as a pierced shaft piece and this shaft piece is lengthened by a tube 17 inserted into a correspondingly large bore and welded into it. The control pin is also formed with a ball <B> 1: 8 </B> interconnected by a part <B> 16 '</B> and a longer part <B> 16 "</B>.
The input and output shafts are mounted by means of bearings 19 and 20 in the stationary housing 21, which is provided with air inlet and outlet openings 22 and 2, 3 for ventilating the clutch > is provided. The space <B> 13 </B> is connected to the blade space of the turbine wheel 4 through openings <B> 35 </B> in order to allow working fluid to flow out of the working space in the event of a large <B> slip </B> in the surrounding receiving space <B> 13, </B> <B> 13 '</B>.
2 shows a similar embodiment in which the multi-disc clutch built into the fluid coupling with the disc pack 24 for rigid coupling of the pump wheel 25 and the turbine wheel 26 or the connection and disconnection - drive shaft <B> 27 </B> and <B> 28 </B> is used. The inner set of disks, not shown, is with the output shaft and the outer set of disks with your.
basket-shaped part <B> 29 </B>, which is fastened together with the pump wheel on the drive shaft <B> 27 </B>. The basket <B> 29 </B> in turn engages into the receiving space <B> 30, 30 '</B>, the part of which <B> 30 </B> through openings <B> 31 </B> communicates with the space enclosed by the basket. A spring <B> 32 </B> with a spring plate <B> 33, </B> which can be lifted off the disk set by a central control pin W, W ', is again used to press the disk pack.
Similar to the tilting of the lamellae shown, another suitable mechanical coupling could also be installed in the receiving space. In addition, instead of the mechanical actuation of this clutch, a hydraulic or electrical control could also be provided. The coupling could also be provided between the drive shaft and the pump wheel.
