Rotary fittings, especially for doors, windows, furniture, etc. The support bolts of rotary fittings who are usually set in pre-drilled holes and. fixed by cross pins that are driven through the wood and through corresponding holes in the bolt shaft. This type of fastening is common both with smooth bolts and with those that are designed in the manner of a steep wood screw. This attachment has the disadvantage that any corrections that may become necessary are not possible with the necessary accuracy and, above all, not without laborious and time-consuming assembly work.
The present invention enables these disadvantages to be eliminated.
The invention is characterized in that at least one of the bolts with which the fitting is attached is arranged in the associated joint part of the fitting in a non-continuous bore in the direction of the bolt so that it can be adjusted along its longitudinal axis.
In the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the subject of the invention are illustrated for example. It show: Fig. 1 a rotary fitting in which a bolt in the frame and the other in one. The fitting part is adjustable, FIG. 2 a rotary fitting in which a bolt is inserted in an iron frame, FIG. 3 the rotary fitting according to FIG. 2 and partly according to FIG. 1 in view, FIG. 4 a rotary fitting,
in which both bolts are adjustable in Besehlägteile, Fig.5 a decorative fitting, Fig.6 and 6a fitting parts for connec tion in the manner of a bayonet lock, Fig.7 the special type of fastening of a bolt in a fitting part.
In Fig. 1 a rotary fitting is drawn in which the one joint part 1, which is connected to the window sash 2, has a stop pin 3, which has a smooth cylindrical part 3a and a threaded part 3b. The bolt 5 of the other joint part 6 (FIG. 3) which is inserted in the frame 4 is for example smooth and provided with a nail hole 7 through which the nail 8 is inserted.
It has been shown that in many cases, especially when doors are sealed against sound or heat, for example telephone booths or doors of refrigerators, the hinge distance of the hinge part 6 from the frame 4 should be adjustable. For this purpose, the bolt 5 is now screwed into the joint part 6 (FIG. 3) with a fine thread of preferably 0.5 mm pitch. The Ge threaded part of the bolt 5 has a surface 5a on which the adjusting screw 6a in the Ge joint part 6 presses and presses the part 6 into the position required to interact with the joint part 1.
It is therefore possible, after fastening the bolt 5, the hinge distance of the joint part 6 from the frame by one or more turns of the screw 3 to enlarge or reduce it, minimally by half a millimeter.
In Figure 2, the bolt 5 is, for example, welded in a wrought iron frame 4. By rotating the joint part 6, the fishing distance can be adapted to the seal 4a. In the embodiments shown in Fig. 1 to 3, the distances between the joint parts 1, 6 from the door and the frame are adjustable or correctable. The door can therefore be adjusted in two directions.
The adjustment takes place once by turning the joint part 6 on the thread of the frame bolt 5 and then by turning the door bolt 3 with a fine machine thread in the door. Now you can of course also use the door bolt 3 with thread in the joint part 1 Ge. Such a Ausfüh tion is shown in Fig.4.
The bolt 9 to be inserted into the door is here by means of thread 10 in the upper joint part 11, while the bolt 13 welded to the frame 1'2 with thread 14 is fastened in the lower joint part 15 and fixed by the adjusting screw 15a. To fix the Bol zen screwed into the parts 6, 15, a set screw 6a, 15a is provided in the examples according to FIGS. 3, 4, which is inserted into the fitting part from un th.
Of course, the adjusting screw can also be inserted from the side, or the support bolt 16 (FIG. 5) can be designed as an adjusting screw, which is particularly advantageous when the aesthetic effect of the outer shape of the fitting by the adjusting screw impaired, would.
6 and 6a show the design of the two fitting parts 17 and 18 as a bayonet lock. For this purpose, the bolt 19 has a recess 20 and the bore 21 has a corresponding pin 22-. This training can be advantageous for horizontal mounting of fittings, so in particular with upper lights, folding doors and the like. In the embodiments according to Figure 3, 4, in which the bolts 5, 13 are inserted with a thread in the joint part 6, 15, it is not agile to rotate the joint part for adjustment.
It can happen that the local installation conditions do not allow such a twist. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the smooth bolt 23 is provided with a surface 24. The fixing takes place again by means of an adjusting screw 25. This design of the bolt 23 enables its adjustment in the fitting part 26 even without turning the fitting part.
The configuration described enables a door, window and the like to be adjusted in two directions in a simple manner, so that changes in position and shape of the frame and the sash can be compensated for at any time without time-consuming rework.
