Reinforced concrete truss and method of its manufacture. The invention relates to a framework girder made of reinforced concrete and consists in the steel inserts of the tension rods being tensioned in such a way that only compressive stresses prevail in the entire concrete cross-section of these rods.
The invention also relates to a method for producing a truss, according to which the tension members of the tension rods are laid in this way. that they do not adhere to the concrete and that they are clamped and anchored against the concrete once it has hardened.
An embodiment of the Fa, chwerk carrier according to the invention is. shown in the drawing for example. Furthermore, an embodiment of the method is explained with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a side view of the work carrier.
Fig. 2 represents. a cut. along the line I-I of FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 is. the tension picture, as .es results for the cross-section II-II of the truss according to Figure 1 before equipping it, depending on the tensioning of the tendons.
Fig. 4 is the stress diagram as it arises for the same cross-section II-II after equipping, i.e. under the effect of the carrying weight, and Fig. 5 is the stress diagram for the same cross-section II-II as it is under the influence of its own weight and payload.
The exemplary embodiment shown is a bridge girder that rests on two supports. The truss girder consists of the upper chord .a, which forms the pressure chord, the ver running parallel to this, in the over the entire length by running bars b, b 'and b "subdivided lower chord, which forms the tension chord, the oblique conditions pressure struts c and strive for vertical tension d. The tendons are marked with e, e 'and e ".
The tendons e extend over the entire length of the lower chord; and are anchored at the ends against the concrete of the bars b, b ', b "of the tension chord by anchor plates h and nuts.
The tendons e 'are anchored in the same way at the penultimate nodes, which also connect the bars b, b' and b ″ with one another, with the aid of anchor plates g and nuts.
The tendons e ", which are used to generate the pre-tension in the tensile loaded vertical struts d, are supported by means of plates i on the top and bottom of the upper chord or lower chord.
The tendons e and e "are detached from the concrete of the tension rods along their entire length by being laid in previously recessed cavities f of the concrete with appropriate play. The tendons e 'are in the spaces between the rods b, b' and b "and transfer the tension forces by means of anchor plates via the nodes to the bars b, b 'and b" arranged on both sides of the anchor plates.
The tendons are so tensioned and the cross-sections of the Dritek bars are dimensioned so that only Dritek stresses occur in all bars of the framework and that, to avoid secondary stresses, the concrete stresses of all bars are approximately the same for a certain load condition, for example for dead weight.
In the tension diagram according to Fig. 3, the magnitude of the tensions in the upper and lower chord is shown as they arise before equipping the girder, but after tensioning the tendons. <B> ab "</B> is equal to zero, : approximate from "due to which the tension of the tendons is equal to 80 kgiem2.
The tension diagram according to Fig. 4 shows the magnitude of the tensions in the upper and lower chord as they arise under the influence of the own weight. A tension of ab "= ab" = 40 kg / em9 occurs both in the upper and in the lower belt while the tension - a, increases to 5200 kgi # em2 ..
In the load case shown in FIG. 5 dead weight -f- payload- has become ab "= 0, while ab" --- is 80 kg / cm2. With increasing load. of the truss increases the compressive stress of the concrete in the upper chord and the compressive stress of the concrete in the lower chord generated by the tendons.
The tension in the tension members used to generate the prestressing fluctuates relatively little despite the increasing load. It was assumed that steel cables that can be used with a high voltage are used to generate the prestress.
The production of the trailer he follows in such a way that the tendons of the tension rods are laid. that they do not adhere to the concrete and that they are strained against the concrete after it has hardened. In order to avoid adhesion of the tendons in the concrete, these are expediently laid in cavities previously saved in the concrete. They can also be provided with an agent that prevents them from sticking to the concrete.
For example, the tendons e, e 'and e "can be waved before the concrete is poured in with a plastic material that is strong enough to withstand the etoniei-ting pressure, but which allows the tendons to move relative to the For this purpose, the plastic bandages customary for lining central heating pipes are suitable. The same purpose can also be fulfilled by shells made of material with a lower strength, which are placed around the tendons, for example shells made of cellular concrete.
