Fig. 2 zeigt sie in Vorderansicht.
Fig.7 zeigt ein Wetterschutzgehäuse.

Device with at least one fixed, ring-shaped fluorescent tube and means for simulating its rotation. The subject matter of the invention is a device with a stationary, annular fluorescent tube, in which one or more diaphragms in front of it simulate that it is rotating.
According to the invention, in the vicinity of the stationary, ring-shaped fluorescent tube, a circumferential ring is arranged which is coaxial with it and serves as a screen carrier. In contrast to the known mounting of the diaphragms on individual support arms, a good balance of mass is achieved here and the change in the number and distribution of the diaphragms is made particularly convenient.
The drawing illustrates the inven tion using exemplary embodiments with a circular fluorescent tube.
Fig.l is a diagram of the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 shows it in front view.
Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment in the front view, with parts broken away.
FIG. 4 is a section along the line IV - IV in FIG. 3.
Fig. 5 and 6 show diagrammatically a A detail in two different versions. Fig. 7 shows a weatherproof housing.
. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the entire device is carried by a box-shaped base a, which holds the entire electrical equipment, in particular a transformer y, the sockets z for receiving the electrode attachments b 'of the annularly curved fluorescent tube b and a drive motor r with transmission gear includes. On the motor shaft s sits a worm t which is in engagement with a worm gear u. This sits on a shaft v, which also carries a washer <I> w </I>.
A column c is attached to the base <I> a </I>, which supports a fixed hollow axis d located in the center axis of the tube circle. The hub 6 of an arm system f and a cord pulley m connected to it are mounted on this, which is driven around by the cord pulley <I> w </I> by means of a belt <I> n </I>.
A ring g concentric to the fluorescent tube is attached to the ends of the arms f. The diaphragm bodies h are connected to this ring in such a way that they reach around the front of the fluorescent tube b about 180 degrees from the inside.
With this arrangement, there are no gaps on the inside of the fluorescent tube ring, to which the viewer's eyes are directed at least whenever there is a showpiece or an advertisement inside the fluorescent tube ring, which gave way to the impression of the tube running around is tig.
The ends of the circularly curved fluorescent tube b are close together at the bottom. From them the electrode tabs b 'go backwards and downwards to the sockets z in the base a.
Inside the arm system f there is a housing i which is carried by the fixed axis d. According to FIGS. 1 and 2 there is a table <I> k, </I> of the fixed axis d by means of an angled arm within the housing i, the ring total <I> g </I> and the luminous tube b 1 is worn and is intended to accommodate visual objects. But you can also close the housing i by a front wall that is used to hold advertisements. Additional light sources can be accommodated in the housing i, the feed lines of which can be passed through the hollow axis d.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the blades have the shape of sections of a screw thread and are arranged at such distances from one another that, viewed from the front, the impression of a band wound spirally around the Leueht tube is created. The absence of gaps mentioned above is also important here. When the apertures h. circulate, one also has the impression that the fluorescent tube is also rotating.
In the device shown in Fig. 3 and -1, the ring g carrying the diaphragms is guided by rollers <I> x, x ', </I> x ", of which .rr provides the drive of the ring g, while the rollers x ', x "are freely rotatable. The transfer of motion from the motor r to the roller .r. happens via the gear s, <I> t, </I> u, v, which corresponds to the gear also named according to FIG. 1, but on whose shaft v here the roller: c sits.
The fluorescent tube b is mounted on a flat zy-lindrisehen housing 10, which in its upper part accommodates the motor r and the said transmission s, t, at, v and the roller x. The motor r is fastened to the rear wall 10 'of this housing, the bearing 11 of the shaft -i- to the surrounding wall 10 "be. The rollers x' and x" are mounted on columns 12 which extend from the rear wall 10 'of the housing extend forward.

A special drive motor is preferably provided for each of the devices, but a uniform power distribution with a single transformer.
In the case of large dimensions, the Leuelitröhrenring b can be divided into individual elbows with separate power connections. In the device according to Figure 1 and \ 'you can attach the bends to the housing i, for example, and let the power supply to them take place through the fixed hollow axis d, which is also possible with an undivided tube.
The fluorescent tube can instead of the circular ring shape also have another, e.g. elliptical, ring shape, in which case the diaphragms are then mounted on their support ring so as to be radially movable and supported by a suitable orriel line, e.g. B. by a shape similar to the tube, e.g. B. elliptical, curve so (, must be controlled so that they follow the tube curve.
