Vorrichtung an einer Waschmaschine zum automatischen Zuführen von Waschmitteln für das Kochen der Wäsche, insbesondere an einer vollautomatischen Waschmaschine. Obschon bei den bekannten vollautomati schen Waschmaschinen die Abwicklung der einzelnen Phasen des Arbeitsprogrammes automatisch erfolgt, kann gleichwohl auf eine gewisse Wartung und Bedienung nach dem hinlegen der Wäsche und Einschalten der Waschmaschine nicht verzichtet werden. So zum Beispiel muss die Einführung der Wasch- mittel zum Vorwaschen und zum Kochen im richtigen Zeitpunkt durch die die Wasch maschine bedienende Person besorgt werden.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Vorrichtung zur automati schen Wasehmittelzuführung, mit welcher es möglich ist, gleich nach dem Einschalten einer vollautomatischen Waschmaschine beim Ein führen des Waschmittels zum Vorwaschen auch das Waschmittel für das Kochen der Wäsche einzuführen, derart, dass der Bezug des letzteren Waschmittels automatisch dann erfolgt, wenn in der automatischen Abwick lung des Arbeitsprogrammes der Bottich mit Frischwasser zum Kochen gefüllt wird.
Die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung weist zu diesem Zwecke ein Gefäss für die Auf nahme des Waschmittels für das Kochen der Wäsche auf, welches mit dem Wassereinlass in Verbindung steht, derart, dass beim Einlas sen des Wassers zum Kochen dasselbe in das Gefäss geleitet und das bereitgestellte Wasch mittel in den Bottich gespült wird.
In der Zeichnung ist beispielsweise eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 die an den Bottich der Wasch maschine angebaute Vorrichtung zum Einfüh ren des Waschmittels, von der Seite gesehen, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch die Vor richtung in grösserem Massstab, Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht der Vorrichtung bei herausgenommenem Gefäss und Fig. 4 eine Teilansicht des Gefässes für die Aufnahme des Waschmittels von der Seite.
Die dargestellte Vorrichtung zum automa tischen Zuführen von Waschmitteln weist ein T-Rohrstück 1 auf, dessen Querarm 1a verti kal gestellt ist und mit seinem untern Ende in den Bottich 2 der Waschmaschine einmündet. Die obere Öffnung des Querarmes 1a dient zur direkten Einführung des Waschmittels ztun Vorwaschen der Wäsche.
Der Mittelstegteil 1b des T-Rohrstückes ist horizontal gestellt und dient zur Führung des als Schublade ausgebil deten Gefässes 3 für die Aufnahme des zum Kochen der Wäsche verwendeten Waschmit tels W. Die Einmündungen der Rohrteile la und 1b liegen bündig in entsprechend grossen, runden Öffnungen des Waschmaschinen- gehäuses 4 und sind durch Deckel abschliess bar.
In der -Mündung des horizontalen Rohr teils 1b ist ein ringförmiger Absatz 5 befestigt, welcher eine Konsole 6 trägt, an der ein zum Rohrteil 1b axialer Schraubenbolzen 7 ange- schweisst oder angenietet ist. Auf der Mün dung des Rohrteils 1b liegt ein mit Schraub griff 8 versehener Deckel 9 auf. Der Schraub griff ist mit einer Gewindebohrung 10 ver sehen, mit welcher er zwecks Anpressens des Deckels an die Mündung des Rohrteils 1b auf den Gewindebolzen 7 der Konsole 6 auf schraubbar ist.
Das als Schublade ausgebil dete Gefäss 3 hat die Form einer Zylinder hälfte mit Stirnwand 3a und zwei an die Kon sole 6 anzuliegen bestimmten Anschlagschul tern 3b. Durch Anlage der Schultern 3b an die Konsole 6 ist das Gefäss in seiner Winkel stellung gesichert. Der Schraubgriff 8 durch setzt mit einem abgesetzten Teil eine zentrale Lagerbohrung 11 der Stirnwand 1a, ist in die ser drehbar und durch einen Segerring 12 ge sichert.
Zwischen der Stirnwand 3a des Ge fässes 3 und dem Abschlussdeckel 9 ist ein Gummidichtungsring 13 angeordnet, dessen am Umfang der Stirnwand 3a vorstehender Rand am ringförmigen Absatz 5 zwischen der Mündung des Teils 1b und dem Deckel 9 ab dichtet, während der innere Rand des Gummi dichtungsringes 13 zwischen einer Absetzung des Schraubengriffes 8 und der zentralen Öffnung 11 der Stirnwand 3a abdichtet, so bald der Schraubgriff angezogen wird. 14 ist ein den Rohrteil 1b seitlich oben durchsetzen der Wassereinlaufstutzen, an welchen die Wasserleitung 14a angeschlossen ist.
Der Was sereinlaufstutzen 14 ist so gegen die Konsole 6 und die Stirnwand 3a des Gefässes 3 gerichtet, dass bei der Öffnung des automatischen Was sereinlaufventils der aus dem Einlaufstutzen 14 strömende Wasserstrahl an der Konsole 6 fächerartig verbreitert und nach unten in das Gefäss 3 abgelenkt wird, aus welchem das zum Kochen bereitgestellte Wasehmittel in den Bottich gespült wird. Unten am Wasserein laufstutzen 14 ist eine Tropfwasserableitrinne 15 befestigt, durch welche aus dem Stutzen 14 auslaufendes Tropfwasser oder Kondenswas ser abgefangen und in den Bottich geleitet wird. Dadurch wird ein Nasswerden des in dem Gefäss 3 bereitgestellten Naschmittels (Waschpulver) während der Zeitdauer des Vorwasehens vermieden.
Das zum Vorwaschen der Wäsche benötigte Waschmittel wird gleich nach Inbetriebset zung der Waschmaschine durch die Öffnung des Rohrteils 1a von oben direkt eingeführt, sobald der Wassereinlauf geöffnet wird. So fort anschliessend daran kann durch Lösen des Schraubgriffes 8 das mnit dem Abschluss deckel 9 verbundene Gefäss 3 herausgenom men, abgetrocknet und mit den zum Kochen der Wäsche benötigten Waschmitteln, Wasch pulver, Seifenspäne usw. gefüllt und dann wieder in den Rohrteil 1b eingeschoben und der Schraubgriff 8 wieder angezogen werden.
Die Verwendung dieses bereitgestellten Waschmittels erfolgt dann automatisch nach dem Ablassen der Vorwaschlauge beim Ein laufen des für die Bereitung der Kochlauge benötigten Frischwassers, das bei Einlauf durch das Gefäss 3 hindurchläuft und das Waschmittel in den Bottich spült.
