Description

  

  Mécanisme comprenant un     coulisseau    relié à un organe rotatif par au moins deux bandes.    La présente invention a pour objet un  mécanisme comprenant un coulisseau relié *à  un organe rotatif par au moins deux bandes,  de préférence métalliques, qui transmettent le  mouvement de l'un à l'autre de ces organes.  Ce mécanisme est     destiné    à être utilisé sur  tout dans les machines à tailler ou à mesu  rer les dentures obliques.  



  Le mécanisme est caractérisé en ce que  l'une des bandes     est    fixée, par une de ses  extrémités, au coulisseau et attachée, par  l'autre extrémité, à l'organe rotatif, et en ce  que l'autre bande est attachée, par l'une des  extrémités, à l'organe rotatif et fixée, par  l'autre extrémité; à un moyen tendeur fixé au  coulisseau, cette dernière bande passant autour  d'un rouleau de renvoi tourillonné sur le     cou-          lisseau.     



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du méca  nisme objet de l'invention.  



  La     fig.1    est une vue en élévation et  la     fig.    2 une vue en plan de cette forme  d'exécution.  



  Le mécanisme représenté comprend un  organe rotatif     cylindrique    a disposé trans  versalement     au-dessus    d'un coulisseau b. A.  l'une des extrémités de ce coulisseau est fixée,  au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage c, l'une.  des extrémités de chacune de deux bandes d,  faites en acier par exemple, espacées et paral  lèles l'une à l'autre. Ces bandes s'étendent le  long d'une partie de la face supérieure du         coulisseau    et leurs extrémités sont enroulées  sur une partie de la circonférence de l'organe  rotatif a auquel elles sont attachées au moyen  de vis e.  



  Une autre bande f est également attachée,  par l'une de ses extrémités, à l'organe rotatif,  entre les extrémités des bandes d, au moyen  d'une vis g. Cette extrémité est enroulée sur  l'autre partie de la circonférence de l'organe  rotatif; la bande s'étend le long d'une partie  de la face     supérieure    du coulisseau, en pro  longement de la partie rectiligne des bandes d,  passe sur un rouleau de renvoi h tourillonné  sur le coulisseau, et son autre extrémité  s'étend le long d'une partie relativement  courte de la face inférieure du     coulisseau.     Cette extrémité est attachée au moyen d'un  dispositif de serrage i à l'une des extrémités  d'un organe tendeur i en forme de tige. Cet.  organe s'étend le long de l'extrémité de la  face inférieure du coulisseau, parallèlement à  cette face.

   L'autre extrémité de cet organe  tendeur s'étend au travers d'un organe de  guidage<I>k</I> et d'une patte     m    fixée au coulisseau  à proximité du dispositif c. Cette extrémité  de l'organe tendeur est filetée et porte un  écrou n qui s'appuie contre la patte<I>m</I> et qui  permet de     soumettre    à la tension voulue l'or  gane tendeur i et les bandes.  



  Le coulisseau b est     constitué    par une barre  qui, dans sa partie le long de laquelle s'éten  dent les bandes; est de préférence de section  carrée ou rectangulaire.      La partie du     coulisseau    b qui s'étend     au-          delà    du rouleau de renvoi h est soustraite à  l'effort exercé par les bandes.

This mechanism is intended for use on everything in machines for cutting or measuring oblique teeth.



  The mechanism is characterized in that one of the bands is fixed, by one of its ends, to the slider and attached, by the other end, to the rotary member, and in that the other band is attached, by one of the ends, to the rotating member and fixed, by the other end; to a tensioning means fixed to the slider, the latter band passing around a deflection roller journaled on the slider.



  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the mechanism which is the subject of the invention.



  Fig.1 is an elevational view and fig. 2 a plan view of this embodiment.



  The mechanism shown comprises a cylindrical rotary member a disposed transversely above a slide b. A. one of the ends of this slide is fixed, by means of a clamping device c, one. ends of each of two strips of steel, for example, spaced apart and parallel to each other. These bands extend along a part of the upper face of the slide and their ends are wound around a part of the circumference of the rotary member a to which they are attached by means of screws e.



  Another strip f is also attached, by one of its ends, to the rotary member, between the ends of the strips d, by means of a screw g. This end is wound around the other part of the circumference of the rotary member; the strip extends along a part of the upper face of the slider, extending from the rectilinear part of the strips d, passes over a deflection roller h journalled on the slider, and its other end extends along a relatively short portion of the underside of the slide. This end is attached by means of a clamping device i to one of the ends of a tensioning member i in the form of a rod. This. member extends along the end of the lower face of the slide, parallel to this face.

   The other end of this tensioning member extends through a guide member <I> k </I> and a tab m fixed to the slider near the device c. This end of the tensioning member is threaded and carries a nut n which rests against the tab <I> m </I> and which makes it possible to subject the tensioning organ i and the bands to the desired tension.



  The slide b consists of a bar which, in its part along which the bands extend; is preferably of square or rectangular section. The part of the slide b which extends beyond the deflection roller h is subtracted from the force exerted by the bands.

REVENDICATION: Mécanisme comprenant un coulisseau relié à un organe rotatif par au moins deux bandes qui transmettent le mouvement de l'un à l'autre de ces organes, caractérisé en ce que l'une des bandes est fixée, par une de ses extrémités, au coulisseau et attachée, par l'autre extrémité, à l'organe rotatif, et en ce que l'autre bande est attachée, par l'une des extrémités, à l'organe rotatif et fixée, par l'autre extrémité, à un moyen tendeur fixé au coulisseau, cette dernière bande passant autour d'un rouleau de renvoi tourillonné sur le cou- lisseau.
