Switching device with electromagnetic release device. The quick release in switching devices is usually done with the help of an electric magnet, which brings an armature acting on the holder latch in motion when current flows through it. The usual anchors are folding or diving anchors.
As far as switching devices are concerned that have to switch off high short-circuit currents, it is important that the rapid tripping takes place as quickly as possible so that the system to be protected is not damaged and, if necessary, upstream, higher-level safety devices do not respond. The quick shutdown is also desirable because, so that z.
B. when switching off direct current short-circuits, the switch-off torque comes to be as low as possible on the rising current curve and the switching device remains usable. In addition to rapid tripping, a low limit for tripping current is required for contact protection requirements.
To meet these requirements, in particular if they are to be met with one and the same magnetic coil, it is necessary to arrange a coil with a high number of turns, a good iron connection and a release mechanism with extremely low latching pressure.
In addition to increasing the price, these measures also result in electrical and constructional parts of the yacht. The coil may e.g. B. at nominal current a limited heating, which is caused by the wire or tape cross-section of the coil and can therefore be determined by choosing an appropriate cross-section, do not exceed. A high number of turns is therefore at the expense of additional material and size. A good iron connection also increases the cost, brings additional warming and affects me-Ar or less the arc extinction by the lines of force.
On the other hand, small latching pressures require large gear ratios in the switching mechanism; However, this causes a delay in the cut-off speed, since a large amount of idle travel must be accepted with a large gear ratio. In addition, this measure also requires additional costs and installation space.
According to the present invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that at least two release anchors are provided which are intended to act on a release latch of the switching mechanism independently or as a function of one another, depending on the size of the release pulse.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is game of the invention with two anchors Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a side view, Fig. 2 is a front view of the Schaltmecha mechanism. With b , a hingedly connected hinged armature with a plunger a without additional fastening means is referred to, which at the same time forms the transmission link to the release latch c. These two anchors together cause the release at the same time. A magnetic pole e is also assigned to the plunger a.
The plunger a has a roller-like constriction cal at the free end. The hinged anchor b, which is provided with an open slot b1 at the free end and is supported at point f and is under the action of the spring h, which the hinged anchor in brings the situation shown in the drawing.
The plunger is inserted into the coil body without additional fasteners and, when the coil is de-energized, is taken from the hinged armature by means of the limit stop cal in the position shown. When a small magnetic field occurs, the plunger takes the hinged armature with it by means of the stop a2 (mutually dependent armatures); when a strong field is present, the hinged armature supports the movement of the rope anchor by striking against the limit stop% (mutually independent armatures ).
Both limit stops of the constriction of the plunger, which is conveniently made of one piece, are rounded on all sides, so that a good and almost smooth articulated connection without additional fasteners such as screws, rivets and the like and a simple assembly are created. There is only one fixed pivot point f and only one spring h common to both anchors. intended.
The coil body has no special mounting flange; Differences in length within a production series from the fulcrum f to part a1 and other production accuracies are compensated for by the slot b1 and by the fact that the armature bearing f can be rotated around the point i in FIG. 2 in the direction of the arrow k .
The two armatures of the tripping device shown together form a favorable iron connection that results without additional funds, and which does not affect the magnetic blowing at the contact break point d. The structural advantage of the exemplary embodiment is that the transmission element b, which is necessary anyway, is also designed as an anchor. Each armature would accomplish the tripping for itself at a certain current level J and a certain number of ampere turns AW.
The effect of the two armatures together is such that for tripping at current J z. B. only about 0.5 AW are necessary. As a result, the coil can be brought to half its size compared to the previous one or, with the same size, to a trigger limit that is about 50% lower. will.
The high torque of this almost smoothly movably coupled armature also allows a short lever transmission path to the latching point, whereby a faster mechanical process of the release process up to the contact opening and therefore very short shutdown times can be achieved.
