Description
Fig.1 zeigt einen solchen Messersatz schau bildlich.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere Ausführung eines Messers.
Knife set for mixing. and crushers. In household machines for mixing and chopping food, which have a stirrer shaft that plunges down into the material vessel, in particular 'in those machines whose stirrer shafts are set in rotation by hand drive. it has been found to be desirable that the knife set dominates a larger effective range in the axial direction than is the case with the known knife sets.
Therefore, according to the present invention, a set of blades for mixing and crushing machines with an agitator shaft driven from above is characterized in that in a plurality of individual blades, each knife is spaced from the other by an intermediate disk and can be interchanged at the lower end of the agitator shaft is arranged.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. 1 shows such a set of knives visually.
Fig. 2 shows a knife with a sharply grinded cutting edge.
Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of a knife.
According to FIG. 1, the lower end of the agitator shaft 1 driven from above is designed as a threaded bolt, 2, and a plurality of single-winged, 3 to 6, and double-winged, 7, 8, wing knives are lined up on these threaded bolts, with between each two wing knives an intermediate disk 9 is arranged. By loosening a knurled nut 10, each of the knives can be set individually to a selectable rotational position and fixed by screwing the nut 10 in the desired rotational position.
The knives can have different wing shapes and different profile shapes, such as lanceolate, lenticular or rhombus-shaped profiles. The individual knives can be interchanged so that the set of knives can be designed according to the special needs.
A special arrangement and design of a knife set according to the invention is characterized by the fact that all knife blades are twisted and arranged in a common helical surface. are that the material to be stirred is given an axially downward feed movement when the agitator shaft rotates.
Appropriately, it can be advantageous that at least one wing knife is provided on the flat side at the front and back with sharp cutting edges 11, according to FIG. 2, so that if the cutting edge in use becomes blurred by reversing the knife, it again has a cutting effect.
According to FIG. 3, at least one cutting edge of a wing knife can also be provided with a wave-shaped cutting edge 12. It follows that such double-sided cutting knives can be used both clockwise and in the opposite direction,
