Steckschlüssel mit Profilrohr schaft. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Steckschlüssel mit Profilrohrschaft.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass an einem Profilrohrstück 1 weitere Profilrohrstöcke mit ähnlichem Querschnitt über- und einschiebbar angeordnet sind, wobei diese Rohrstücke Längs- chlitze aufweisen, welche in Verbindung mit einem im Profilrohrstück 1 quer befestigten Stift ein begrenztes Verschieben der einzelnen Profilrohrstöcke über das Ende des Profilrohr stückes 1 hinaus ermöglichen und so das (ranze als Steckschlüssel für Schrauben ver schiedener (Grösse verwendbar ist.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand eines Aus führungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Fig. 1 zeigt z. T. die Seitenansicht, z. T. den Längsschnitt niiteinzelnen Details, und Fig.2 die Stirnansicht.
1 ist ein Profilrohrstück, welches mit einem Handgriff 9 versehen ist. Das Ende 1a des ersteren weist eine solche lichte Form auf, dass dieses z. B. über eine 6-Kantschraube oder eine Mutter geschoben werden kann. Über das Ende la sind noch weitere Profilrohrstöcke 3 und 4 mit ähnlichem Profil überschiebbar angeordnet. Ein weiteres ähnliches Profilrohr 2 ist einschiebe bar. Die lichten Weiten dieser über- und ein schiebbaren Profilrohre sind so gewählt, dass sie auf die zu verdrehenden Schraubenköpfe bzw. -muttern passen.
Die Wandstärken sind so gewählt, dass die Profilstücke mit geringem Spiel sich übereinanderschieben lassen und sich gegenseitig nicht verdrehen können. Am Rohr stück 1 ist in der Querrichtung ein Stift 5 ein gesetzt. Die verschiebbaren Profilrohre weisen Längsschlitze auf, durchrdie der Stift hindurch geht. Die Profilrohre lassen sich entsprechend der Länge dieser Schlitze verschieben. Je nach der gewünschten Schlüsselweite können die einzelnen Rohre über das Ende 1a hinausge schoben werden, wie dies in der Zeichnung für das äusserste Rohr 4 strichpunktiert angedeu tet ist.
Damit sich die verschiedenen Rohre beim Arbeiten nicht verschieben können, sind Federn, z. B. auf dem Rohrstück 4 die Feder 8, ange bracht, die auf das Rohrstück 3 aufdrückt und so ein gegenseitiges leichtes Verschieben der Rohre 3, 4verhindert. Entsprechende Kerbungen an den Auflagestellen der Federn in den End- lagen erhöhen die Sicherheit gegen zufälliges Verschieben. Um das eingeschobene Rohrstück verschie ben zu können, ist an diesem ein Stab 6 an geschweisst. Dieser- Stab weist eine Schraube 7 auf, welche durch einen Schlitz 10 im Rohr 1 hindurchgeführt ist. Das innere Rohr lässt sich entsprechend der Länge dieses Schlitzes ver schieben.
Soll dieses innere Rohrstück benützt werden, so wird dessen Ende über das Ende 1a des Rohres 1 hinausgeschoben.
Der Steckschlüssel gemäss der vorliegenden Ausführung lässt sich für Schrauben und Mut tern verschiedener Schlüsselweiten verwenden. Er eignet sich deshalb besonders gut für Mon tage- und Revisionsarbeiten, wo die Anzahl der mitzunehmenden Werkzeuge möglichst klein sein soll.

1 is a profile pipe section which is provided with a handle 9. The end 1a of the former has such a clear shape that this z. B. can be pushed over a hexagon screw or nut. Over the end la further tubular sections 3 and 4 with a similar profile are arranged so that they can be pushed over. Another similar profile tube 2 is push-in bar. The clear widths of these profile tubes that can be pushed over and one slide are chosen so that they fit onto the screw heads or nuts to be turned.
The wall thicknesses are chosen so that the profile pieces can be pushed over one another with little play and cannot twist one another. On the pipe piece 1 a pin 5 is set in the transverse direction. The sliding profile tubes have longitudinal slots through which the pin passes. The profile tubes can be moved according to the length of these slots. Depending on the desired width across flats, the individual tubes can be pushed beyond the end 1a, as indicated in the drawing for the outermost tube 4 in phantom.
So that the various pipes cannot move while working, springs, e.g. B. on the pipe section 4, the spring 8 is introduced, which presses on the pipe section 3 and thus a mutual slight displacement of the tubes 3, 4 prevented. Corresponding notches at the contact points of the springs in the end positions increase the security against accidental displacement. In order to be able to move the inserted piece of pipe ben, a rod 6 is welded to this. This rod has a screw 7 which is passed through a slot 10 in the tube 1. The inner tube can be moved ver according to the length of this slot.
If this inner pipe section is to be used, its end is pushed beyond the end 1 a of the pipe 1.
The socket wrench according to the present embodiment can be used for screws and nuts of different sizes. It is therefore particularly suitable for assembly and revision work, where the number of tools to be taken should be as small as possible.
