Description

Removable fitting for shoes. The subject of the invention is a removable fitting for shoes. This fitting is characterized by three metal plates articulated to each other so as to be able to be applied against the wear surface of the sole of the shoe and by a set of links connected to said plates and serving for the removable fixing of the shoe. the fitting to the shoe.

The drawing shows, by way of example, my embodiment of the fitting forming the subject of the present invention.

Fig. 1. is an elevation in longitudinal section of this embodiment.

Fig. ? is a perspective view, taken from below, and fi ;. 3 is a perspective crumb of said embodiment suitable for a shoe. The embodiment shown com takes three plates 1, 2 and 4, respectively at the bridge coming under the tip, under the plant and. under the heel of the sole of a shoe. The plates let 2 are. directly articulated to each other in 6 and. the plate 4 is connected to the plate 2 by means of connecting pieces 3 articulated to these two plates.

The connecting pieces 3 are articulated at 5 to the plate 4, by means of a cooperating pin 8. with folded parts of said parts 3 and (the plate 4. They are, on the other hand, articulated to the plate 2 by means of free ends folded at right angles 7 forming spikes and which cooperate, each with one of a series of elongated holes 9 formed in the plate 2. This arrangement makes it possible to modify the length of the fitting to adapt it to shoes of different lengths.

Each of the plates carries a set of 10 making studs. protrusion from the plate and from the side thereof opposite to that which is intended to rest against the sole of the shoe.

These crampons each have a toothed edge to ensure perfect grip on the ground. Each plate has crampons arranged along its outer edges and others arranged inward, so as to prevent slippage.

Each of the plates 1 and 2 carries ears 11 produced with the plate and extending perpendicularly. to this plate, on the side thereof opposite to the studs 10. The plate 4 carries two lugs extending perpendicular to this plate on the side opposite the studs 10 and connected by a curved part so as to form a stirrup 11 '. The ears 11 of the plates 1 and 2 carry, each at its end, a ring 12 through which passes a strap 13 forming a loop. The stirrup 11 ′ of the plate 4 against which the rear edge of the heel rests has two elongated holes through which the strips 13 pass. also loops. A link 14 passes through all these loops 13 and link them together. Thongs 13 are.

transverse and the link 14 which connects them is placed on top of the boot and allows the fitting to be securely fixed to the boot by tightening the transverse straps 13 around the latter.

The fitting described is very useful for mountain people, sportsmen, soldiers, for all those whose occupations call for the countryside. She permits. to the one who uses it (to walk it without difficulty on any ground, stony, wet or slippery, by adhering strongly. to the ground and avoiding. any falls or slips.

On the other hand, the user can also easily remove the fitting described for walking in town or on land where it is not. not necessary and the. fold so that it occupies a small space. As a result, the described fitting advantageously replaces permanent fittings, nails, pins, etc.
