Description

  

  Appareil ménager portatif.    L'objet de la présente invention est un  appareil ménager portatif, caractérisé par un  boîtier de matière isolante contenant un mo  teur électrique destiné à. entraîner un     or-          gane    clé travail au moyen d'un arbre logé  dans un tube clé protection fixé audit boîtier.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'appa  reil     ménager    faisant l'objet de la présente  invention.  



  La fi-. 1 en est, une vue en élévation clé  face.  



  La     fig%    2 en est: une vue en coupe axiale.       Dans    \ la     forme    d'exécution représentée,  l'appareil est un mélangeur comprenant un  boîtier 1 en résine synthétique dans lequel est       lu@@é    un moteur 2, un condensateur antipara  site 3 et un fond rapporté 4 ajusté dans le  boîtier l..  



  A l'extrémité de ce boîtier 1 est vissé un  écrou 6 dans lequel est. soudé un     i.ube    de pro  tection 7 se terminant. par un canon fileté 8.  



       Sur    ce canon 8 est     vissé    un écrou 9 sur  lequel sont soudées quatre ailettes de protec  tion 10. Ces ailettes ont, pour but d'empêcher  une hélice tournante 16 de venir toucher les  parois clés récipients dans     lesquels    travaille  le     mélangeur.    En outre, ces ailettes 10 retien  nent les liquides ou les produits devant être  mélangés en les empêchant de tourner.  



  Dans le tube de protection 7 est monté un       arbre    11 qui est entraîné à l'une de ses extré  mités par le moteur 2 au moyen d'un canon       d'entraînement    12 qui est vissé sur l'extré-

  Entre le canon 13 et le coussinet 14 est  placée une rondelle 22 de matière plastique  ou de feutre, destinée à protéger le coussinet  14; celui-ci ne doit, en effet., pas être en con  tact avec les acides que peuvent contenir les  produits à mélanger, car cela nuirait à son  bon fonctionnement.  



  L'extrémité de l'arbre 11 destinée à rece  voir les organes de travail est filetée de     fagon     que ces derniers puissent y être montés; ces  organes peuvent être constitués par une hélice  à pales tranchantes destinée à couper en fins  morceaux des produits solides, par exemple  des légumes, placés dans un récipient, ou un  fouet destiné à battre des liquides ou des       crêmes    contenus dans un récipient.  



  Une partie du canon 13 est moletée, de  façon à pouvoir maintenir l'arbre 11 immo  bile pendant le changement des organes de  travail.  



  Le moteur 2 est maintenu en place dans  le boîtier 1 par une vis 19 traversant ce  boîtier.  



  Dans le fond du boîtier 1 est logé un  interrupteur 5 monté dans un trou central et  fixé par un écrou 20.  



  Le fonctionnement de l'appareil -est des  plus simple. Il suffit de plonger l'extrémité  présentant l'organe de travail dans le     réci-.          pient    contenant le mélange à brasser, et au      bout de quelques instants, le résultat est       obtenu.     



  L'avantage principal de ce type de mé  langeur réside dans le fait qu'il est utilisable  directement dans le récipient contenant les  produits à brasser, sans qu'il soit nécessaire  de     transvaser    ceux-ci.  



  La     forme    des organes de travail rend l'ap  pareil apte à toutes sortes de travaux tels que:  brassage, malaxage, émulsion de produits de  beauté et, surtout, préparation de purées, po  tages et autres plats de comestibles.

       On this barrel 8 is screwed a nut 9 on which are welded four protective fins 10. The purpose of these fins is to prevent a rotating propeller 16 from coming into contact with the key container walls in which the mixer works. Further, these fins 10 retain liquids or products to be mixed by preventing them from rotating.



  In the protection tube 7 is mounted a shaft 11 which is driven at one of its ends by the motor 2 by means of a drive bush 12 which is screwed onto the end.

  Part of the barrel 13 is knurled, so as to be able to keep the shaft 11 immobile during the change of the working members.



  The motor 2 is held in place in the housing 1 by a screw 19 passing through this housing.



  In the bottom of the housing 1 is housed a switch 5 mounted in a central hole and fixed by a nut 20.



  The operation of the device is very simple. It suffices to immerse the end presenting the working member in the reci-. pient containing the mixture to be stirred, and after a few moments the result is obtained.



  The main advantage of this type of mixer resides in the fact that it can be used directly in the receptacle containing the products to be mixed, without it being necessary to transfer them.



  The shape of the working parts makes the device suitable for all kinds of work such as: brewing, kneading, emulsifying beauty products and, above all, preparing mash, potatoes and other edible dishes.
