Self-closing Sehlo & with latch and automatic locking for the same, especially for bus and wagon doors. Self-closing locks with latches and automatic locking devices for the latch are known, the latch of which is pushed into the blocking position by a closing spring and can be fixed in this blocking position by a blocking member controlled by a driver and guided vertically to its direction of movement.
In these known designs, the blocking element, for the purpose of pulling it back out of the path of the trap when the trap is intended to be withdrawn from the closed to the open position, must be adjusted by means of an additional operating element via the driver, which is separate from the operating element of the trap.
The design according to the invention provides an essential, particularly advantageous for bus and wagon doors, connection of these known designs, namely in such a way that only by actuating a single element, for example the door handle or a socket wrench that can be inserted into the actuating part of the lock, the door can be opened again,
without the separate actuation of an additional switching or control element being necessary for this purpose. The training can be such that the individual parts of the lock after the door has been opened, i.e. after unscrewing the same from the door frame, automatically resume that position that is required for the automatic locking when the door is slammed and in which the latch does not protrude over its entire locking depth over the lock housing,
which complicates the closing of the door, especially if a larger locking depth is provided for safety reasons. or would make it completely impossible without damaging the trap. A retreat of the trap from its locked position and an automatic opening of the lock is avoided as a result of the locking mechanism.
According to the invention, the driver of the blocking member together with the case ent against the force of the closing spring in the open position transferring control member on one and the same, z. B. is arranged by means of a socket wrench or door handle rotatable actuating part.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely FIG. 1 shows the interior of the lock in that position of its individual parts which is given when the door is rotated completely into the lock housing and the door is rotated out of the door frame in dash-dotted lines the mutual position of the trap of the blocking element and the take-away
> with the latch released in the open position of the door and correspondingly protruding to a certain extent beyond the lock housing. In a representation analogous to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 illustrates that position of the individual parts which they assume when the latch has been completely transferred into the locked position, that is, when the door is closed.
The case 1, which is guided in the lock housing '', is referred to, which is urged into its locking position by the closing spring 3. Perpendicular to the direction of movement of the case 1, the blocking organ 5 is slidably arranged along a guide rod 1, which is used to set the case I. in its blocking position and by a helical spring 6 surrounding the guide rod 1 in its fully advanced case 1 fixing position is urged.
A nut 8 engages in a recess 7 of the blocking element 5, which, together with the latch 1, moves the cam-shaped control element 9 into the open position against the force of the closing spring 3, on the actuating part 10 of the lock, which can be rotated about the axis 10 ' is. In Be actuating part 10, a square recess 11 is provided, into which a socket wrench or some other, for example door handle-shaped actuating member can be inserted.
The cam-shaped control member 9 is a located on the case 1, cooperating with her, nose-shaped projection 12 is assigned to. The outermost locking position of the case 1 is limited by a stop 13 provided on the lock housing 2, while in its completely drawn-in position in the lock housing the case finds its stop on a cube-shaped part 11 supported against the lock housing, on which the guide rod 15 for the closing spring 3 is arranged as the guide rod 1 of the blocking organ 5 ..
A locking stop 16 is arranged on the actuating part 10 of the lock which has the control organ 9 and which also carries the driver 8. The associated stop, on the lock housing 2 rotatably mounted at 17 pawl 18 is in a controlling connection with a switching spring 19 pushed into its position protruding beyond the housing 2.
The arrangement is like this. made that in the case of Fig.1. The pawl 18 protrudes into the circular path of the deflection 10, so that the rotary movement of the control element 9 carries the actuating part 70 counterclockwise (closing direction) by the ratchet stop 7 6 running against the pawl 18 in one Position is limited in which the case 1 uni a compared to the complete locking depth x (Fig. 2)
reduced dimension y over the lock housing \? protrudes. As a result of an ani-free linden of the trap 1. provided bevel 1. ' the latch 1 protruding by the "y" is automatically pushed back into the lock housing 2 when the door is slammed, in order then, under the influence of the closing spring 3, to advance into its locking position, which can be seen from. The arrangement is also made so
that the cleni locking stop 16, which by means of its entern end 18 'engages in a recess 20 "of the switching bolt 20, when the switching bolt 20 is pressed into the lock housing against the force of the switching spring 19, counteracts the locking stop 16 for further rotation of the same the clock releases clockwise,
so that the control member 9 arranged on the loading actuating part 10 can continue to rotate in the sense of the liver duct of the case 1 in its position protruding from the lock housing 2 by the full locking depth x, that is to say. the spring-loaded trap 1. releases it to move it into the outer central position (Fig. 2).
The control element 9 pushing back the latch against the force of the closing spring 3 into the lock housing 2 is herewith in relation to the latch 1 or
whose nose-shaped projection 12 is arranged in such a way that it only runs against this projection 12 when the driver 8 arranged on the actuating part 10 has pushed the blocking member 5 downward by an amount due to a corresponding downward rotation thereof, which the Retraction of the advanced case 1 in the lock housing 2 allows.
The switching bolt 20 also has a bevel 20 'at its free end, the purpose of which is to push it into the lock housing when the door provided with the lock is closed by running against the door frame and to move it into this pushed-in position up to To get the door opened again (Fig. 2).
The mode of operation of the lock is as follows: 1 By correspondingly turning the actuator, Pteils 1.0 clockwise, the latch 1 is pushed back completely into the lock housing 2 (FIG. 1). The lock previously located in the locking position according to FIG. 2 releases the door for opening the same.
When expressing the door on the door frame, the switching bolt 20, which has previously found its resistance in the door frame, penetrates under the influence of the retaining spring 19 over the lock housing 2 (FIG. 1), after which the latch when the actuating part 10 is released 1. under the influence of the closing spring 3 by the amount y over the lock "; ehäuse" steps forward ..
A further movement of the trap 1. is not. possible, because when the safety bolt 20 protrudes over the lock housing, the locking pawl 18 protrudes into the path of the locking stop 16, so that it, as shown in FIG. 1 in dashed lines, finds its stop on the locking pawl 18, whereby the actuating member 10 cannot continue to rotate and the control element 9 holds the trap 1. in its dot-dash position, in which it protrudes outwards by the extent y.
If the door provided with the lock is now slammed shut, both the latch 1 and the switching bolt 20 are pushed back through the door frame into the lock housing 2 as a result of the inclines 1 'and 20', the pawl 18 being the one shown in FIG assumes the apparent position in which it releases the actuating part 10 for a further counterclockwise rotation, so that the latch 1.
by the action of the closing spring ') to its outer limit position (dimension x) and at the same time also the blocking element 5, which is connected to the actuating part 10 via the driver 8, under the influence of the helical spring 6 into its latch 1 can place blocking position (Fig.2). The latch 1 is thus secured in its position protruding over the lock housing 2 by the amount x and locking the door,
from which a rotation of the actuating part 10 cannot be removed ent. A rotation of the latter direct is only possible with the help of the inserted in the square recess 1.1 socket wrench or the pawl-like Actuate transmission organ of the lock.
