Füllzahnbürste. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Füllzahnbürste. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet. sich diese dadurch aus, dass eine CTriffhülse und eine Schutzkappe Teile des bis auf eine Entlüftungsöffnung geschlossenen Gehäuses bilden, und dass Mittel zum Auspressen von im Griff angeordneter Zahnpasta durch Luft druck vorgesehen sind.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Aus- führungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig.l. eine Ansicht. einer ersten Ausfüh rungsform der Zahnbürste im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 die vom Griff abgenommene Bürste, Fig. 3 den Bürstengriff bei Betätigung der Ausgabevorrichtung, Fig.4 eine zweite Ausführungsform der Zahnbürste im Teillängsschnitt, Fig.5 eine dritte Ausführungsform der Zahnbürste im Teillängsschnitt und Fig. 6 den Unterteil des Bürstengriffes ge mäss einer vierten Ausführungsform im Längsschnitt.
Bei der in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellten Aus führungsform ist eine Zahnbürste 1 auf einem mit Aussengewinde versehenen Hals 2 eines Mundstückes 3 abnehmbar aufgeschraubt. Das Mundstück 3 ist mit einer flexiblen Tube 4 aus Zellon, Zellulosefolie, Gummi usw. fest verbunden. Am Mundstück der flexiblen Tube ist ferner eine die letztere umschliessende, durchsichtige Führungshülse 5 befestigt. Der Teil 3 weist einen Bund 6 und an diesem abgesetzt ein Aussengewinde 7 auf. Auf das letztere ist eine die durchsichtige Führungs hülse 5 umschliessende Griffhülse 8 aufge schraubt. 9 ist eine in der Führungshülse be festigte Zwischenwand, welche dem Hinter ende der flexiblen Tube anliegt.
Dieses Hinter ende weist einen verstärkten Boden 4' auf, welcher ein gleichmässiges Eindrücken der Tube von hinten nach vorn gewährleistet, wenn die Tube durch Pressluft ausgedrückt werden soll. In der Mitte der Zwischenwand 9 ist eine Öffnung für den Eintritt der Press luft vorgesehen. An diese Öffnung ist ein Rohr 10 angeschlossen, dessen Hinterende bis an die Mündung des Führungsrohres 5 reicht. Am Hinterende des Rohres 10 ist ein Teller 11 befestigt, welcher vom ersteren durchsetzt wird. Dem Teller 11 liegt ein Gummiballon 12 an, welcher mit einer Öffnung 13 mit der Öffnung des Tellers 11 verbunden ist.
Der Ballon weist der Öffnung 13 gegenüberlie gend eine Entlüftungsöffnung 14 auf und ist mit. der Öffnung 13 an die Mündung des Rohres 10 angeschlossen. über den Ballon 1\' ist eine Blechhaube 15 gestülpt, welche mit einer Öffnung 16 in der Mitte an die öff- nung 14 des Ballons 12 angeschlossen ist. Das offene Ende der Haube 15 ist am Teller 11 einerseits und am einwärts gedrückten Rand 17 der Griffhülse 8 anderseits geführt. Die Blechhaube 15 kann entgegen der Federwir kung des Ballons 12 in den zwischen der Wand 9 und dem Teller 17. gebildeten Hohl raum eingedrückt werden, wodurch der Bal lon balgartig zusammengedrückt wird, wie dies zig. zeigt.
Beim Eindrücken der Haube 15 werden mit dein Daumen die im Teil 15 vorhandene Öffnung 16 und damit die Öff nung 14 zugehalten. Dadurch wird die Luft aus dem Ballon verdrängt und durch das Rohr 10 in den die Tube 4 enthaltenden Raum der Führungshülse 5 gedrüel,:t, wodurch ein Pressdruek auf die Tube ausgeübt wird. Über die Zahnbürste ist eine Schutzkappe 18 ge stülpt, welche auf einem Gewindeansatz 19 des Bürstenschaftes abnehmbar aufgeschraubt ist. 20 ist ein Bund am Ende des Bürsten schaftes, an welchem dieser gehalten werden kann, wenn die Schutzkappe 18 von der Bürste abgenommen werden soll.
An der Schutzkappe 18 ist ein Klemmhalter 21 be festigt, der es gestattet, die Bürste wie einen Füllhalter an die Rocktasche anzuklemmen. Griffhülse 8 und Schutzkappe 1.8 bilden Teile eines bis auf die Öffnung 16 geschlossenen Gehäuses der Füllzahnbürste. Zum Füllen kann jede beliebige Zahnpasta verwendet wer den, wozu Schutzkappe 18 und Bürste 1 vom Griff abgeschraubt werden. Ein am Hals des llundstüekes 3 angebrachtes Innengewinde \?? gestattet. den Anschluss der Tube mit der gewünschten Zahnpasta.
Ist die Tube 4 im Bürstengriff mit dein ganzen oder einem Teil des Inhaltes einer Zahnpastentube gefüllt, dann kann die be treffende Tube wieder abgeschraubt. und an deren Stelle die Zahnbürste 1 und über diese die Schutzkappe 18 aufgeschraubt werden.
Beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste wird zu erst die Sehutzkappe 18 und dann die Bürste 1 abgeschraubt. In der einen Hand hält man die Bürste 1 und in der andern Hand den Bür stengriff 8 fest, wobei mit dem Daumen der letzteren Hand die Haube 15 unter Ver- deckung der Ansaugöffnung 16 eingedrückt wird. Dadurch wird der Ballon 12 balgartig zusammengedrückt und die Luft aus diesem durch das Rohr 10 in den Raum der Tube 4 gepresst.
Durch den Druck der Pressluft wird die Tube von hinten eingedrüekt und dadurch ein angemessenes Quantum der Zahnpasta durch das Mundstück 3 aus der Tube heraus gepresst. Der herausgedrückte Teil der Zahn- pasta wird auf die Zahnbürste abgestrichen und gleich darauf wieder der Handgriff an die Bürste gesehraubt, worauf finit der Reini gung der Zähne begonnen werden kann.
Nach dem Putzen der Zähne wird die Bürste ge spült, wenn möglich getrocknet und dann die Selnitzka.ppe 18 aufgesehra.ubt.
Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform der Füllzahnbürste nach Fil--.4 ist. wiederum 1 die Zahnbürste, welche 1 abnehmbar auf den Hals des 1Iundstiiekes 3 aufgeschraubt ist. i ist die mit dem llandstilek fest verbun dene, flexible Tube mit dein verstärkten Bo den 4', welche im Hohlraum einer mit dein Bund des llundstüekes 3 fest verbundenen Griffhülse 8 angeordnet ist.
Das Hinterende der Griffhülse 8 ist durch einen Boden 8' abgeschlossen, weleher in der Mitte mit einer Presslufteintrittsöffnun" 23 versehen ist. Auf dem Boden der Griffhülse ist ein Ballon 2-1 befestigt, welcher mit einer Öffnung 25 an die Öffnung 23 angeschlossen ist. Der Öff nung ?5 des Ballons gegenüberliegend ist. am Ballon noeh eine Entlüftungsöffnung 26 vor gesehen.
Durch Eindrüeken des Ballons '4 mit dem die Öffnung 26 verschliessenden Daumen der den Bürstengriff 8 haltenden Hand wird ein angemessenes Quantum Pressluft in den Raun der Tube gepresst und dadureli der Austritt eines zum Zähneputzen benötigten Quantums Zahnpasta aus der Tube bewirkt.
Bei der dritten Ausführungsform der Zahnbürste gemäss Fig.S ist 1 die auf den Hals 2 eines l@luindstüekes 3 abnehmbar auf geschraubte Zahnbürste. Auf das Mundstück 3, welches einen Bund 6 und diesem gegenüber abgesetzt ein Aussengewinde 7 aufweist, ist eine Griffhülse 8 aufgesetzt. Der Hals 2 geht oben in einen halbkugelförmigen Kopf ?' über, welcher der elastischen Abdichtungs scheibe 37 im Teil 1 anliegt. Die Griffhülse enthält den Füllraum für die Aufnahme der Zahnpasta.
In der Griffhülse 8 ist. ein Diuick- kolben 27 geführt. 28 ist ein hinter dein Druckkolben in der Griffhülse geführter För- derkolben, und hinter dem Förderkolben ist in der Griffhülse ein Führungsboden 29 be- festigt. In der Hülse 8 ist. über der Tiefstel lung des Kolbens 28 eine Entlüftungsöffnung 30 vorgesehen. Die Kolbenstange 31 des För- derkolbens durchsetzt das Loch 36 in dem Boden 29. Das Hinterende der Griffhülse weist eine verengte Öffnung 32 auf, in welcher ein am Hinterende der Kolbenstange befestig ter Druckknopf .33 geführt ist.
Auf der Kol benstange 31 ist eine Dl,nekfeder 34 angeord net, deren eines Ende gegen den Führungs boden 29 und deren anderes Ende gegen den Druckknopf 33 abgestützt ist.
Beim Eindrüeken des Druckknopfes 33 entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 34 wird durch den Förderkolben unter Pressung der Luft vor diesem der Presskolben 27 ein entspre chendes Stück vorgetrieben und dadurch ein dosiertes Quantum Zahnpasta durch das Mundstück herausgedriiekt. Sobald der Kol ben 28 wieder unter die Ansaugöffnung 30 zurückgeschoben wird, tritt Luft in den durch die Teile 27, 28 begrenzten Raum ein, welche beim Aufwärtsdrücken des Förderkolbens vor diesen gedrückt wird.
Fig.6 zeigt eine ähnliche Pastenauspress- vorrichtung wie in Fig. 5. Bei dieser Ausfüh rungsform ist der Förderkolben 28 unmittel bar mit dem Druckknopf 33 verbunden. Die gegen den fest in der Griffhülse 8 angeord neten Boden 29 abgestützte Druckfeder 34 wirkt direkt auf den Förderkolben 28 ein. Der Boden 29 ist mit der Durchlassöffnung 36 und der Druekknopf 33 und der Federkol ben 28 je mit einer Entlüftungsöffnung 35, 35' versehen. 27 ist wiederum der Druck kolben, welcher der Füllmasse anliegt.. Beim Gebrauch legt man einen Finger auf den Knopf 33, wobei man die Öffnung 35 ab schliesst.
Beim Einwärtsdrüeken des Knopfes 33 wird die Luft durch die Öffnung 35', 36 in den Raum zwischen den Teilen 27, 29 ge- presst und der Presskolben 27 gegen die Füll masse gedrückt.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a toothbrush 1 is detachably screwed onto an externally threaded neck 2 of a mouthpiece 3.
