<tb> trennten <SEP> Ventilator <SEP> vor, <SEP> der <SEP> die <SEP> Sekundär Uasnienge <SEP> aus <SEP> dem <SEP> Staubsanmielraum <SEP> al)sau,.;
Fig. 1 zeigt die Gesamtanlage.

Gas cleaning process with the aid of a primary dust separator and dust separator for carrying out the process. 1) The invention relates to a gas cleaning process with the aid of a primary dust separator and a dust separator for carrying out the process.
In known processes of this type and in known dust separators, the gas to be cleaned enters the centrifugal duct of the Prinmarir dust separator through an axial or tan gential inlet guide apparatus. The gas to be cleaned (hereinafter referred to as raw gas) is set in rotation and the dust is carried to the centrifugal chamber jacket. An axial displacement flow causes the dust to pass through dust discharge openings, which are designed differently in the individual centrifugal dust separator systems, into the dust collection space.
With the dust separated out in this way, a quantity of gas (secondary gas quantity) corresponding to the pressure conditions goes into the dust collection chamber. This must be removed from the collecting area, whereby the dust that has been covered should be deposited in this area if possible.
There are several possibilities for discharging the secondary gas stream from the collection room a.) A solution that has been implemented in many ways so far is that a conical outlet with a central bottom opening is arranged on the n @ Lindri centrifugal chamber through which

the <SEP> dust <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> collecting space <SEP> led <SEP> and
<tb> the <SEP> secondary gas quantity <SEP> sucked back through <SEP> the <SEP> equal <SEP> opening <SEP> again <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> vortex core <SEP>
<tb> will.
<SEP> This <SEP> arrangement <SEP> makes <SEP> a <SEP> parallel connection <SEP> from <SEP> Z:> clone cells <SEP> extremely <SEP> selective.
<tb> because <SEP> gives the <SEP> unequal <SEP> pressure distribution <SEP> to <SEP> flow short circuits <SEP> cause <SEP>.
<tb> b) <SEP> A <SEP> previously <SEP> often <SEP> implemented <SEP> solution
<tb> is <SEP> an <SEP> internal <SEP> discharge <SEP> of the <SEP> secondary gas volume <SEP> from <SEP> the <SEP> dust collection chamber <SEP> through <SEP> on

t and in the raw gas flow of the z Axnlage. The dust that goes along with it has recently entered the separator cells and takes the same route as the dust particles in the raw gas. This arrangement has the disadvantage of a second induced draft fan on which the operational safety of the separator system depends. In addition, the amount of gas circulating in the cyclone cells increases, which increases the flow resistance of the system.
d) The secondary gas flow can also be extracted into the open air. However, this entails the task of freeing the secondary gas flow of entrained dust in a second separator system, since the secondary gas flow must not enter the open without being cleaned. This arrangement also requires a second induced draft fan, which sucks the secondary gas flow through the second separator system and blows it out into the open. The disadvantage of this solution is the second induced draft fan, which is required for each separator and can give rise to disruptions that can lead to the complete failure of the entire system.
In addition to this disadvantage, there is also an increased power requirement for the dust separator system.
However, the external suction has great advantages for the centrifugal dust separator, since the discharge gradient at the dust discharge openings is set as high as desired and thus. the gas distribution in the case of separators connected in parallel can also be made much more even.
Since the degree of separation of the centrifugal separators is heavily dependent on the amount of gas passed through, i.e. the degree of dedusting decreases with small loads, the centrifugal separators with external suction behave more favorably in partial load operation.
The invention relates to a gas cleaning process with the aid of a primary dust separator, the secondary gas carried through the dust discharge openings from the centrifugal chamber of the primary dust separator via a secondary dust separator directly without the interposition of draft-enhancing means of the clean gas line of the primary dust separator is fed.
The present invention also relates to a dust separator for carrying out the above-mentioned method, which is characterized by the fact that the secondary dust separator is connected to the dust collecting chamber of the primary dust separator and with its outlet via the leg gas line of the secondary dust separator is connected to the clean gas line of the primary dust separator,
The pressure consumption of the secondary dust separator is covered by the pressure difference between the dust collecting space of the primary dust separator and the junction of the two leg gas lines.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a dust separator according to the invention for carrying out the method according to the invention, and the latter is explained below, for example.
Fig. 1 shows the entire system. 2, 3 and 4 details are shown. All figures are partly in section and more schematically.
According to Figure 1, the raw gas is fed in the direction of arrow 15 to a primary dust collector 1 or several dust collectors connected in parallel and made to rotate in the Schleu derkammer 16. The dust and with it a corresponding amount of secondary gas then pass through the dust discharge openings 8 directly into the dust collection space 3 of the primary dust separator 1. B. in the form of baffles, referred to, which cause a settling of almost all of the coarse dust entrained in this dust collecting space 3.
The secondary gas pre-cleaned in this way then flows in the direction of arrow 17 in the flow direction behind the guide means 9 to the secondary dust separator?. This can preferably also be formed as a Z @ clone separator.
Here, the dust still present in the secondary gas, especially fine dust, is separated out, so that pure glass is then fed through the Rteingasleitung 6 of the secondary dust separator of the clean gas line 7 of the primary dust separator 1.
As you can see, the secondary dust separator 2 is connected with its inlet 4 to the dust collecting space 3 of the primary dust separator and its outlet 5 via the clean gas line 6 of the secondary dust separator to the clean gas line 7 of the primary dust separator - closed. Any other Zugrein-boosting agents such. B. in the form of fans are not available for operating the secondary dust separator.
The drive to flow through the secondary dust separator 2 is therefore only given by the glass pressure gradient of the primary dust separator 1, that is, by the pressure difference between the outlet 4 and the connection point 18 of the two clean gas lines 6 and 7.
To influence the pressure difference between the mentioned points 4 and 18, a throttle device is provided in the clean gas line 7. The device can be designed as a regulatable face throttle valve 11 or in the manner of a Venturi nozzle 12. It is present with reference to the flow direction or at point 18.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the clean gas line 6 of the secondary dust separator 2 is connected to the clean gas line 7 of the primary dust separator 1 at the point of the lowest pressure of the Venturi nozzle 12. The arrows 19 each indicate the direction of flow. The Venturi nozzles according to FIGS. 3 and 4 are provided so that they can be regulated in their clear cross-sections. In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, a blade-like nozzle part is pivotably arranged, as indicated by dashed lines. 4 shows another construction in which the free passage opening is changed with the aid of an adjustable and lockable cone 20 and the gas velocities and the suction pressure for the secondary dust separator 2 can thus be regulated.
With a fan is referred to, which blows the clean gas into the open air. At 22 and 23, the primary dust separator can be used
