Fernrohrobjektiv.

Telescope objective. The invention relates to a telescopic lens, in particular for theodolites and leveling devices, consisting of a positive system and a negative system that can be displaced for the purpose of focusing. The positive system exists. of two collecting members separated from the air space, the member facing the object of which is preferably a simple lens. The following link of the positive system is composed of three lenses. The negative system consists of a collecting member and a dispersing member facing the image plane, which according to the invention are separated by an air space that is greater than 0.001 f and less than 0.03 f.
The partial focal length, formed from the positive system in connection with the collecting member of the negative system separated from it by the air space 12, is less than 0.45 f. The size of the air dimension 1, 2 and the total focal length ± of the lens result from the position of the negative system that is valid for an infinite object distance.
With this lens sequence, you can achieve a spherical freedom from aberrations while avoiding any residual zonal errors if, according to the invention, the light bundle falling into the lens parallel to the optical axis experiences the greatest convergence in the small air space between the collecting and dispersing member of the negative system small air space shows the shape of a lens bent too much according to the picture.
The strength of this convergence depends on the partial focal length, which is formed by the positive system in connection with the collecting member of the negative system separated by air space and is less than 0.45 f.
The collecting member of the negative system expediently consists of a glass with very strong color dispersion, because then the spherical aberration frequency can be carried out for all calibratable rays at the same time.
The attached drawing shows an embodiment of the telescopic lens according to the invention, which has a focal length f = 100 and an aperture ratio of 1: 5.1. The positive system has a simple lens L 1 as the first element, and the second element is off three individual lenses cemented together (L2-LS-L4). The negative system consists of lenses L5 and L6. The air space between these two lenses is 0.004 f.
The partial focal length of the existing system consisting of the lenses L1- L2 - La - L4 and the lens L5 located in the distance 12 from L, 4 is 0.275 f.
With r the radii, with d the thicknesses, with l the air spaces, with n the refractive index for the d-line of the helium spectrum and with v the Abbe number.
