Vibrationspumpe.
Fig. 7. zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Ausführungsbeispiel.
Kanten 18 bilden.
Vibration pump. As a result of unequal turbulent flow, it is known that certain profiles that are flowed around in one direction by a gaseous or liquid medium, oppose this medium greater resistance than when it flows around in the opposite direction. will. In the vibration pump according to the invention there are means which force the medium to be conveyed to flow through passages in a plate in a reciprocating motion.
These passages are shaped in such a way that they offer greater resistance to the medium flowing through in one direction than when flow through them in the opposite direction. This makes it possible to generate a constant pressure difference of the medium on both sides of the plate with the passages over time. It does not matter whether the plate finitely executes this vibrating motion or whether the plate is solid and the medium is set in vibrating motion. The pressure difference in the medium that arises between the one and the other side of the plate with the passages is used to convey the medium.
Aii hand of embodiments that are shown in the drawing, the i: rfinduiig is described in more detail. Fig. 7 shows a section through an embodiment. .Am the housing 1 is a stuffing box 2 is attached, through which a rod 3, the plate 4 finite the passages can be set in reciprocating motion. 5 is the inlet opening into the pump, 6 the outlet opening from.
The vibration pump can also be designed in such a way that a membrane mounted in a hermetically sealing manner is fastened to the pump housing and a rod passes through its center. The end of the rod located inside the pump carries the plate with the passages. When the outer end of the rod is vibrated, it transmits. this vibration is transferred to the plate inside the pump.
An embodiment of this kind is shown in FIG. The resilient membrane 8 through which the rod 9 passes is attached to the housing 7. Because of the elasticity of the membrane 8, the rod 9 can perform small movements around the fastening and pivot point 10 and thereby enables the plate 11 to be set into vibration from the outside.
In another embodiment there is a rigid plate attached to the pump housing between two membranes mounted on the housing to form a seal. If at least one of the two membranes is vibrated from the outside, the medium to be conveyed enclosed in the housing is forced to flow through the passages in the plate in a vibrating motion.
An embodiment of this kind is shown in FIG. The plate 12 is firmly connected to the housing. The two resilient Mem branes 13 and 14 can be made to vibrate in the direction of the arrow and force there through the medium in the pump to flow through the passages in the plate 12 in alternating directions. At this end; Guide example, the vibration of the mem brane 14 is generated in that it is connected to an armature 15, which is attracted by an electromagnet 16 in bursts.
The intermittent attraction of the electromagnet is conditional. by the nature of the current flowing through the electromagnet, by using alternating current or dispersed direct current.
Exemplary embodiments of plates with passages are shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In FIG. 4, a piece of a lattice-shaped perforated plate is shown schematically, constructed from triangular profile bars. Furthermore, a plate with. Passages are made by drilling conical holes at regular intervals. are, in such a way that on one side of the plate, the jacket surfaces of the conical holes cut on all sides and thereby form curved edges, while they form circular holes on the other side. This type. Is the cut piece of a plate shown in Fig. 5, in which the conical holes 17 on one side of the plate are curved. Form edges 18.
