Fig. 6 und 7 Einzelheiten der elektrischen Drehkeilsteuerung.
Cutting machine for cutting veneer and cardboard. The present invention relates to a selineid machine for cutting veneer and cardboard, in which at least one knife performs a pivoting movement around a shaft during the cutting process ..
In known Schneidmasehinen the exact setting of the cutting edge of the movable knives borrowed compared to that of the fixed 'knife offers difficulties and with ge ringer wear of the cutting edge is no clean cut. more come about. In addition, relatively heavy knives must be used for large cutting widths in order to obtain the stability that is essential for a clean cut.
The cutting machine according to the patent application differs from cutting machines of a similar design in that the 3Iesser at the end of the cutting machine remained moving. is arranged. and its chordal legs are first pressed against feed curves and then against the cutting edge of at least one fixed knife.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, and it shows Fig. 1 is a front view of the cutting masehine, Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-11 of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a view of the Sclineidmaschine from above FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a diagram of the drive of the cutting machine,
6 and 7 details of the electrical rotary wedge control.
The two stands 1 and?. are connected to one another by the cross member 3 on which the lower fixed knife 4 lies. At each end of the fixed knife 4 is. outside of the maximum permissible cutting width, a feed curve e 5 is attached. The veneer 6 fed in the direction of the arrow: 1 rests on the support 7. The rotating beam 8 is. at both ends in the two uprights 1 and \? mounted so as to be pivotable by means of a shaft 56. Three arms 9 and 10 are each attached to the rotating beam 8. The knife carrier 12 with the knife 13 is rotatably superimposed on the pin 11 of the three arms 9 and the knife carrier 15 with the knife 16 is mounted on the pin 14 of the three arms 7.0.
The knives 13 and 16 could however also be fastened to the arms 9 and 10 by leaf springs. The knife 1.3 and 16 are in blunt. Angle to each other on the knife carriers 12 and 15 by screws, not shown, which engage through slots, an adjustable attached. On the knife carriers 1.2 and 15, three tabs 17 with guide tubes 18 are attached.
In each guide tube 18 is a rod 19 with a shoe 20 by the action of a compression spring 21 until the stop ring \? \ 'On the upper end of the guide tube 18 or until the shoe 20 rests on the veneer 6 or on the knife 4 pressed down. A tension spring 23 is fastened at one end to each of the 11 knife carriers 12 and 15 and at the other ends to the rotating beam 8.
A scratch 25 on the shaft 24 of the drive motor 53 is in engagement with the ring gear 55 on a flywheel 26. The flywheel 26 has three recesses 27 in its bore. In the coupling part 28, which is firmly connected to the shaft 29, is a rotary wedge 31 is mounted, which interacts with the flywheel 26. On the shaft 29 sits a disc 33 with a cure belzapfen 34, which is connected to a pin 36 on the extreme left arm 9 by means of a connecting rod 35.
On a z. B. in the machine stand 1 seated pin 40 is a holding pawl 39 rotatable, on the nose 38 in the position shown in Fig. 6 a thumb 37 of the rotary wedge 31 is present. In the stand 1, a vertical rod 43 is also vertically displaceable bar, which is encompassed by an Alagnetspule 44 and a holding contact 52 is operated. At the lower end of the connecting rod 43 is a standing under the action of a leaf spring 30 release pawl 42 about a Zap fen 45 rotatable.
A tension spring 54 is fastened to the thumb 37 at one end and to the coupling part 28 at the other end by a tab 32. A scoring 46 on the motor shaft 24 is in engagement with a gear 47 which is with. a contact roller 48 is connected. The brushes 49 are pressed against the roller 48 by springs 50. In the circuit of the holding contact 52, a push button switch 51 is provided.
The mode of operation of the cutting machine is as follows: The shaft 24 with the two pinions 25 and 46 is driven by the motor 53; When the motor 53 is running, see the ring gear 55 with the flywheel 26 and the gear 47 with the contact roller 48 constantly. The rotary wedge 31 and the two pawls 39 and 42 are in the positions shown in FIG.
The translation from the Ritze- 25 to the ring gear 55 of the flywheel 26 on the one hand, and from the Ritze- 46 to the gear 47 on the other hand are chosen so that a contact on the contact roller 48 only comes about when you see one of the three 7 in the flywheel 26 opposite the rotary wedge. 31 is located so that the latter can easily be screwed into the relevant recess, whereupon the rotary wedge assumes the position shown in FIG.
If a Sehneid movement is to be carried out on the Sehneidmasehine, the motor 53 is first activated by a switch, not shown. Then the push button contact 51 is actuated, whereupon when the brushes 49 on the contact roller 48 come into the contact position, the control circuit is closed and the Alagnetspule 44 is excited. The connecting rod 43 with the release pawl 42 is now raised and the holding pawl 39 is taken with it. As a result, the thumb 37 of the rotary wedge 31 is free and the rotary wedge 31 is rotated by the spring 54 in the direction of arrow B by 900 ver.
When the release pawl 42 is raised, the retaining pawl 39 also slips off the shoulder 41 and rotates downward about the pin 40. The parts then take the ones in Fi. 7 positions shown.
The rotating wedge 31 connects the constantly rotating flywheel 6 and the coupling part 28 to one another, so that the shaft 29 with the disk 33 and the crank pin 34 also rotates. The rotating bar 8 is pivoted via the connecting rod 35, the pin 36 and the arm 9, so that a cutting movement occurs.
However, before the knives 13 or 16 touch the veneer 6, the shoes 20 hit the veneer 6 on the rods 19 and hold the same on the fixed knife 4 during the cutting process.
The two knife carriers 12 and 75, which are rotatably supported on the pins 11 and 1, 4 of the arms 9 and 10, are rotated by the tension springs 23 in the (regeriulirweiseei @ sense), whereby the cutting edges of the knives 13 and 16 at the beginning of the cutting movement against the feed curves 5 and then -eg-en the lower fixed knife 4 are pressed.
As long as the Druekknopfkontal,: t 51 is closed, and the brushes 49 are connected by the contact roller, the magnet coil 44 remains energized, so that the Ilaltekontakt 52 remains closed. The connecting rod 43 remains with it. the release pawl 42 in the position shown in Fig. 7 is. If the push button contact 51 is released, the holding contact 5 and thus also the control circuit remain closed as long as the brushes 49 on the contact roller 48 make contact.
If, however, the connection between the two brushes 49 is interrupted by the constantly rotating contact roller 48, then the connecting rod 43 with the release pawl 42 falls down and the holding contact 52 is opened.
If the flywheel 26 has carried out a full unrotation and thus also a visual cutting movement, the thumb 3'7 of the rotary wedge 31 is caught by the nose 38 (the retaining pawl 39 hanging from it and the latter is raised in the process.
If the holding contact 52 is opened, the connecting rod 43 with the release pawl 42 falls down and the latter can pivot about the pin 45, so that as a result of the action of the leaf spring 30 (put paragraph 41 again under the nose 38 of the holding pawl 39. The entire release and locking mechanism is then again in the ready position for a new cutting movement shown in FIG.
To initiate a Selineidbewe ", the push button contact 51 must always be actuated again. The combination of the elements 37, 39, 42 and 43 ensures that even if the push button 51 is pressed for a long time, the movable knife 13 after cutting has taken place in remains in its highest position.
The electrical control of the rotary wedge coupling ensures that the cutting machine works smoothly even at a relatively high working speed and the wear on the rotary wedge and coupling parts is reduced to a minimum.
Since the current interface of the movable knife is pressed by spring force against the cutting edge of the fixed knife during the entire cutting movement, a perfect cut is achieved. Furthermore, since the knives are individually resilient and pivotable, the A make the same is easier to accomplish than is the case with long heavy knives. The use of two shorter knives on a cutting machine with a large cutting width also offers the advantage that such knives can be reground on a normal grinding machine.
