Gerätetisch zur Aufnahme ophthalmologischer Geräte.
I) ie Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Tiseh für die augenärztliehe Praxis zur Aufnahme ophthalmologischer Geräte. Derartige Tische sind an sich bekannt. Sie besitzen ge wöhnlieh als Ständer einen Dreifuss, der, durch ein Handrad in der Höhe verstellbar, die Tischplatte trägt. Die Kopfstütze für den Patienten ist in der Regel am Tisch fest angebracht. Als Geräte, die der Arzt auf dem T seh weehselweise benutzt, kommen beispielsweise Perimeter, Ophthalmoskope, Ophthalmometer, Spaltlampengeräte, Netzhautkameras usw. in Betracht. Jedes dieser Geräte muss dabei mit einer Feinstellvorrichtung versehen sein, die ein Einjustieren nach Hohe, Seite und Tiefe in bezug auf das zu untersuchende Auge gestattet.
Erfindungsgemäss ist die Tischplatte des in der Hohe verstellbaren und mit einer Kopfstütze versehenen Gerätetisehes mindestens in der horizontalen Ebene nach der Seite und Tiefe gegenüber der Kopfstütze dureh Feintriebvorriehtungen versehiebbar gelagert. Die Feinverstellung des Gerätes in IIöhe gegenüber dem zu untersuchenden Pa tientenauge kann man in die Kopfstütze verlegen. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht darin, dass eine zusätzliche Feintriebvorrichtung auch zur Verstellung der Hohenlage der Tischplatte gegenüber der Kopfstütze vorgesehen ist. Dabei kann ausserdem eine grobe Hohenverstellung der Tisch- platte vorgesehen sein, an der auch die Kopfstütze teilnimmt.
Der erfindungsgemässe Gerätetiseh besitzt den Vorteil, dass die auf dem. Tisch abwech- selnd aufzustellenden ophthalmologischen Geräte keine Justiervorrichtung für Höhen-, Seiten-und Tiefeneinstellung aufweisen müssen. Die ophthalmologischen Geräte können ohne besondere Vorsichtsmassregeln auf dem Tisch in ihre annähernd richtige Lage frei versehoben und darauf mittels der Tischver- stellung bequem genau eingestellt werden.
Die Tischplatte ist vorzugsweise auf einem Kreuzschlitten gelagert, der durch einen am unbeweglichen Teil der Lagerung nach allen Richtungen schwenkbar befestigten Steuerhebel fein bewegbar ist. Der Steuerhebel greift ; vorteilhaft an der Tischplatte an und verschiebt diese je nach der Riehtung, in welcher er von Hand betätigt wird. Die Feinverstell. ung für die Hohe wird zweckmä#ig durch eine Rändelschraube vorgenommen.
Zur näheren Erläuterung der Erfindung dient die naehfolgende Beschreibung des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels.
Der Tisch besteht aus einem Dreifuss 1 mit der darauf angeordneten Tischplatte 2, auf die das strichpunktiert gezeichnete oph- thalmologische Gerät, hier eine Spaltlampe 16, aufgesetzt werden kann. Die Tischplatte 2 wird von einem Arm 3 getragen, an dem auch die Kopfstütze 6 für den Patienten befestigt ist. Der Arm 3 ist durch das Handrad 4 in der Hohe verstellbar ; bei 2' ist die höchste durch diese Grobverstellung erreiehbare Lage der Tischplatte 2 angecleutet. In der jeweils eingestellten Hoche kann die Grobverstellung mittels des Hebels 5 festgeklemmt werden.
Die Tisehplatte 2, die als Kreuztiseh ausgebildet ist, wird von dem Arm 3 mittels der Schraubspindel 9 und der Führungsspindeln 7 und 8 getragen. Die Spindel 9 ist in der Grundplatte 10 fest gelagert. Dureh Drehen an der Handhabe 11 sehraubt sich diese Spindel aus dem Trägerarm 3 heraus oder in diesen hinein und verstellt dadurch die Grundplatte 10 in der Hohe. Auf dieser Grundplatte ist der die Tischplatte 2 tragende Kreuzsehlitten 12, 13 gelagert. Der eine Sehlitten 12 ist senkreeht zur Zeiehenebene verschiebbar, während der andere, mit 13 teilweise angedeutete Sehlitten über die Rän der des Schlittens 12 greift und in einer zur ersten Richtung senkrechten Richtung verschiebbar ist.
Mit dem Schlitten 13 ist dann die Tischplatte 2 fest verbunden. Die Verstellung in der horizontalen Ebene erfolgt durch den eine Aussparung der Tischplatte durchsetzenden Hebel 14, der mit einem Kugelgelenk in der Grundplatte 10 gelagert ist ; mit einer zweiten Kugel ist er in der Tischplatte 2 geführt, so dass er in allen Richtungen verstellt werden kann. Bei dieser Verstellung wandert die Tischplatte 2 mit, da sie ja auf dem Kreuzschlitten 12, 13 liegt.
Die Bewegungsrichtung der Platte ist dabei jeweils durch die Richtung vorgegeben, in der der Hebel 14 von Hand verstellt wird. Mit dieser Anordnung lässt sich bequem eine Feinverstellung des Gerätes 16 relativ zum Patientenauge 17 erreiehen.
Der Knopf 11 wird bei der Horizontalverstellung der Tischplatte nicht mitgenommen, cla er in der feststehenden Grundplatte 10 ge halten ist. Die Sehlitten 12 und 13 sowie die Tisehplatte 2 müssen also entspreehende Aus- sparungen enthalten, damit die Spindel 9 in jeder Lage des Tisehes freiliegt.

The invention relates to a table for ophthalmological practice for receiving ophthalmic devices. Such tables are known per se. They usually have a tripod as a stand, which, adjustable in height by a handwheel, supports the table top. The headrest for the patient is usually firmly attached to the table. Perimeters, ophthalmoscopes, ophthalmometers, slit lamp devices, retinal cameras, etc. come into consideration as devices that the doctor uses on his or her desk. Each of these devices must be provided with a fine adjustment device that allows adjustment according to height, side and depth in relation to the eye to be examined.
According to the invention, the table top of the device table, which is adjustable in height and provided with a headrest, is mounted displaceably at least in the horizontal plane to the side and depth relative to the headrest by means of fine drive devices. The fine adjustment of the device in height relative to the patient's eye to be examined can be relocated to the headrest. A preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that an additional fine drive device is also provided for adjusting the height of the table top relative to the headrest. In addition, a rough height adjustment of the table top can be provided, in which the headrest also takes part.
The device according to the invention has the advantage that the. Ophthalmic devices to be set up alternately on a table do not have to have an adjustment device for height, side and depth adjustment. The ophthalmic devices can be freely moved into their approximately correct position on the table without any special precautionary measures and can be conveniently and precisely adjusted using the table adjustment.
The table top is preferably mounted on a cross slide which can be finely moved by a control lever attached to the immovable part of the mounting so that it can pivot in all directions. The control lever engages; advantageous to the table top and moves it depending on the direction in which it is operated by hand. The fine adjustment. Adjustment for the height is expediently made using a knurled screw.
The following description of the exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing serves to explain the invention in more detail.
The table consists of a tripod 1 with the table top 2 arranged on it, on which the ophthalmological device shown in dash-dotted lines, here a slit lamp 16, can be placed. The table top 2 is carried by an arm 3 to which the headrest 6 for the patient is also attached. The arm 3 is adjustable in height by the handwheel 4; at 2 'the highest position of the table top 2 that can be reached by this rough adjustment is pinned. The coarse adjustment can be clamped by means of the lever 5 in the respective set height.
The table plate 2, which is designed as a cross table, is carried by the arm 3 by means of the screw spindle 9 and the guide spindles 7 and 8. The spindle 9 is firmly mounted in the base plate 10. By turning the handle 11, this spindle pulls itself out of the support arm 3 or into it, thereby adjusting the height of the base plate 10. The cross slide carriage 12, 13 carrying the table top 2 is mounted on this base plate. One slide slide 12 is perpendicular to the drawing plane, while the other slide slide, partially indicated by 13, engages over the edges of the slide 12 and is displaceable in a direction perpendicular to the first direction.
The table top 2 is then firmly connected to the carriage 13. The adjustment in the horizontal plane is carried out by the lever 14 which penetrates a recess in the table top and is mounted in the base plate 10 with a ball joint; with a second ball it is guided in the table top 2 so that it can be adjusted in all directions. During this adjustment, the table top 2 moves with it, since it lies on the compound slide 12, 13.
The direction of movement of the plate is predetermined by the direction in which the lever 14 is adjusted by hand. With this arrangement, fine adjustment of the device 16 relative to the patient's eye 17 can be easily achieved.
