Device for automatic winding of a watch by means of an oscillating weight. The present invention relates to a key device for automatic winding of a watch. by means of an oscillating weight.
It is known that, in most self-winding watches, an oscillating mass capable of moving around a pivot, on a limited or unlimited arc of a circle, causes the winding of the key barrel spring by transmitting its movements to it by the 'intermediary <the one chain of linkers.
Many such mechanisms include a bearing mass pivot. for this purpose an eccentric intended to transform the angular oscillations of the mass into movements (translation, for example, allowing: pawls to perform the desired re-assembly.
The present invention relates to such a device and provides for the pivot to carry an eccentric provided with an o-: ball bearing.
It is obvious that by using, in this right a ball bearing, one decreases to a large extent the friction and, consequently, the losses of an energy which, in the watches with automatic winding, one seeks to use. as much as possible in its entirety.
The appended drawing shows three embodiments of the object of the invention given by way of example.
Each of fig. 1 to 3 of the drawing relate to one of these embodiments which it shows in axial section through the pivot of the oscillating weight, itself not shown.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the mass, which would be on the right, follows the arm 1 which supports it, and which sorrel around a central pivot. composed of the threaded part \ ', to which the arm is fixed, of the smooth cylindrical part 3, pivoted in the bridge 4, of a part 5, on which is driven the eccentric 6 constituting the internal raceway from one bearing to. eccentric balls, and finally from the end 7 of smaller diameter rotating clans the, stone 8.
The ring 9 is placed around the eccentric 6, constituting the outer rolling path for the balls 10. This ring is fixed to the element. 11, which need not be described in detail here, and who can. for example be a rocker carrying pawls, a connecting rod or any other similar member of the kinematic chain connecting the mass to the motor res to be wound up.
In this embodiment, the mass is therefore attached to a pivot rotating in two bearings, one of which is smooth cylindrical and the other formed by a drilled stone, an eccentric ball bearing being placed between the two.
A similar distribution is achieved by the second embodiment of FIG. 2 where we find the arm 1, supporting the mass not shown, the elements 2, 5 and 7 of the central pivot which is held in the bridge 4 by means of a second ball bearing ii 12.
There are therefore two ball bearings here, the bearing 12 concentric with the pivot of the mass and the eccentric bearing designated as a whole by 13 and actuating, as in the first example, a member 11. of the kinematic chain connecting the. motor res earth to be reassembled.
The third embodiment according to fis. 3 differs from the second simply by the fact that the components 7 and. 8 are deleted. Here, the mass is suspended from an arm 14 supported only by the bridge. 15, by means of the single ball bearing 1.6, in the voi sinage of which is the eccentric bible bearing 17 actuating the member 18. The ball bearing 1.7 eq thus cantilevered.
