Ziehpresse.
Fig. <B>1</B> zeigt, dass bei der Kurbelstellung <B>0',</B> die in diesem Falle den untern Totpunkt be- dentet, sowohl der hohle Ha-uptstössel H als auch der in ihm geführte Hilfsstössel<B>A</B> in unterster Ste,1,1-Lmg stehen, bei der der Hilfs stössel fast ganz durch den Ziehring hindurch- reicht;
-Während dieser einzigen Umdrehung, also während des Aufwärtsganges des Haupt <I>stössels H,</I> geschieht folgendes.
Drawing press. The invention relates to target presses, for example crank drawing presses, which are used for drawing long hollow ET bodies, such as B. sleeves, can be used.
According to the invention it is provided that a main ram of the drawing press is equipped with an auxiliary ram which extends it at least during the working stroke in the feed belt and which is movable with respect to the main ram in the direction of the main ram longitudinal column and whose movement is inevitably derived from that of the main slide drive,
that it executes its own return and delivery movement in relation to the main ram, which at least for the most part takes place during the return stroke (read main ram.
Using the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a drawing press is explained below according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the stroke movement of the auxiliary ram and of the main ram at the individual angular positions of the cranks. Among them is the particular crank position for some particularly be7h- liellde positions,
that is, the ram position corresponding to the abscissa of the diagram is still clearly illustrated and the introduction of the preliminary stages is shown.
FIG. 2 shows the ram and ram guide of a press with a control mechanism, FIG. 3 reproduces a cross section.
Fig. 1 shows that in the crank position <B> 0 ', </B> which in this case denotes the bottom dead center, both the hollow main ram H and the one guided in it Auxiliary tappet <B> A </B> are in the lowest Ste, 1,1-Lmg, where the auxiliary tappet extends almost completely through the drawing ring;
the diagram curves are both at the 0 point. When the crank is turned by 3011 to the right, a slight lifting of both tappets II and h can be noticed without them having adjusted each other, that is, the curves are still covering. At <B> 600 </B> the crank angle, the main slide has risen further.
In addition, the auxiliary ram, which always takes part in the main ram movement, is also raised in the main ram itself. This can be seen in the diagram from a fork in the stroke course curves H and h drawn in for the main and auxiliary tappets.
At <B> 90 '</B>, this superimposed movement continues rapidly - Lind reaches the position at around 1200 in which the auxiliary ram is fully pulled into the main ram, and the curve left lies far above the curve for H. During the following crank travel between 120 and <B> 180 ', </B> that is, during the upward stroke, the main slide rises by small amounts. However, the auxiliary ram is already moving forward again in the main ram and dips into the preliminary stage s supplied at the crank position 1200.
As a result, when the crank is in the top dead center <B> 1801 </B>, the rear ram is already completely immersed in the workpiece and this is placed on the drawing ring. The curve h opens again into the curve H. From this moment on, the auxiliary tappet is locked with the main tappet, so that the curves h, and H completely coincide from n-Lu-i.
For the forward stroke, only three individual positions of the two rams are indicated, but from which it can be seen that the pulling process begins immediately after passing through the top dead center, i.e. with a speed that is practically the same as Niill and with a cure position lowest crank a-tio charge.
The highest working pressure occurs in the target process right at the beginning when pulling the relatively thick bottom part of the stadiums through the drawing ring.
According to FIG. 1, this takes place in the area of the upper crank dead center, that is to say at the most favorable moment of the crank position. The dimensioning of the cranks can be significantly weaker, especially since the overdimensioning of all crank pins, of the usual type, which requires impacts, is eliminated.
The reduction of the required crank stroke to about half compared to normal drawing presses allows the number of strokes to be increased to twice as much. Atich affects the construction of the press. the smaller hub so that cheaper fluid can be built more easily.
As a result, the number of revolutions and piece output of the press can be adjusted extraordinarily without this having an effect in a noticeable increase in the speed of impact of the punch on the workpiece.
In F.lg. 2, the ram guide is only roughly indicated by <B> 1 </B>. The lower part of the press 2 carries the drawing ring <B> 3. </B> In the main ram guide <B> 1 </B> the 1-IitLipt ram IT, driven by the crank gear 4, moves. It eats hollow and guides the with its inner bore Piston of the auxiliary ram h "of the main ram H during the entire working stroke and during part of the return stroke in
Delivery notice Luig extended. The auxiliary ram is movable in the direction of the axis of the main ram that coincides with the feed direction of the main ram.
On the side of the main ram H, protruding from the guide <B> 1 </B> through a longitudinal slot, is a support arm <B> 7 </B> a-ngesehra, 1 - tbt, which in the lead example shown has the shape of a triangular cone - has solplatte. A crank arm <B> 8 </B> is hinged to the tip of this plate <B> 7 </B>. With its other end it engages the auxiliary ram <B> A </B>.
In addition, a crank disk <B> 9 </B> is freely rotatably mounted on this plate and engages with its crank pin <B> 10 </B> in a longitudinal slot of the crank arm <B> 8 </B>. This crank disk also has a control cam <B> 11 </B> on its circumference, which via an angle lever 12, a rod <B> 13 </B> and a further angle lever 14 on a locking member <B> 15 </B> works, through which the main ram H can be locked with the auxiliary ram <B> A </B>.
On the other side of the plate <B> 7 </B> on the shaft of the crank disk <B> 9 </B> there is a gear <B> 16. </B> A pawl <B> 17 </ B hinged on it > thereby engages a ratchet wheel <B> 18. </B> firmly wedged on the shaft of the carbide disc <B> 9 </B>
A toothed rack 20 is provided on the press frame indicated at <B> 19 </B> in such a way that it meshes with the passing gear <B> 16 </B> when the main ram moves up and down - and gives it about one rotation . The ratchet pawl <B> 17 </B> and ratchet teeth are arranged in such a way that they couple the ratchet wheel 20 with the gear wheel <B> 16 </B> and thereby the crank disc <B> 9 </B> only during upward gear Give the turn-ling.
-During this single rotation, i.e. during the upward gear of the main <I> tappet H, </I> the following happens. The control cam <B> 11 </B> -releases the locking bolt <B> 1.5. </B> via the linkage <B> 12,1.3 </B> and 14. The rocker <B> 8 </B> swings, up and back again1: and pushes the auxiliary slide <B> lt </B> in the main slide once back and forth.
At the end of the forward movement guing, the released locking bolt <B> 15 </B> engages under the effect of not shown, e.g. B. on the linkage 12, <B> 13, </B> 14 acting means again and thus locks I-I # aiipt and auxiliary tappets together.
There are, of course, other ways to control the relative movement of auxiliary. and main pusher. In a purely mechanical way you can z. B .. think about a curve control. It is from-he just as well z. B. a hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical or a me- ehanis, che, with servo motor effect conceivable.
