Gas turbine with liquid-cooled rotor blades. The invention relates to a gas turbine and relates to the Ausbildun-- the blades, these by a medium such. B. water, with natural circulation, are küblt. This is to avoid the use of special materials for blades and rotor and also make it possible to increase the operating temperature.
The blade cooling is negligibly carried out with the aid of a number of bores of 1 mm or less, through which a coolant flows from the blade head to the blade root.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, for example. FIG. 1 shows a cross section through the rotor with the blades shown in perspective. FIG. 2 shows a running disk and some running shovels. FIG. 3 shows the plan view of FIG. 2, a blade being shown in section.
FIG. 4 shows a blade cut along the line A-A of FIG. 2 on an enlarged scale. FIG. 5 shows the sleeve-shaped extension of a blade cut along the line C-C in FIG. 2. Fig. 6 shows a turbine half with rotor and diffuser in section. Fig. 7 shows the whole turbine with the supply and discharge of the secondary coolant and the device for measuring the Average water level of the primary coolant.
In Fig. 1 show 1 the blades, which in C Llt the grooves 2 of the impellers 3 , which are provided with 4 projections before, find their hold. The sleeve 6 , which is shown in cross section in FIG. 5, is welded to the foot 5 of the blade. The cross section through the blade 1 is shown in FIG. 4. 7 are fine bores of at most 1 mm 0, <arranged equidistant from the circumference / B> which run parallel to the Sehaufelaehse.
In this, the coolant flows, for. B. Water, from the outside in, then gets into the sleeve 6 and from here into the space 8 between the running jacks 3. The coolant flows from the inside to the outside through at least one bore 9 (FIG. 4) which has a larger diameter than the bores 7. This bore 9 < / B> is supplied through a cross tube 1.0 welded into the sleeve 6 (Fig. 5) , the sleeve at the two entry points < B> 11 has holes 12 whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the holes 7 ,
to keep contamination away from them. From the square pipe 10 the water reaches the bore 9 via a pipe piece 13 (Fig. 1) provided that the ring-shaped water level that is set in the rotating drum lies closer to the shaft than the bores 12.
The water rising radially outwards through the bore 9 does not evaporate because the heat. is absorbed by the water flowing into the fine Bolir-Lingen 7 placed closer to your display area and reaches a shallow ra-ain 16 at the outermost end of the shovel Welded-on shovel endsEick 17, -which corresponds to the Seliaufel profile, is closed. The coolant now flows inwards through the bores 7 , partially evaporates and finally exits through the sleeves 6 .
The coolant circuit is effected by the fact that the coolant in the bores 7, in which it partially evaporates, is specifically lighter than in the bores 9, so that the centrifugal force pressure is smaller in the bores 7 than in the bores 9. The generated steam passes through the tubes 18 into a centrally located hollow roughness in which cooling rods 26 (Fig. 6) are arranged.
The impellers are surrounded by jackets 19 on the outer circumference. The shells 19 are connected to the blades 1 by visual welding 20 (Fig. 1.). A-Lieh the individual blades of each ring are together welded at points 21 (Fig. 2 and 3.).
In space 22 (Fig. 1) between the casing 19 and the face of the impellers 3 there is the ring-shaped body of water as shown in the drawing Arrows in flow, since the water is fed in at the end face of the rotor, as described below with reference to FIG. 6.
The steam formed in space 22 flows towards the inside along the sawed-off rotor end faces and arrives in the direction of the arrow D into space 8. From here it emerges together with that in the blades Steam formed through the pipes 18 into the central cavity. of the rotor. The water circulation around the impellers 3 is made possible by radial grooves 23 in the foot of the barrel ehaufelii and by similar grooves 24 in the running wheels 3 . The mentioned grooves are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
The overall view of the rotor is shown in Fig. 6. It is again 15 the water level of the co-rotating water ring. The amounts of steam flowing through the pipes 18 into the centrally located hollow spaces 25 condense on the co-rotating pipes 26 and the condensate formed is subsequently completely fed back to the rotor shell.
Against the effect of centrifugal force, the pipes 26 are braced by support plates 27 which have openings openings 28 along which the Condensed coolant flows along the Z -, # linder surface (-, 29 up to the opening 030 . There is a backflow into the tubes 18 Prevented by the naeli, inwardly protruding pipe end, so the main amount of condensate gets through the bore 30 into the cavity 31 and from here into the rotating body of water.
As a result, it flows through the annular gap 14 to the first row of impellers, then over the space 22 to the second, etc. to the last row of impellers.
The device described weakens the strength of the blade only very slightly. however, it allows extremely effective cooling at all points on the surface. The blades 1 are, as described, attached by means of protrusions and recesses between each two impeller disks 0 '. These absorb the centrifugal forces that occur, which originate from the blades, but are not directly exposed to the influence of the flowing, hot gases, but are still surrounded by jackets.
Between these and the running wheels there is also a circulation of the coolant or evaporation of the same, whereby the jackets. and the impellers are cooled.
The hot flue gases enter the turbine f at 32 and the expanded and cooled gases exit at 33 . 34 are the stator reeds, which can be made either uncooled from special material or filled in a suitable manner. The turbine housing is also through a coolant, which the cavity. 35 flows through, cooled.
A secondary coolant flows through the cooling sections 26 , some of which evaporates in the process. The steam formed is discharged outside naeli. This can be seen from FIG. 7.
Das -, ektiiidäi, iiiittel, z. B. water of lower pressure, enters the cooling coils 26 through the pipe ä! and the inner pipe 40. The outlet takes place via the rotary stopper 36 into the stationary housing 37 where the formed Danipf liquid pipe drains off via the pipeline 38 will and each according to its composition'z. B. can be used for Ileiz- or propulsion purposes.
The primary coolant filling, which is marked by the mirror 15 in the operating state, takes place for the first time before the first start-up. Since the primary part of the rotor is completely closed in see, a loss of the primary coolant can only occur through leaks.
In order to be able to control the liquid level of the primary agent during operation, a separate device is provided. This can consist, for example, in the fact that the steam (irtiek in the central cavity 25 ) is enjoyed by means of a fixed pressure gauge 41. In addition, a pipe 43 is connected to the rotor at point 42 within the rotating water ring which leads via the bore 44 to the fixed linear meter 45. The two manometers are separated from each other by the stuffing box 46 on the pressure side.
The joint between the rotating part and the fixed part of the device is sealed off from the outside by means of a rotary stuffing box 47. In the operating state, the pressure gauge 41 will respond to the pressure in the cavity 25, while manometer 45 will not show any pressure, because the steam pressure cannot overcome the water column present in pipe 43 against the flow force.
If, however, see the mirror 15 as a result of a loss of water to outside of the connection point 42, the steam pressure can act via pipe 43 and bore 44, and the pressure gauges 45-Lind 41 show practically the same pressure. This is almost the alarm signal and the turbine must be switched off in this case.
