Description

  

      Radialverdichter    mit Vorsatzläufer.    Die modernen     Hoehleistungs-Radialver-          dichter    für grosse Fördervolumen werden mit  Vorsatzläufern ausgeführt, um die einströ  mende Luft in die verlangte Richtung des Ra  dialrades umzulenken. Die Herstellung eines  solchen Vorsatzläufers ist aber mit etwelchen  Schwierigkeiten verbunden, da die beste     strö-          mungstechnisehe    Form für die Bearbeitung  nicht günstig ausfällt.. Insbesondere bietet die  Formgebung der äussern Kontur des Vorsatz  läufer-Sehaufelkopfes mit dem Übergangs  bogen zum     Radialrad    Schwierigkeiten.

   Grund  sätzlich kann dieser Übergangsbogen entweder  in die Radial- oder in die     Vorsatzläufer-Schau-          fel    verlegt werden. Im ersteren Falle erfor  dert dies, abgesehen von der unbequemen     Be-          arbeitbarkeit    des     Radialrades,    einen erheblich  dickeren Rohling. Im zweiten Falle würde  die     Vorsatzläufer-Schaufel    eine für die Her  stellung sehr ungünstige Spitze aufweisen.  



       Um    diese Nachteile zu umgehen, ist gemäss  vorliegender Erfindung der Übergangsbogen  von der Radial.- zur     Vorsatzläufer-Schaufel,     gegen den saugseitigen     Abschlussdeckel    hin,  durch ein mit mindestens einer der beiden  Schaufeln verbundenes Einsatzstück gebildet.  



       Fig.    1 der beiliegenden Zeichnung zeigt im  Schnitt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes.     Fig.2    ist eine Frontan  sicht zu     Fig.    1. 1 bezeichnet eine Laufscheibe  des     Radialrades,    2 die     Raclialsehaufel,    3    die     Vorsatzläufer-Nabe,    4 die     Vorsatzläufer-          Schaufel    und 5 den saugseitigen Deckel. 6 be  zeichnet ein Einsatzstück mit dem Übergangs  bogen 7, was die Herstellung des letzteren er  heblich vereinfacht.  



  Das Einsatzstück 6 kann, wie die Va  riante nach     Fig.    3 zeigt, vermittels eines Fusses  8 in die     Radialscha.ufel    2 eingesetzt und da  selbst verlötet oder verschweisst sein. Zudem  ist das     Einsatzstuck    6 zur Verhinderung des       Schwingens    der     Vorsatzläufer-Schaufel    4 bei  9 an diese angeschweisst. Eine gewisse Dif  ferenzdehnung zwischen     Vorsatzläufer-Schau-          fel    und     Radialschaufel    wird durch einen Spiel  raum 10 ermöglicht.

The modern high-performance centrifugal compressors for large delivery volumes are designed with auxiliary rotors to deflect the incoming air in the required direction of the radial wheel. The manufacture of such an auxiliary rotor is associated with some difficulties, however, since the best flow technology form is not favorable for machining. In particular, the shape of the outer contour of the auxiliary rotor blade head with the transition curve to the radial impeller presents difficulties.

   In principle, this transition bend can be laid either in the radial or in the front rotor blade. In the former case, apart from the inconvenient machinability of the radial wheel, this requires a considerably thicker blank. In the second case, the auxiliary rotor blade would have a tip that is very unfavorable for the manufacture.



       In order to avoid these disadvantages, according to the present invention, the transition bend from the radial to the auxiliary rotor blade, towards the suction-side cover, is formed by an insert piece connected to at least one of the two blades.



       Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawings shows in section an embodiment of the inven tion subject. Fig.2 is a front view of Fig. 1. 1 denotes a running disk of the radial wheel, 2 the raclial shovel, 3 the auxiliary rotor hub, 4 the auxiliary rotor blade and 5 the suction-side cover. 6 be denotes an insert with the transition arc 7, which the manufacture of the latter it considerably simplifies.



  The insert 6 can, as the variant according to FIG. 3 shows, be inserted into the Radialscha.ufel 2 by means of a foot 8 and there itself be soldered or welded. In addition, the insert 6 is welded to the front rotor blade 4 at 9 to prevent the auxiliary rotor from vibrating. A certain differential expansion between the auxiliary rotor blade and the radial blade is made possible by a clearance 10.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Radialverdichter mit Vorsatzläufer, da durch gekennzeichnet., dass der Übergangs bogen von der Radial- zur Vorsatzläufer- Schaufel, gegen den saugseitigen Abschluss- deckel hin, durch ein mit mindestens einer der beiden Schaufeln verbundenes Einsatzstück gebildet ist. UNTERANSPRUCH: Radialverdichter nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzstück einen Fuss aufweist, mittels welchem es in der Radialschaufel sitzt.
