Fig. 5 und 6 sind.
Die Durchtrittsfläche zwischen den Leit- schaufeln wird durch den kürzesten Abstand x zwischen der hintern Kante 14 jeder Schau fel und der Stelle 15 auf der konvexen Fläche 16 der benachbarten Schaufel bestimmt. Diese Fläche entscheidet über die Arbeitsleistung der Turbine, so dass der Abstand x genau sein muss und seinerseits durch das Mass von Ge nauigkeit bestimmt ist, mit welcher die Platten 11 und 12 in den erwähnten Ringen angeord net ;
Method and device for manufacturing guide vanes. The invention relates to the manufacture of guide vanes, for example for axial turbines and compressors. The passage area between the guide vane and the adjacent vane is a critical area in combustion turbines, which influences the performance of the turbine and depends not only on the shape of the vanes but also on the angle at which each vane is in relation to a radial plane is set through the turbine axis.
It is therefore essential that the fixing means of the blade are processed in the correct position with respect to the points of the blade that determine the passage area.
According to the invention, the blade is also used for the production of guide vanes with their installation defining fixing means. the. In its final form the blade is supported in a holding device from which the blade touches in places of which on when the mounted. Blade of the passage area determining the shortest distance is to be measured from the neighbors th blades, whereupon the fixed laying means of the blade are processed while it is supported.
The support can be at the rear. Edge of the blade as well as at a point on its convex surface which is closest to the rear edge of the next blade. This method is particularly applicable when the blades are designed as precision castings so that the blades do not require machining; but it is. Can also be used when the blades are forged into their final shape or finished as castings or forgings by machining.
The present invention also relates to a device for carrying out this method, including a holding device for the blade, which is provided with means by which the blade can be fixed along an edge in such a way that it can be rotated about this edge. Furthermore, the holding device has a stop for resting against the convex surface of the blade and means for holding the blade against the stop.
An example embodiment of the method according to the invention and a device for carrying out the same are explained with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 is a side view of a guide vane which is produced according to the method. Fig. \? is. a view in the direction of the arrow? of Fig. l ..
Fig. 3 is a A.bwieklung a ring of blades, as they are built into the turbine.
Fig.4 is an end view of a Haltevor device for supporting the blade near Fig.1 and 2 while it is being machined, and also a support for the holding device.
Figures 5 and 6 are. Views of the holding device seen in the direction of arrows 5 and 6 in FIG. 4, and FIG. 7 is a partial view of a milling machine with the holding device according to FIG. 4 arranged thereon.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the blades to be produced have a blade 10 and a pair of lateral plates 11 and 12. The airfoil is designed with a straight front edge 13 and a straight rear edge 14. Each plate 11 and 12 has the shape of a parallelogram, with its front and rear edges 11a, 12a and 11b, 12b being in parallel planes.
The guide vanes are arranged on the turbine so that the plates 11 and 12 inside and. outer rings are and the airfoil 10 extends generally radially to the rings between them.
The passage area between the guide vanes is determined by the shortest distance x between the rear edge 14 of each vane and the point 15 on the convex surface 16 of the adjacent vane. This area determines the work performance of the turbine, so that the distance x must be precise and in turn is determined by the degree of accuracy with which the plates 11 and 12 net angeord in the aforementioned rings;
are. For the location of the plates in the rings is; the course of the front edges of the plates is decisive, so that they ultimately determine the distance x. The manufacturing process therefore ensures processing of the plates while the blades are supported at those points which determine the distance x and thus the passage area. These points are the rear edge 14 and the point 15 on the convex surface of the blade.
In order to achieve the support mentioned, the shovel is arranged for machining in the holding device according to FIGS. 4 to 6. According to these figures, the holding device has a block 17 which is formed with an opening 1.8 in order to receive the blade with its plates 11 and 12, which introduce from the opening. A V-shaped groove 19 is formed at the base of the opening 18 which receives the trailing edge 14 of the blade in such a way that the blade can be rotated about that edge. A pin 20 with a rounded head is positioned slightly upward on one side of the opening 18.
The pin 20 forms a stop against which the convex surface 16 of the blade is pressed by a screw 21. The screw 21 acts on the blade via a cap 22 which is freely rotatable on the screw.
The points of application of the pin 20 and the cap 22 in the chordal direction of the blade are determined by their 'location to the groove 19 be. In order to determine their attack in the longitudinal direction of the shovel, the block carries a stop 23 on each side, which is set so that it cooperates with the inner surfaces of the plate part 11 and 12 and inevitably fixes the shovel in the longitudinal direction of the Haltevor direction. The pin 20 is arranged so that it contacts the surface 16 at the point 15.
The axes of the pin 20 and the screw 21 are offset from one another in such a way that the edge 14 rests against one side of the groove 19 when the screw 21 is tightened. Two jaws. 24 are arranged on one side of the opening 18, which lie above the front edge 13 of the blade and can be adjusted by means of nuts 25,
in order to take hold of the scoop at this edge and to press it against the groove 19 in the opening 18 and the pin 20. The longitudinal surfaces of the block 17 enclose the same angle to one another as the edges of the plate 11.
When a shovel with its blade 10 in the finished state is arranged in the holding device, the upper and lower surfaces 26, 27 of the block 17 are parallel to the front and rear edges 11a, 11b of the plate 11 (FIG. 4 ); these surfaces are therefore also parallel to the front and rear edges 12a, 12b of the plate 12. Furthermore, the side edges of the plate 11 are parallel to the surfaces 28 of the block 17, but of course not to the corresponding side edges of the plate 12.
The holding device is carried by a pad 29, which in turn on the carriage 30 z. B. a horizontal milling machine 31 (Fig. 7) is arranged. When the carriage 30 moves in front of the knife 32, the edge 11a of the plate 11 is processed. The holding device is arranged horizontally on the base 29 with the surfaces 26, 27 so that the machined edge 11a is horizontal. becomes.
Preferably, two knives 32 arranged at a distance from one another are provided in order to process the edges 11a and 12a of the plates 11 and 12 simultaneously.
When these edges have been processed, the holding device is fixed in an inverted position on the base 29, so that the edges 11b and 12b are at the top and can be processed. Thus, all decisive Kan th of the plates 11 and 12 are processed while the blade is supported on the edge 14 and the point 1 5.
The blade is then inserted into a similarly constructed holding device, but wel che is designed so that the side edges of the plate 12 are parallel to the side surfaces of the block, whereupon these edges are processed. As shown in FIG. 4, the base 29 is arranged so that it receives two holding devices at the same time. In this way, the edges 11a, 12a of one blade can be machined simultaneously with the edges 11b, 12b of another blade, the blades being arranged laterally next to one another in the pair of holding devices.
