Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Stilbenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Stilbenfarb-          stoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn-    zeichnet, dass ein     Nitrostilben-bis-triazol    der  Formel

    mit dem     Azofarbstoff        5'-Amino-benzoesäure-          (2'-azo-4)-1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    in al  kalischem Medium kondensiert wird. Der neue  Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar und  färbt     Cellulosefasern    in gelben Tönen.

   Durch       Naehbehandlung    mit Kupfer- oder Chromsal  zen kann die gute Wasch- und Wasserechtheit  noch weiter verbessert werden.         Beispiel:     Man kuppelt 40 Teile     diazotierte        4,4'-Ni-          troamino-stilben-2,2'-disulfosäure    mit 35,0 Tei  len 5 -     Amino    - 2 -     (4'-oxy-3        =carboxy-phenyl)    -     6-          sulfo-1,

  3-benztriazol    und oxydiert den     Azo-          farbstoff    in bekannter Weise zum     Nitrostilben-          bis-triazol.    Die Nitroverbindung ist ein gelbes    Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit gelber Farbe  löst.  



  Kondensiert man 75,9 Teile diese Nitrostil- ,       ben-bis-triazols    mit 33,6 Teilen des verseiften,  bzw. mit     Natriumsulfid    reduzierten,     Azofarb-          stoffes    aus     1-Amino-4-acetylamino-,    bzw. -4  nitro-benzol-2-earbonsäure     -.->.        1-Phenyl-3-          znethy        1-5-pyrazolon    in 1700 Teilen Wasser und ,  300 Teilen Natronlauge von 36      B6    in üblicher  Weise, so erhält man nach dem Isolieren einen  gelben Farbstoff.

  If 75.9 parts of this nitrostil-, ben-bis-triazole are condensed with 33.6 parts of the saponified or sodium sulfide-reduced azo dyes from 1-amino-4-acetylamino or -4 nitro-benzene 2-carboxylic acid -.->. 1-Phenyl-3-methylene 1-5-pyrazolone in 1700 parts of water and 300 parts of sodium hydroxide solution of 36 B6 in the customary manner, a yellow dye is obtained after isolation.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stilben- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Nitrostilben-bis-triazol der Formel EMI0002.0001 mit dem Azofarbstoff 5'-Arnino-benzoesäure- (2'-azo-4)-1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon in al kalischem Medium kondensiert wird. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar und färbt Celh-dosefasern in gelben Tönen. Durch Nachbehandlung mit Kupfer- oder Chromsal zen kann die gute Wasch- und Wasserechtheit noch weiter verbessert werden.
