Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ehromierbaren Farbstoffes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromier- baren Farbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Amino- 1-oxy-benzol-4-methylsulfon mit 3,4-Dimethyl- 1-oxy-benzol vereinigt.
Der Chromkomplex des erhaltenen neuen Farbstoffes stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, das Wolle aus organisch saurem Bade in vollen rotbraunen Tönen von guter Gleichmässigkeit, von sehr guten Nasseehtheiten und guter Lichtechtheit. färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Man diazotiert 18,7 Teile 2-Amino-l-oxy- benzol-4-methylsulfon und kuppelt nach Neu tralisieren mit Natriumbicarbonat bei 200 mit einer Lösung von 12,8 Teilen 3,4-Dimethyl-l- oxy-benzol, 15 Teilen wasserfreier Soda, 4,2 Teilen Natriumhy droxyd (als 30 % ige Lösung) und 20 Teilen Pyridin in 200 Teilen Wasser.
Der fast vollständig ausgefallene Farbstoff wird abfiltriert. Der Chromkomplex des Farbstoffes kann erhalten werden, indem man diesen in 600 Tei len Wasser anschlämmt und dann während 5 Stunden mit 200 Teilen einer Lösung von ehromsalicylsaurem Ammonium (entsprechend 7,6 Teilen Chromoxyd) unter Rückfluss kocht. Danach salzt man mit 210 Teilen Kochsalz aus, filtriert den ausgeschiedenen Komplex nach Erkalten ab, trocknet und vermischt ihn mit 17 Teilen Tetranatriumpyrophosphat.
