Description
Process for regulating the operating medium of hydraulic systems to constant pressure and control device for carrying out the process. The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the operating medium of hydraulic systems on constan th pressure. The process is characterized by the fact that the operating medium, which is reduced in pressure by the pressure reducing agent, is used to load the control element.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, based on which an exemplary method is also described.
The valve housing 1 receives the operating medium from a pump, not shown, supplied through channel 2. A differential piston 3 is slidably mounted in the valve housing 1 and is on the smaller area in space 4, the operating medium is set directly. Through the throttle bore 5, the operating medium also passes into the channel 6, wel cher it leads into the space 7 on the larger area of the differential piston. The operating medium flowing through the throttle bore 5 into the channel 6 experiences a pressure reduction due to the throttling. By means of Kugelven valve 8, spring 9 and screw 10, the pressure in channel 6 and thus in space 7 can be set as desired.
The operating medium flowing out through the ball valve 8 is fed through the bore 11 to the annular space 12, which is connected to the drain through the port 1.3. The pressure in space 7 is related to the pressure in space 4 as the smaller area of the differential piston 3 is related to the larger area. Since the loading force of the larger area of the differential piston 3 is constant in every piston position, the force acting on the smaller area of the differential piston 3 and the pressure will always be the same regardless of the amount required. The differential piston 3 consequently controls the outflow of the operating medium in such a way that there is constant pressure in space 4, in channel 2 and thus in the supply line.
For reliable operation of the control device, it is advantageous if the flow cross section of the differential piston controlling the flow increases gradually with the piston stroke, so that a relatively large stroke is imposed on the differential piston when the volume changes. This can be done, as shown in example, by gradually increasing ver notches 15 on the control edge of the piston. The valve housing 1 is closed by the cover 14.
Fig. 2 shows the example arrangement of the Dros used to reduce pressure selbohrung in a special part 16, the purpose of easy accessibility z. B. is releasably attached by screwing.
