Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe    und ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     1-amino-4-broman-          thrachinon-2-sulfonsaures    Kalium mit     p-Ben-          zoylmethylaminoanil.in    kondensiert.  



  Im folgenden Beispiel bedeuten Teile     Ge-          wichtsteile.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  8,4 Teile     1-amino    - 4 -     bromanthrachinon-2-          sulfonsaures    Kalium, 9 Teile     p-Benzoyl-me-          thyl-aminoanilin,    10 Teile     Natriumbicarbonat,     0,1 Teil Kupferbronze und 0,3 Teil     Kupfer-          chlorür    werden in 50 Teilen Alkohol und  250 Teilen Wasser aufgeschlämmt und die  blasse unter Rühren während 6 Stunden auf  70  erhitzt.  



  Die blau gewordene Kondensationsmasse  wird auf übliche Weise aufgearbeitet und lie  fert nach dem Trocknen ein blaues     Farbst.off-          pulver,    das sich in Wasser mit lebhaft blauer  Farbe löst. Die Lösung in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure ist blaugrün, beim Zusatz von  wenig     Paraformaldehyd    tritt ein Umschlag  nach grasgrün ein.  



  Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle, Seide und  andere tierische Fasern sowie künstliche Fa  sern, wie z. B. Nylon, in schönen blauen Tönen  an. Die Färbungen sind von sehr guter Licht-         echtheit,    sehr guter Wasch- und Schweissecht  heit und guter     Walkechtheit.
