Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist. eine gegen Verunreinigung von Kleidungsstücken an den Schuhen anzubringende Sehutzvorrieh- tung. Es soll durch diese Schutzvorrichtung insbesondere die Beschmutzung der Beinklei der und Strümpfe durch Bespritzen beim Be gehen von nassen' oder schmutzigen Wegen vermieden werden.
Die erfindungsgemässe Schutzvorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass dieselbe einen als Kotfänger ausgebildeten Schild aufweist, der mit einem aus elastischem Material beste henden Halteorgan versehen ist, mit dem er in Gebrauchslage lösbar am Schuh befestigt. werden kann.
Auf beiliegender Zeiehnunm sind zwei Aus führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstand --s dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 schaubildlich einen mit der Vor richtung gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbei spiel versehenen Herrenschuh, Fig. 2 ebenfalls schaubildlich die Vorrich tung gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel in Anwendung an einem Damenschuh, Fig. 3 schaubildlich die Schutzvorrichtung gemäss dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel in Anwendung an einem Damenschuh,
Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf die Se.hutzvor- richtung gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbei spiel und Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf die Schutzvor richtung gemäss dem zweiten Ausführungs beispiel. Die Schutzvorrichtung gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel weist ein Schild 1 auf, welcher halbmondförmig ausgebildet ist und den hintern Teil des Schuhabsatzes S (Fig. 1. und 2) umgreift. Zur Befestigung des Schildes 1 ist. ein aus elastischem Material, z. B. aus Gummi, bestehendes Band 2 vorgesehen.
Zweck mässigerweise sind die beiden Enden des halb mondförmigen Schildes mit einer Ausneh- mung versehen, in welchen Ausnehmungen die beiden Enden des elastischen Bandes 2 be festigt sind. Wie aus den Fig. 1, 2 und 4 er sichtlich, ist der Schild 1 mit einer nach unten gerichteten Wölbung versehen, und an den Stellen, an denen das Band 2 befestigt ist, sind die Enden des Schildes 1 ungefähr recht winklig in bezog auf den Schild abgebogen, damit derselbe am Absatz S eine gute Auflage findet.
Der Schild kann aus beliebigem -.Material bestehen, z. B. aus Zelluloid, Gummi usw. Die Grösse des halbmondförmigen Ausschnittes richtet sich nach den üblichen Schuhabsatz grössen. Im Gebrauch wird es im allgemeinen genügen, die beschriebene Sehutzv orrichtung in zwei verschiedenen Grössen herzustellen, deren eine zum Gebrauch an Damen- und deren andere zum Gebrauch an Herrenschuhen bestimmt ist. Die elastische Ausbildung der Befestigungsorgane erlaubt eine Anpassung an die verschiedensten Absatzgrössen in gewis sen Grenzen.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 5 -unterscheidet sich von dem vorbeschriebenen hauptsächlich dadurch, dass es aus einem fla chen Stück elastischem Material, z. B. aus einer Gummiplatte, gebildet und mit Ausnehmimgen 3 und 4 versehen ist. Zwischen den Ausneh- miingen 3 und 4 befindet sich der Steg 5.
Die Ausnehmung 3 dient zur Aufnahme des Schuh absatzes, während der die Ausnehmung 4 um gebende Streifen 6 beim Gebrauch der Vor richtung wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich über den Fuss gelegt wird.
Indem die zuletzt beschriebene Ausfüh rungsform durch Ausstanzen in einem Arbeits gang hergestellt werden kann, kommt dieselbe in der Herstellung sehr billig; sie hat zudem den Vorteil, dass sie ganz flach ist, wenig Platz beansprucht und bequem, z. B. in einer Tasche, mitgenommen werden kann.
Die Schutzvorrichtung gemäss dem zuletzt beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel eignet sich vorzüglich zum Anbringen an Überschuhen (snowboots).
