Description
I\fil be,ti#ht.
Current feedthrough through a housing wall with a metal stirrer fused into a glass base. , Recently, encapsulated lioiideris @ itoren lizw. other encapsulated switching elements, such as transformers, for the implementation of the power supply lines through a housing wall, e.g. B. the housing (leaking, glass feedthroughs introduced.
These oils consist of a short metal tube, preferably made of Isovar, which is melted into a ring that is perpendicular to its axis with the aid of a glass flux. The ring is soldered to the housing cover.
These f) arrangements have so far found me for ionic insators. smaller: lbine-ssungen Z'erwen- du.ng.
The object of the invention is to make such current feedthroughs practically usable even for capacitors of larger dimensions, that is to say with greater powers and greater uses,
namely, it deals with the formation of the above-mentioned ring.
In the known design, the; in @ "@ tliitete ring consisted of a flat washer, ülii @ licli an ordinary washer.
1) On the other hand, according to the invention, the inner edge fused with the glass flux is bent in such a way that there is an elastic edge between the soldering surface of the ring and the edge fused with the glass flux.
The egg-finding-s "; e (,; emerged is explained in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the figure. The housing cover into which the power feed-through is inserted is labeled 1 It is only hinted at. It is assumed that it is a horizontal cover and that the capacitor in the figure is below the housing cover. The actual power feedthrough consists of the metal tube \? Glass flux 3 is fixed in the ring 4.
The ring consists of a part 5 which is soldered to the housing cover and a part 6 which is fused with the glass flow. Both parts are connected to one another by the elastic part 7. As a result, the melting point of the glass flow, which is naturally the most mechanically stressed, is largely relieved.
