La présente invention a pour objet une machine à laver des récipients, notamment des bouteilles et flacons, comportant un pla teau porte-récipients rotatif horizontal. Cette machine est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle possède un moteur à axe vertical disposé sur sa partie supérieure, ce moteur actionnant au moins une pompe à. axe vertical pour le liquide de lavage, ainsi qu'un mécanisme assurant la rotation du plateau porte-réci- pients.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de la machine fai sant l'objet de l'invention, constituée par une machine 'a laver des bouteilles.
La figure unique en est une vue en coupe verticale.
La machine repré7entée comporte un bac 1 destiné Îi contenir un bain de lavage, ce bac supportant un châssis circulaire 2, qui est fixe et qui porte un capot 3 également fixe.
Sur le châssis 2 est fixé un pivot 4 sur lequel tourne un plateau horizontal rotatif 5 muni de supports 6 pour les bouteilles à laver.
Dans le bac 1 est. disposée une pompe 7 poaMant un arbre 10 vertical qui est dans le prolongement de l'arbre vertical 11 d'un moteur 8 disposé sur la. partie supérieure de la machine et actionnant le rotor 9 d'un ven tilateur; les arbres 10 et 11 sont assemblés par un arbre intermédiaire vertical 12 por tant une vis sans fin 13 engrenant avec une roue non représentée actionnant une vis sans fin 14; cette dernière entraîne un plateau 15 assurant un mouvement de rotation intermit tent au plateau porte-récipients 5.
Le rotor 9 chasse l'air destiné au souf flage des fonds 16 des bouteilles; il est en traîné par le moteur électrique 8 fixé sur le capot 3.
Le liquide aspiré par la pompe 7 est re foulé dans des organes 17 assurant le lavage des bouteilles placées sur les supports 6.
Le fonctionnement de la machine repré sentée est le suivant: Le moteur 8 entraîne le rotor 9 du venti lateur, l'arbre intermédiaire 12 et l'arbre 10 de la pompe 7 qui alimente les organes 17; l'arbre 12 commande simultanément la rota tion des plateaux 15 et 5 et par conséquent des supports 6.
Le moteur 8 étant fixé sur le capot 3, n'est pas exposé aux projections de liquide et sa surveillance est facile; en outre, ce seul moteur commande tous les organes mobiles de la. machine dont la construction est ainsi sim plifiée et l'entretien facilité.
Il est prévu de réaliser une machine à laver comportant plusieurs pompes, ou une pompe à plusieurs cellules, chacune de celles-ci étant en communication avec un bain de lavage particulier.
Il est également prévu de réaliser une machine à laver dans laquelle l'arbre du mo teur et ceux qu'il actionne seraient disposés en dehors de la partie centrale de celle-ci, ou même à sa périphérie, notamment dans le cas d'une machine à plateau porte-bouteilles ro tatif actionné par sa périphérie.
Il est également prévu de claveter le ro tor du ventilateur sur l'arbre intermédiaire 12. Il est également prévu de réaliser une ma chine à laver ne comportant pas de venti lateur.

The subject of the present invention is a machine for washing containers, in particular bottles and flasks, comprising a horizontal rotating container-holder plate. This machine is characterized by the fact that it has a motor with a vertical axis arranged on its upper part, this motor actuating at least one pump. vertical axis for the washing liquid, as well as a mechanism ensuring the rotation of the tray holder.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the machine forming the subject of the invention, consisting of a machine for washing bottles.

The machine shown has a tank 1 intended to contain a washing bath, this tank supporting a circular frame 2 which is fixed and which carries a cover 3 which is also fixed.
On the frame 2 is fixed a pivot 4 on which turns a rotary horizontal plate 5 provided with supports 6 for the bottles to be washed.
In tray 1 is. arranged a pump 7 poaMant a vertical shaft 10 which is in the extension of the vertical shaft 11 of a motor 8 disposed on the. upper part of the machine and actuating the rotor 9 of a fan; the shafts 10 and 11 are assembled by a vertical intermediate shaft 12 carrying a worm 13 meshing with a wheel, not shown, actuating a worm 14; the latter drives a plate 15 providing an intermittent rotational movement to the container-holder plate 5.
The rotor 9 drives out the air intended for blowing the bottoms 16 of the bottles; it is dragged by the electric motor 8 fixed to the cover 3.
The liquid sucked up by the pump 7 is re-crushed into members 17 ensuring the washing of the bottles placed on the supports 6.
The operation of the machine shown is as follows: The motor 8 drives the rotor 9 of the fan, the intermediate shaft 12 and the shaft 10 of the pump 7 which supplies the members 17; the shaft 12 simultaneously controls the rotation of the plates 15 and 5 and consequently of the supports 6.
The engine 8 being fixed on the cover 3, is not exposed to liquid projections and its monitoring is easy; furthermore, this single motor controls all the moving parts of the. machine whose construction is thus simplified and maintenance facilitated.
Provision is made for a washing machine comprising several pumps, or a pump with several cells, each of these being in communication with a particular washing bath.
Provision is also made for a washing machine in which the motor shaft and those which it actuates would be arranged outside the central part thereof, or even at its periphery, in particular in the case of a machine with a rotating bottle-holder platform actuated by its periphery.
Provision is also made to key the rotor of the fan on the intermediate shaft 12. Provision is also made for a washing machine not including a fan.
