Description
Als Handschutz ausgebildete Späneabführvorrichtung für hochtourige Fräsmaschinen. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Späneabführvorrichtung für hoch tourige Fräsmaschinen mit Stirnfräser, z. B. für die Holz- und Weichmetallbearbeitung, und besteht darin, dass eine profilierte Hülse vorgesehen ist, die an der Fräsmaschine der art montiert werden kann, dass sie als Hand schutz das Werkzeug seitlich und hinten um schliesst und die Frässpäne in einer einstell baren Richtung wegleitet, unabhängig von ,der Vorschubrichtung des Werkstückes in bezug auf das Fräswerkzeug. Damit können die Späne z. B. einer Absaugvorrichtung oder einem Spänesack zugeführt werden, zwecks ihrer Weiterverwendung (insbesondere bei Bearbeitung von Blei und Zink).
Fig.1 und 2 der Zeichnung zeigen. als: Aus führungsbeispiel der Erfindung eine Späne abführvorrichtung an einer Fräsmaschine zum Fräsen von Klischeeuntersätzen in -der Ste reotypie.
Wie Fig. 1 und 2 veranschaulichen, be sitzt die Späneabführvorrichtung eine profi lierte Hülse 1 mit einem Stiel 1a, der mittels einem auf der Frässpindel 3 drehbaren Hal ter an der nicht weiter dargestellten Fräs maschine montiert ist. Die Hülse umschliesst den dreischneidigen Stirnfräser 2, einen Handschutz bildend, seitlich und hinten und weist an diesem Teil ein Loch auf, durch das der Fräserschaft mit geringem Spiel hin durchtritt.
Dieser knappe Durchgang soll in erster Linie verhüten, dass die Messerschnei- den des Werkzeuges an der Aussenwand der Hülse streifen und sich vorzeitig abnützen, indem bei eventueller exzentrischer Montage der Hülse vorerst .der Werkzeugschaft mit der Hülse in Kollision kommt; in zweiter Linie, um zu verhüten, dass Späne zwischen Hülse und Schaft aus .dem Loch heraus- und dann nach allen' Seiten fortgeschleudert werden.
Die drehbare Lagerung der Späneabführ vorrichtung an der Frässpindel 3, ermöglicht, die Späneaustrittsöffnung der Hülse zu ver stellen und damit die Richtung, in der die Späne weggeleitet werden, unabhängig von der Vorschubrichtung des Werkstückes ' in bezug auf das Fräswerkzeug zu verändern.
Die Befestigungsschraube 5 des. Stielhal ters gestattet die genaue axiale Einstellung der Hülse.
