Description

  

      Spulrohr        für    die     Aufnahme    von Garn zum     Färben        desselben.            Gegenstand    der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein     Spulrohr    für die Aufnahme von Garn  zum Färben desselben,     gekennzeichnet    durch  ein Blechrohr, auf dessen Mantelfläche läng  liche Schlitze     mit    aufgestellten Lappen zur       Auflage    des Garnes vorhanden sind,

   und das  zwei auf den Rohrenden angebrachte Ringe  zum     Verhindern    des seitlichen     Entweichens     der     Farbflotte        aufweist.     



  In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt, und zwar zeigen       Fig.    1 ein     zylindrisches.        Spulrohr    mit  Sicht von vorn und         Fig.    2 das     S'pulrohr    im Querschnitt nach  der Linie     c-a    in     Fig.    1.  



  In die     Mantelfläehe    des zylindrischen  Blechrohres 1 sind Schlitze 3 so gestanzt,  dass der Stempel, der nur auf einer Längs  seite und auf zwei     Breitseiten    schneidet, den       ausgeschnittenen    Lappen 2 nach aussen auf-    stellt. Diese aufgestellten Lappen 2 bilden  auf dem Rohrmantel     Auflagekanten    für das  Garn.

   Die     entstandenen        Schlitze    3 gestatten  der     Farbflotte    den     Durchtritt.    Um     ein    seit  liches Entweichen der     Farbflotte    zu verhin  dern,     sind    am     untsrn    und     obern    Ende des       Spulrohres    die Ringe 4 und 5     aufgepresst,     wobei der Durchmesser des untern Ringes  grösser gewählt ist, um auch die Abdichtung  von Spule zu Spule zu gewährleisten. Das       Spulrohr    kann auch ausser der     zylindrischen     Form eine andere Form aufweisen.

  Slots 3 are punched into the jacket surface of the cylindrical sheet metal tube 1 in such a way that the punch, which cuts only on one longitudinal side and on two broad sides, sets up the cut-out tab 2 to the outside. These raised flaps 2 form support edges for the yarn on the pipe jacket.

   The resulting slots 3 allow the dye liquor to pass through. In order to prevent the dye liquor from escaping from the side, the rings 4 and 5 are pressed on at the lower and upper ends of the winding tube, the diameter of the lower ring being larger in order to ensure the seal from coil to coil. The winding tube can also have a shape other than the cylindrical shape.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Spulrohr für die Aufnahme von Garn zum Färben desselben, gekennzeichnet durch ein Blechrohr, auf dessen Mantelfläche läng liche Schlitze mit aufgestellten Lappen zur Auflage des Garnes vorhanden sind und das zwei auf den Rohrenden angebrachte Ringe zum Verhindern des seitlichen Entweichens der Farbflotte aufweist.
