Process for the production of injection molded parts and for the removal of their all-cast material. The present invention relates to a. Process for manufacturing injection molded parts and removing their sprue.
According to the invention, the injection-molded part mi-L- # a.mt is produced adhering to the sprue on a core. While the core is still supporting the casting, the sprue is separated from the casting and the latter is then stripped from the core.
In the accompanying drawing, two preferred exemplary embodiments of the device for carrying out the method are shown. The method itself is also explained, for example, on the basis of these.
1 is a schematic, perspective view of the first embodiment, which shows the opened injection mold, the injection molded part held by the core and the sprue remover and the stripping tool.
FIG. 2 is a view similar to FIG. 1, in which the individual parts are shown in a different position. Fig. 3 shows the second embodiment partially in: Section along the plane of separation of the split injection molding farm.
Fig. 4 is a view similar to Fig. 3, in which the individual parts are shown in a different position.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, the various components of the device are shown: according to the first exemplary embodiment, in a somewhat exaggerated, mutual reciprocal relationship, in particular with regard to the wide distance:
of the two mold halves 10 and 11 concerned in order to be able to clearly represent the sprue remover 12 and the stripper 13.
In the abutment surfaces of the mold halves 10 and 11 are the recesses or depressions 14 which form the cavity when the halves are joined together. and in the present exemplary embodiment a button eyelet 15 which,
As can be seen from Fig. 2, L consists of a disk-shaped part 16 and a protruding ring-shaped part 17. The disc 16 has

The tool 30, 31 for removing the cast and for stripping is held stationary and, since the tool 30 protrudes downwards over the stripper 31,
The funnel 24 of the Gwss @ piece 15 will hit this tool and will be separated from the casting, whereupon the continuous upward weaving of the core rod causes:
that the casting 15 of .the, the latter. is stripped off, as is shown in Fig. 4 tlarges l @ t.
At. 3 and 4 it can be seen that if the mold halves are opened sufficiently wide, the core rod is held stationary and the combined tools 30,
31 can be moved downwards to remove the connecting piece and to strip off the casting.
