Device for programmatic control of electric drives. For setting the rollers in rolling mills and for driving crane systems, transfer platforms, machine tools, weir systems, etc., electric motors are often used that must be controlled according to a specific program.
The device provided for controlling the drive motor must, if possible, be designed in such a way that programmatic control of the drive can take place automatically, thereby avoiding excessive stress on the operating personnel. Above all, it is important
that the respective desired setpoint can be set in advance and that the control element automatically returns to its starting position after reaching this setpoint, in order to make constant monitoring of the adjustment process superfluous.
The fulfillment of these conditions is of great importance, for example, in rolling mills, especially in coarse lines, where, as is known, the rollers have to be readjusted for each pass. Without full automation of the roller adjustment device, it is usually not possible to get by with a simple occupation of the control platform, since one man alone is not able to carry out the many manipulations that require simultaneous operation of the rolling mill drive and the Aasstellvor direction.
Especially with continuous operation. Therefore with an automatic control device for the programmable adjustment of the drive a significant reduction in manufacturing costs BEZW. Operating costs and, moreover, more precise compliance with the desired program can be achieved.
The present invention makes it possible to create a control device, in particular for the adjustment of rolling mills, which: compared to previous devices of this type, is much simpler and more largely automated.
The invention is characterized in that the drive motor is controlled at least when it is switched off by means of a control member via a differential gear which is mechanically coupled on the one hand to a device for setting the setpoint and on the other hand to the drive motor in such a way that
that after switching on, the control element is turned back into the zero position by the drive motor and the drive motor is actively switched off.
The setting of the setpoint on the differential gear according to a prescribed program is carried out, for example, by means of a device that is either operated manually or is coupled with a program-controlled servomotor and that automatically adjusts a gear wheel to the setpoint.
The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment, specifically the figure shows, in a schematic manner, the use of the control device for adjusting the rolls of a rolling mill. In: the figure, 1 means a rolling mill, the upper roller 2 of which has to be readjusted for each pass according to a specific rolling program. The adjustment of the roller 2 takes place by means of an adjustment motor U, which actuates the pressure spindles 4 on which the = roller 2 is arranged.
To control the adjusting motor 3, a control roller 5 is provided which is driven via a differential gear 6. This differential gear is coupled on the one hand to the adjusting motor 3 and on the other hand to a servomotor 7, which the latter sets the gear to the setpoint and at the same time actuates the control roller 5 and thus puts the adjusting motor 3 into operation. By starting the motor 3, however, is simultaneously. During the Anstellvorgan sat the transmission rotated in the opposite direction, so that after the adjustment, the shift drum 5 will reach its zero position again.
To limit the loading movement of the servo motor 7 a coupled with it multipole limit switch 8 is seen before, while 9 means a control roller, by means of which a programmable remote control of the servo motor BEZW. At servomotor is achieved. This control roller 9 has as many operating positions as there are stitches in the rolling program. On the other hand, the number of their contacts is equal to the number of different, operationally occurring jobs or. Thick.
After each stitch the control roller 9 is rotated one step further, namely ent neither by hand or by a push button BEZW. a foot contact 10, which is attached to the control platform, so that the machine operator can operate the roller adjusting device with practically no loss of time and without distraction. The contacts of the control roller 9 must be reset for each new pass schedule.
However, different control rollers can also be used depending on the rolling program. A more convenient solution is to use a program controller; consisting of a switch plate with z. B. thick as many vertical rails as pass schedules and as many horizontal rails as Anstell. Depending on the pass schedule, the. advance these different rails connected to each other in a number of ways by means of sliding connectors s.
The contacts created are scanned by a special roller, in a similar way to the first-mentioned control roller -9, and also ensure that the limit switch B is adjusted. A magnetic field regulator can also be used as a control element for the adjusting motor - 3 be, which will then be operated in place of the control roller 5 also via the differential gear 6 and the adjusting motor accordingly 'controls the setpoint value.
Furthermore, it is also possible to actuate a brush adjustment device on the adjusting motor 3 via the gear 6 through the servomotor 7 in such a way that the programmed adjusting movements are carried out.
Quite independently of the type of control organ, however, through the use of a differential gear in the manner described here for example, the control organ is always brought back to its starting position automatically at the same time as the adjustment and the drive motor (8) is switched off, with the programmed adjustment of the drive takes place completely automatically.
In cases where the program according to which the drive motor has to be controlled has relatively few adjustment values and is therefore much simpler than a rolling mill adjustment program, fully automatic operation can be dispensed with and the facility can be simplified considerably.
In this case, the servomotor for the actuation of the control element as well as the. The associated limit switches and control drum are omitted, and the differential gear is set to the setpoint and the corresponding actuation of the control element is then carried out, for example, by means of a lever attached to a wheel of the transmission, which can be adjusted to the desired adjustment value using a suitable scale .
As soon as the drive motor is switched on, the control element is automatically returned to its zero position via the differential gear in the manner already described and the drive motor is switched off. In this type of control device, therefore, only the shutdown of the drive motor takes place automatically, while the engine is started by hand. Of course, it is also easily possible to operate the setpoint lever on the transmission by means of a remote control.
