Appareil tamiseur.
La fig. 1 schématise sommairement le principe -de fixation ;de la toile tamisante; la fig. 2 schématise la conception indus trielle,du principe de .la fig. 1; la fig. 3 est une coupe longitudinale et vue partielle d'un appareil tamiseur suivant l'invention;
Screening apparatus. The present invention relates to a sieve apparatus.
A certain number of screening apparatuses are known comprising at least one vibrating apparatus intended to give the fabric a certain vibration. In general, these vibrating devices directly stress the frame or the supports of the canvas.
The latter is only assisted indirectly by the intermediary of the elements, which support it.
On the other hand, we recommended to directly shake, in its middle or on its sides, a canvas resting on elements, frozen.
In accordance with the. In the present invention, the apparatus comprises at least one sieve cloth stretched by means of at least one vibrating apparatus which thereby shakes it directly. In a particular embodiment, a canvas is stretched between the vibrating device attached to,
one of its edges and a tensioning device frozen on its opposite edge. The canvas is thus directly fixed between the vibrating apparatus, which can be of any type, and an elastic tensioning device, the tension of which can be adjustable in order to be able to modify the vibration characteristics of the machine. canvas.
By means of this arrangement, the canvas is. directly subjected to the vibratory effects of the vibrating device and, on the other hand, it is normally solicited by the tensioner, which exerts a permanent traction directed gée exactly in the axis of the chain or of the frame. We therefore maintain the canvas, in,
the best co4servation conditions.
In another embodiment, the canvas is stretched between two vibrating devices. In this case, at least one appliance key acts as a -tensioner and is mounted in con # Sequence.
The vibrating apparatus will preferably be of a type generating the adjustable vibrations. We can therefore adjust them. vibration characteristics of the fabric by acting either on the vibrating device, or on the tensioner, or on these,
two devices. The fabric will preferably be supported by a floating frame, that is to say elastically connected to the frame itself of the machine.
The purpose of the elastic links is to absorb most of the vibrations which would otherwise be communicated to the whole mass of the chassis. By this floating arrangement of friends, we ensure the sides of the canvas their entire freedom of vibration,
while relieving the chassis itself from a large part of the vibrations, which causes premature destruction of the equipment and amplification of the noise characteristic of these devices.
At the same time, the floating frame prevents the spillage of the material.
The attached drawing represents, schematically and by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 summarizes the principle of fixing; of the sieve cloth; fig. 2 shows schematically the industrial design, on the principle of .la fig. 1; fig. 3 is a longitudinal section and partial view of a screening apparatus according to the invention;
fig. 4 is a section taken along line IV-IV of, FIG. 3; the fi-. 5 is a section taken along the line V-V 'of FIG. 3; fig. 6 is a view of a detail.
According to fig. 1, the fabric itself A is directly stretched between the vibrating device B and a tensioning device C.
The sieve cloth A is in principle any shell and in any case can consist of any cloth, sheet or sieve, textile, metal or the like, generally used in the sieving industry.
The vibrating apparatus B is also of any type, but will preferably consist of an apparatus which generates adjustable vibrations.
The tensioning device will preferably consist of an elastic device, the tension of which is variable and adjustable, so that it can be used to amplify or dampen vibrations, hard on the canvas and designed so as to advance the grains arriving towards the edge, out of the canvas.
The same characteristics can be used regardless of the number of screens of the sifting apparatus. For a plurality of fabrics, one or more vibrating devices, one or more elastic tensioners, can be used,
or else it will be possible to start from a single vibrating device and a single content, by arranging multiple supports for the fabrics to be stretched between these devices.
According to fig. 2, the principle shown schematically in the previous figure therefore applies industrially in the easiest way. In fact, the sifting fabric A is directly stretched between the vibrating device B and the tensioning device C.
For this purpose, the apparatus B has a plurality of arms 1, which are fixed to the hooking rod 2, which adorns one of the jumps, with the canvas A. The opposite edge of the canvas A is fitted with a hooking rod 3, , each end of which is subjected to the action of an adjusting screw 4, through the intervention of an elastic element 5.
As a result, the canvas A is located by an edge directly legalized by the vibrating device B and by its opposite edge by the elastic tensioning device C.
By acting on the adjustment screws 4, it is possible to vary the tension of the tensioning device and, by this fact, to vary the vibration of the canvas A. Similarly, it is possible to obtain a variation of this vibratory state by acting directly on the vibrating device B.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 to. 6, the vibrating apparatus consists of an axis 6, carrying at one end an eccentric mass 7 and at the other end a pulley 8 provided with an eccentric mass driven by any motor means. This axis 6 passes through a tube 9 serving as a support for the bearings 10 of the axis 6.
As a result, the vibration recorded by the axis 6, under the effect of the eccentric masses, is transmitted to the tube 9. The latter rests on elastic supports,
formed in this case by toruses 11 of rubber. These serve as an intermediate support between the tube 9 and the frame 12 of the machine. The tube 9 has a certain number of necklines 13, -in which the arms 14 are fixed, to which the fabric A is attached by one of its edges,
.Duly equipped for this purpose with a hooking rod 2.
The edge: opposite of the canvas A is fixed to a transverse hooking rod 3, furnished at each end with a leaf spring 15, substantially in the shape of U. The free branch of that - here comes to press against the extremity of a threaded rod 16,
which can be moved by rotation in the proper direction of a nut 17 or any other equivalent part.
The canvas A is therefore permanently fixed between the arms 14 of the apparatus B and the rod 3 of the tensioning device C.
The canvas A (FIG. 6) rests on lanyards 18 which, themselves, rest on a number of elastic supports 19 with adjustable tension, integral with the frame, 12 -de the machine. As a result, the vibrationsi charged by the side members 18 are absorbed by the elastic supports 19, before reaching the frame 12.
On the other hand, the side members 18 support the canvas, which thus keeps a correct position.
The screen apparatus thus produced therefore acts in the following manner. The vibrating device B communicates a vibratory state to the arms 14. The canvas is therefore animated by a movement of direct vibration.
The arrangement of the side members 18 prevents material from escaping between the longitudinal edges of the fabric and the wall. corresponding @frame 1.2. Indeed , we will choose as side members profiles having at least one wing directed upwards, thus forming a wall opposing the lateral passage of the materials to be sieved.
This action can still be promoted by using known accessories, such as in particular inclined side walls 20 on the canvas slightly.
The screening devices are considerably simplified and lightened. The driving force is also greatly reduced. If the tensioning device is replaced by a second vibrating device, the latter will be favorably mounted on an elastic support bearing on the frame, this elastic -diisspositid can moreover be produced in the form of a positive tensioning device.
