Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Azofarbstofes.       Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes,     welches darin besteht, dass man 2     Mol    der       Diazoverbindung    der     1-Amino-2-oxybenzol-          3-carbonsäure    mit 1     Mol        2-Acetoacetylamino-          5-oxynaphtalin-7-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     20,8 Gewichtsteile des Chlorhydrates der       1-Amino-2-oxybenzol-3-carbonsäure        (91%ig)       werden     diazotiert;    die     Diazoverbindung    wird  in Gegenwart eines Überschusses     vonNatrium-          carbonat    mit einer wässerigen Lösung aus 19  Gewichtsteilen des     Natriumsalzes    von     2-Aceto-          acetyl        -,amino    - 5 -     oxynaphtalin.-    7-     sulfonsäure     vereinigt.

   Nach     Beendigung    der Kupplung  wird der Farbstoff     ausgesalzen    und abgesaugt.  



  Der     Disazofarbstoff    von der Formel:

    eignet sich unter anderem zum Färben von  Mischfasern aus Wolle und Zellwolle. Durch  Nachbehandlung der Färbungen mit einer  Mischung von Chromacetat und Kupfersulfat  erhält man     Ton-in-Ton-gleiche,    gedeckte       Bordotöne.    Die     Echtheiten,    insbesondere die  Lichtechtheit, sind sehr gut.
