  Machine a, homogénéiser un liquide.



   La présente invention a pour objet une machine à   homogénéiser im liquide, compor-    tant, adaptée à un bâti, une pièce dans laquelle est vissé un cylindre dans lequel est destiné à tre comprimé un liquide. Cette   ma-    chine est caractérisée par le fait qu'une platine   perforée est maintenue à l'une des extré-    mités dudit cylindre au moyen d'une douille vissée dans la pièce susmentionnée, une bille étant agencée entre cette platine et une pièce   perforée servant à l'écoulement du liquide    et prenant appui, par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort, contre un épaulement qui possède un conduit vissé dans ladite douille.



   Le dessin annexé montre, à titre   d'exem-      ple,    une forme d'exécution de la machine faisant l'objet de l'invention.



   La fig.   1    en est une vue en coupe axiale.



   La fig.   2    est une vue de la face de la platine tournée vers l'amont.



   La fig. 3 est une vue de la face de la platine tournée vers   l'aval.   



   La fig. 4 est une vue de l'extrémité de la pièceperforée destinée à venir en contact avec la bille.



   La machine à homogénéiser un liquide représenté comprend un cylindre   1,    vissé dans une pièce annulaire 2 fixée à un bâti 3 ; dans le cylindre   1,    muni d'orifices d'admission 4, est destiné à se déplacer un piston 5 animé   d'un    mouvement alternatif par un moteur non représente. A l'extrémité 6 du cylindre 1 est disposée une platine perforée 7 maintenue en place au moyen   d'une    douille 8 vissée dans la pièce 2 ; à cet effet, la platine 7 comporte un siège annulaire et périphérique 9, sur lequel vient en engagement l'extrémité corres  pondante de    la douille 8.

   La platine 7 est munie, sur sa face aval, d'une creusure 10 dans laquelle est destinée à tre engagée une bille 11   ; de plus', cette    platine 7 est percée de trous 22 ; ces derniers ont leurs orifices   d'en-    trée sur un cercle concentrique à   l'axe    de la   platineetilsconvergentd'amont    en aval,   c'est-à-dire'dans le sens du déplacement    du liquide chassé du cylindre 1, de façon que leurs orifices de sortie soient sur un cercle de plus petit diamètre, disposé dans la   creu-    sure 10. La bille 11 est pressée contre la platine 7 par   l'inbermédiaire, d'une pièee    perfo rée 12, dont l'extrémité   13    comprend à cet effet un logement 14.

   Ladite pièce 12 possède, d'une part, un épaulement circulaire 15, contre lequel presse l'une des extrémités   d'un    ressort à boudin 16, dont l'autre extrémité prend appui contre un épaulement également circulaire que comporte un conduit 17 vissé dans la douille 8 et, d'autre part, un   prolon-      gement cylindrique évidé    18 destiné à coulisser dans ledit conduit 17 ; en outre,   1'dextre-    mité 13 de la pièce   12    possède, en regard de la. bille 11, trois ouvertures 19, aboutissant au prolongement évidé 18.



   La pression exercée sur la bille 11 par l'extrémité   13    de la pièce 12 peut tre   réglée    en agissant sur la tension du ressort 16 ; cette tension peut tre réglée en   vissant ou dévis-    sant le conduit 17.



   Un écrou 20 coopère   avec la pièce annu-    laire 2 pour fixer l'ensemble au bâti   3.   



   La machine à homogénéiser représentée fonctionne comme suit :
 Sous   s l'effet des    déplacements du piston 5, un liquide à homogénéiser contenu dans un réservoir 21 est aspiré, puis comprimé dans le cylindre 1, d'où il est chassé au travers des trous de la. platine 7, contre la bille 11 ;   celle-ci    s'écarte légèrement sous l'effet de la pression du liquide qui s'écoule ensuite par les orifices 19, le prolongement 18 et le conduit 17.

   The object of the present invention is a machine for homogenizing im liquid, comprising, adapted to a frame, a part into which is screwed a cylinder in which a liquid is intended to be compressed. This machine is characterized by the fact that a perforated plate is held at one of the ends of said cylinder by means of a bushing screwed into the aforementioned part, a ball being arranged between this plate and a perforated part serving to the flow of liquid and bearing, by means of a spring, against a shoulder which has a conduit screwed into said sleeve.



   The appended drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the machine forming the subject of the invention.



   Fig. 1 is an axial sectional view thereof.



   Fig. 2 is a view of the face of the plate facing upstream.



   Fig. 3 is a view of the face of the plate facing downstream.



   Fig. 4 is a view of the end of the perforated part intended to come into contact with the ball.



   The machine for homogenizing a liquid shown comprises a cylinder 1, screwed into an annular part 2 fixed to a frame 3; in cylinder 1, provided with intake ports 4, is intended to move a piston 5 driven by a reciprocating movement by a motor not shown. At the end 6 of the cylinder 1 is disposed a perforated plate 7 held in place by means of a sleeve 8 screwed into the part 2; for this purpose, the plate 7 comprises an annular and peripheral seat 9, on which the corresponding end of the sleeve 8 engages.

   The plate 7 is provided, on its downstream face, with a recess 10 in which a ball 11 is intended to be engaged; more ', this plate 7 is pierced with holes 22; the latter have their inlet orifices on a circle concentric with the axis of the plate and they converge from upstream to downstream, that is to say 'in the direction of movement of the liquid expelled from cylinder 1, so that their outlet orifices are on a circle of smaller diameter, disposed in the recess 10. The ball 11 is pressed against the plate 7 by the intermediary of a perforated part 12, the end 13 of which comprises for this housing effect 14.

   Said part 12 has, on the one hand, a circular shoulder 15, against which one of the ends of a coil spring 16 presses, the other end of which bears against an equally circular shoulder that comprises a duct 17 screwed into the sleeve 8 and, on the other hand, a recessed cylindrical extension 18 intended to slide in said duct 17; in addition, the end 13 of the part 12 has, opposite the. ball 11, three openings 19, leading to the recessed extension 18.



   The pressure exerted on the ball 11 by the end 13 of the part 12 can be adjusted by acting on the tension of the spring 16; this tension can be adjusted by screwing or unscrewing the conduit 17.



   A nut 20 cooperates with the annular part 2 to secure the assembly to the frame 3.



   The homogenizer shown operates as follows:
 Under the effect of the movements of the piston 5, a liquid to be homogenized contained in a reservoir 21 is sucked in, then compressed in the cylinder 1, from where it is expelled through the holes of the. plate 7, against the ball 11; this deviates slightly under the effect of the pressure of the liquid which then flows through the orifices 19, the extension 18 and the duct 17.

REVENDICATION : Machine à homogénéiser un liquide com- portant, adaptée à un bâti, une pièce dans laquelle est vissé un cylindre dans lequel est destiné à tre comprimé un liquide, caractérisée par le fait qu'une platine perforée est maintenue à l'une des extrémités dudit cylin- dre au moyen d'une douille vissée dans la pièce susmentionnée, une bille étant agencée entre cette platiné et une pièce perforée servant a l'écoulement du liquide et prenant appui, par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort, contre un épaulementquepossède un conduit vissé dans ladite douille.
