Description
Elektrisches Feuerzeug.
Dieser Draht 22 führt durch das am Gehäuse befe stigte Röhrchen 23 zum Druckschalter des Glühstromkreises. Im Punkt 32 ist er am Kontaktstück 26 angelötet. Das Kontaktstück 26 befindet sieh verschiebbar in dem in den Deckel 2 einbelassenen röhrenförmigen Fort satz 24 und zwar von diesem isoliert durch den eingelagerten zylindrischen Isolator 33. Die Feder 27 öffnet. den Kontakt, nach Auf hören des Kont;
Electric lighter. The subject of the present invention is an electric lighter with a resistance incandescent body, assembled with an electric A_Taschlamp whose power source @ feeds both the incandescent lamp and the incandescent body. The resistance incandescent body of the lighter can be installed permanently or exchangeably in the housing.
Preferably it consists of a graphite body or a filament; Chemically inactive heavy metals such as platinum, iridium, palladium, tungsten and osmium or their alloys can be considered as the material for such a wire. Appropriately, the incandescent body is mounted on a ceramic or other electrothermal isolator in at least two points.
In one embodiment, the incandescent body circuit is connected in parallel to the circuit of the incandescent lamp and can be closed and opened by means of a special switch. Such a switch can be a pressure switch that automatically interrupts the incandescent body circuit after the actuation pressure has ceased by a spring acting in opposition to this. This switch can be secured against unintentional actuation, for example, by a locking pawl known per se.
The incandescent body circuit switch can advantageously be combined with the incandescent lamp switch in such a way that both are actuated in a manner known per se by one and the same switch lever, namely in such a way that, depending on the switch lever position, only one of the two Circuits must be closed. can.
In this exemplary embodiment, the incandescent body is protected when it is not in use by a hinged cover that is fastened to the housing by a hinge. As a power source, a galvanic element, a galvanic battery or a small hand-held generator is useful. -dynamo use.
The attached drawing shows a schematic representation of an Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention in the form of a cross section through the apparatus. The cylindrical housing 1 encloses the galvanic element 10, which can be replaced by opening the cover 2.
This opening is done by unscrewing the lid 2 from the cylinder space around the hinge 3 as a fulcrum. In this lid? The metal version 4 for the bulb base 7 is let in, namely by the ring 5 isolated from the electrically conductive housing cover 2 and the cylindrical housing. In the lamp socket 4 is the base of the incandescent lamp 6, the ends of its filament 29 are connected in the usual way with the gontakt base plate 8 on the one hand and the conductive screw thread of the incandescent lamp base 7 on the other. The contact base plate 8 of the incandescent lamp rests directly on the positive pole 9 of the 10 Elemen th.
The incandescent lamp circuit is closed by pressing down the with the housing 1 respectively. Housing cover 2 conductively connected Kont.aktsehalterstüches 12. This is in conductive contact with one end of the filament 29 ste existing lamp holder 4 over the housing cover 2, the housing 1 and the contact spring 19 with the negative pole of the Ele Mentes forming base plate 30 connected.
The pressure switch of the incandescent lamp circuit consists of the contact piece 12, which is mounted in the tubular cover extension 11, with the locking pin 13 and the contact opening spring 14.
The upper part of the cylindrical (, eliuses is closed by the insulating ring 15, in which the incandescent body socket 16 is embedded. The incandescent body assembly 17 is built like an incandescent lamp, with the difference that it is instead of a suspended, enclosed The filament has an open filament 28, which is partly mounted on and partly in an electrothermal insulator, and the ends of the filament are connected, as in the incandescent lamp, to the contact base plate 18 on the one hand and the metal screw thread of the base on the other.
The base plate 18 of the incandescent body assembly rests on the contact and tension spring 1 '.). This spring 19 is conductively connected to your C-housing 1 by means of a screw or rivet 20; she loves in the manner shown on the, the negative pole of the element forming the base plate 30 and exerts a pressure in the direction of the bulb 6 on this.
This resilient pressure see rt the contact between the positive pole of the element 10 and the contact - round plate 8 of the incandescent lamp and also holds the element. Also secures. the bent end of the tensioning and contact spring 19 ensures secure contact with the base plate 18 of the incandescent body assembly. The otherwise insulated wire 22 is soldered to the barrel stage 16 at point 21.
This wire 22 leads through the tube 23 attached to the housing BEFE to the pressure switch of the glow circuit. It is soldered to the contact piece 26 at point 32. The contact piece 26 is slidably located in the tubular extension 24 embedded in the cover 2 and is isolated from it by the embedded cylindrical insulator 33. The spring 27 opens. the contact after the contact has ended;
iktcli @ nelkes. by means of which the contact piece 26 was connected to the positive pole 9 of the element: 10, itself daily. The locking pin 25 prevents the contact piece 26 from falling out. The cover 31, shown in the half-open position, is in the hinge 34 as a pivot point rotatable.
Instead of the described switch for the Uiterstromsetzunb of the incandescent body a resilient tongue provided with an opening for the passage of the heat could be arranged above this and built into the circuit, the whole thing in such a way that this tongue deflects when a cigarette is put on and thus the circuit of the Incandescent body closes.
The resilient pin would have to be arranged in such a way that it is slightly above the contact position at the point of contact. The tongue would at the same time protect the incandescent body from mechanical damage.
