Regler mit Schwingzunge zur Konstanthaltung der Ablaufgeschwindigkeit eines getriebenen Umlauforganes. Das Hauptpatent betrifft einen Regler mit Schwingzunge zur Konstanthaltung der Ablaufgeschwindigkeit eines getriebenen Um lauforganes, der sich dadurch kennzeichnet;
Regulator with oscillating tongue for keeping the running speed of a driven circulating element constant. The main patent relates to a regulator with a vibrating tongue to keep the running speed constant of a driven order running organ, which is characterized by;
that due to the relative rotational movement caused by the rotating element between a magnetic oscillating mass provided at the free end of the oscillating tongue and a number of magnetic poles arranged around the axis of this rotating element, the magnet system excites the oscillating mass to continuous oscillations,
and that due to the mutual influence between the magnetic oscillating mass set in oscillation and the magnetic poles, the rotational speed of the circulating organ corresponds to. Schwingfre frequency of the vibration system is kept constant.
In the illustrated embodiment of the main patent, in which the revolving element is formed by the escapement or gear wheel of a clockwork, the magnetic oscillating mass is attached to the free end of a stationary oscillating spring, while the magnetic poles are arranged in the form of pins on the circumference of the escapement wheel and pass it near the magnetic oscillating mass.
The present invention relates to a controller of a similar type, in which, however, in contrast to the embodiment of the main patent, the magnetic poles are fixed (in a watch, for example in the form of magnetic pins inserted in the watch plate), while the oscillating tongue and magnetic oscillating mass best existing oscillating system rotates with the axis of the circulating organ.
On the accompanying drawing, three embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated.
1 and 2 show the plan view and a section of the regulator according to the first embodiment, and FIGS. 3 and 4 show the plan view and a section of the regulator according to the second and third embodiment.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, d is the gear wheel on which a curved oscillating tongue b is attached, which carries a magnetic oscillating mass c at its free end. On both sides of the gear wheel d support plates are provided in which carry on their facing sides magnetic pins e, which are at equal intervals on circles d concentric to the axis of the gear wheel. The gear control of the wheel d takes place, similarly as described in the main patent, through magnetic interaction between the oscillating mass c and the magnetic pins e.
Here, too, the mutual influence of the vibrating mass c and the pins e, the rotational speed of the gear wheel d is kept constant according to the vibration frequency of the vibrating mass c. When the gear wheel d rotates, the oscillating mass c describes a self-contained sinusoid. On one support plate, a pin -rr is provided which is directed radially with respect to the gear wheel, around the front end of which the oscillating mass c, which describes a sinusoid, normally oscillates.
If the control system has the tendency to fall "out of step" as a result of external effects, this tendency is counteracted by the impact of the oscillating mass c on the pin n until the normal Schwingungsver ratios have occurred again.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the gear wheel is replaced by a double-armed order running element o, which carries an oscillating spring b 'provided with a magnetic oscillating mass c' on one of its two arms. e are in turn stationary magnetic poles. If necessary, a similar oscillating spring with an oscillating mass could also be provided on the other arm of the circulating element. While in the two execution examples according to FIGS. 1 and 2 and FIG.
the oscillating spring with the oscillating mass in a respectively to the axis of rotation of the circulating element d. o vertical plane swings. an exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. in which this oscillating movement takes place in a plane passing through the axis of rotation of the system. The oscillating spring b = is fastened here in a radial arrangement on the rotary shaft p. The oscillating mass c 'at the free end of this spring acts with radially arranged magnetic pins e \, which are provided in a corre sponding arrangement on a pole carrier q made of non-magnetic material.
A ring r made of magnetic material is screwed onto the pole carrier q, which allows the magnetic conditions of the control system to be influenced by larger or smaller shunt effects and consequently also the frequency of the oscillating mass. The ring r thus forms a simple means of regulating the rate. However, this can also be done in a different way, for example by changing the distance between the oscillating mass and the magnetic poles. could be achieved.
