Kochgeschirr mit Stiel. Insbesondere die Kochgeschirre aus Guss eisen, wie solche hauptsächlich für das Ko chen auf elektrisehen Herden oder auf soge- nanuten Plattenherden für Holz- und Kohlen feuerung benützt werden, sind im Verhältnis zu Kochgeschirren aus Blech und Aluminium relativ schwer, so dass bei denselben die rissh- tige Konstruktion des Stiels eine wesent liche Rolle spielt.
Bis heute werden für Kochgeschirre, im Querschnitt flache und gewölbte Stiele aus Eisenblech, sowie Stiele aus Holz und auch solche aus Kunstofafen verwendet. Alle diese Stiele befriedigen aber nicht restlos, indem. sie entweder schlecht in die Hand passen, wie dies bei Stielen aus flachem oder gewölbtem Eisenblech der Fall ist, edier indem sie mehr teilig sind, wie z. B. Holzstiele, die durch eine zentrale Zugstange mittels Schraube be festigt sind Stiele mit kreisrundem Quer schnitt werden zudem leicht lose und gewähr leisten keine volltändig starre Verbindung mit dem Kochgesohirr. Abgesehen davon ist es schwierig, ein mit einem Stiel von kreisrundem Querschnitt zu hand haben.
Stiele aus Kunststoffen weisen wohl diese Nachteile nicht auf dagegen fehlt ihnen im alpgemeinen die notwendige Festigkeit, und sie sind leicht zerbrechlich, wärmeemp findlich und verhälbni smässig teuer.
Das Kochgeschirr mit Stiel gemäss vor liegender Erfindung weist diese Nachteile nicht auf. Den Stiel ist durch ein Metall rohr von, ovalem Querschnitt gebildet, dessen eines Ende auf einen Ansatz des Köchge- schirrs aufgesetzt und mit diesem untrennbar verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende mit tels einer Abschlusskappe verschlossen ist, wobei der Stiel gegen das freie Ende leicht abgebogen und zum Aufhängen des Koch geschirrs in zwei. Eihbuchtungen mit ein ander gegenüberliegenden Löchern versehen ist.
Zufolge des ovalen Querschnittes passt dieser Stiel besser in die Hand, und ein Aus drehen ist im Gegensatz zu Stielen mit kreis- rundem. @ Qiuersichnltt, nicht möglich. Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel und eine Variante des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt eines Stiels an einem Koehgeschirr; Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss zu Fig. 1; Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 1, und Fig. 4 zeigt einen Teilschnitt einer Va riante.
In den Fig. 1-3 bezeichnet 1 ein Koch geschirr aus Gusseisen, das einen Ansatz 2 besitzt. Der Stiel ist durch ein gezogenes dünnes Metallrohr 3 von ovalem Querschnitt gebildet Als Matetial eignen sich irgend welche Stahlsorten, aber auch andre Metalle mit relativ hoher Festigkeit. Das eine Ende des Stiehl ist auf den dazu passenden An satz 2 des Kochgeschirrs 1 aufgesetzt und durch zwei Nieten 4 untrennbar damit ver bunden. Das freie Ende des Stiel 3 ist mit tels einer Abschlusskappe 5 verschlossen. Ferner ist der Stiel 3 gegen das freie Ende, wie ersichtlich, leicht abwärts gebogen, wo durch er ein gefälliges Aussehen erhält und das Entgleiten des Kochenschirrs aus der Hand verhindert wird.
Der Stiel 3 ist am freien Ende mit Löchern 6 versehen, die in Einbuchtungen 7 liegen. Diese Löcher 6 die nen zum Aufhängen des Kochgeschirrs. Sie haben aber noch den werteren Zweck, eine Ventilation des Stiels zu ermöglichen. Zur Verbesserung der Ventilationswirkung ist auf der Unterseite des Stiels in der Nähe der Be festigung am Koehgeschirr ein weiteres Loch 8 vorgesehen. Durch diese Stielbelüftung er gibt sich eine wirksame Kühlung des Stiels.
Gemäss Fig. 4 ist zwischen dem Ansatz 2 des Kochgeschirrs 1 und dem Stiel 3 ein mit einer Wärmeisoliermasse 9 ausgefüllter Zwischenraum vorgesehen, wodurch der Wärmeübergang vom Kochgeschirr 1 auf den Stiel 3 vermindert wird, so dass auch auf diese Weise eine zu, starke Erwärmung des Stiels vermieden ist. Der Stiel 3 kann statt mittels der Nieten 4 auch durch Schweissung oder durch Löten am Ansatz 2 befestigt sein.
Ferner könnte der Stiel 3 auch dadurch am Ansatz 2 untrennbar befestigt sein, dass auf der untern Seite des Ansatzes 2 zwei körnerartige Vertiefungen eingegossen sind, wobei das Shelrohr 3 an den, betreffenden Stellen eingedrückt und auf diese Weise fest um den Ansatz 2 gezogen wird.
Ferner kann die Oberfläche des Stiels je nach Wunsch, irgendeiner zweckentspre chenden Oberflächenbehandlung unterworfen sein.

The cookware with handle according to the present invention does not have these disadvantages. The handle is formed by a metal tube of oval cross-section, one end of which is placed on a shoulder of the cookware and inseparably connected to it and the other end is closed by means of an end cap, the handle being slightly bent towards the free end and for hanging the cookware in two. 1-3, 1 denotes a cast iron cookware that has a 2 approach. The handle is formed by a drawn, thin metal tube 3 of oval cross-section. To improve the ventilation effect, another hole 8 is provided on the underside of the handle near the attachment on the Koehgeschirr. Through this handle ventilation he is an effective cooling of the handle.
According to Fig. 4, an intermediate space filled with a heat insulating compound 9 is provided between the extension 2 of the cookware 1 and the handle 3, whereby the heat transfer from the cookware 1 to the handle 3 is reduced, so that in this way too, excessive heating of the Stiels is avoided. The stem 3 can also be fastened to the attachment 2 by welding or by soldering instead of the rivets 4.
Furthermore, the handle 3 could also be inseparably attached to the attachment 2 in that two granular depressions are cast on the lower side of the attachment 2, the shell tube 3 being pressed in at the relevant points and thus pulled tightly around the attachment 2.
