Description

  

  Zündkerze für     Brennkraftmasehinen.       Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf Zündker  zen für     Brennkraftmaschinen    mit einem vor  zugsweise keramischen Isolator, der in dem  Gehäuse der Kerze     mittels    eines in .dem Ge  häuse     befestigten    Ringes     gehalten    wird. Bis  her war es üblich, den Ring entweder in  das Gehäuse einzuschrauben oder durch     Um-          bördelung    des Gehäuserandes zu halten. Die  Neuerung besteht darin,     dass    der den Isolator       festhaltende    Ring mit dem Kerzengehäuse  verschweisst oder hart verlötet ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist als     Ausführungsbei-          spiel    des Gegenstandes :der Neuerung eine  vollabgeschirmte Zündkerze im Schnitt dar  gestellt.     a    ist das     Gehäuse,der    Kerze, indem  ein keramischer     Isolator    b sitzt. Das Gehäuse  steht     über,das        anschlussseitige    Ende des Iso  lators vor und     isst    am Ende innen mit einem    Gewinde versehen, in :das eine Hülse c einge  schraubt ist, an welcher die     Abschirmteile     des zur Kerze geführten Zündkabels ange  schlossen werden können.

   Der Isolator b, der       in,dem    Gehäuse auf einem Absatz d aufsitzt,  wird darin von einem Ring e gehalten, der  mit dem Gehäuse durch Schweissen oder Hart  löten     verbunden    ist.

   The insulator b, which sits on a shoulder d in the housing, is held therein by a ring e which is connected to the housing by welding or hard soldering.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Zündkerze für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Isolator, -der in dem Gehäuse der Kerze mittels eines in diesem befestigten Ringes ge- halten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring mit dem Gehäuse verschweisst oder hart verlötet ist.
