Pressen langsam erfolgen.
Machine with press chamber and split press mold for the production of moldings.
The present invention is a machine with a press chamber and split PreBform for the production of moldings z. B. made of thermoplastic materials.
For this purpose, split molds have hitherto been used, which were pressed together by a hydraulic piston, whereupon the molded material, which had meanwhile become malleable, was injected into the mold by a second piston. The press material was heated in the press chamber, which must be pressed against the already closed mold before the actual injection process.
This pressing of the press chamber against the mold was previously seen by the injection piston, to which the compression chamber was connected by means of elastic connecting elements, which injection piston carried the compression chamber with it until it came to sit on the mold, whereupon the piston only entered the mold PreBkammer could penetrate.
The construction of this well-known facility was quite complex and often caused anlā to malfunction.
This guard part is to be eliminated by the machine according to the invention, in which the closing of the mold and the pressing of the pressing chamber against the pressing mold, as well as the pressing itself, are carried out using hydraulic pressure, in that the pressing chamber is by means of tie rods ', to which pistons moving in fixed cylinders are attached, with which the hydraulic cylinder containing the hydraulic piston serving to actuate the plunger is connected to form a unit and the closing pressure of the mold is generated by an independent piston.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
The illustrated press with form has a frame 1 on which. the cylinder 2 for closing the mold 4, 5 and the two cylinders 3 ', 3' for pressing the pressing chamber 10 against the mold.
The part 4 of the mold, which is set up for filling through the joint between the two mold parts, is fastened to the frame 1, while the part 5 of the mold is carried by the differential piston 6 of the interlocking cylinder.
The two pistons 7, 7 'are arranged in the pressure cylinders 3, 3', the lower piston rods 8, S 'of which carry the crossbeam 9 with the press chamber, while the upper piston rods 11, 11', by means of the crossbar 41, support the pre-cylinder 12 with the differential . oil piston 13 and the actual press piston. n 14 wear. The piston rods 8, 8 'and 11, 11' suid designed in this way as columns that absorb the pre-pressure.
As can be seen, the parts 8, 8 ', 9, 10 connected to the pistons 7, 7' help.
11, 11 ', 41 and 12 are a whole and move up and down when the pressure cylinders 3, 3' are actuated, with the stroke downwards when the pressing chamber 10 is seated on the mold 4, 5 and upwards with stops shown in the drawing limited. is.
The press is driven by the pump 15, which is the pressure medium. mostly oil, from which container 16 presses into line 27 and from here via check valves 17 and 18 and control valves 19, 22 into lines 20 and 23. The mold locking cylinder 2 is fed through the line 23, while the pressure cylinder 3 is fed via the line 20 and from this via the line 29 the cylinder 3 ′ and from this via the line 40 in the piston rod 11 ′ the pre-cylinder 12 is fed.
By means of the valves 21 and 24, the lines 20 respectively. 23 over the Leitl! nçen 26 resp. 25 can be connected to the container 16 and relieved.
The space 31 of the mold locking cylinder 2 is connected by means of the line 35 to the pressure accumulator 33, which is also connected to the pressure chamber of the pressure cylinder 3, 3 'by means of the line 34, 37.
The storage space is then also connected to the pressure space 36 of the press cylinder 12 through the line 35 arranged in the piston rod 11 1.
The pressure accumulator 33 is filled via the line 39 by opening the valve 38 from the pressure chamber 28 of the form-fitting cylinder 2. If the accumulator is to be refilled, the valve is opened; il 38 is under pressure while cylinder 2, when, on the other hand, the pressure in the accumulator is to be reduced. the valve 38 is opened as long as the pressure chamber 28 is connected to the container I. In this way, any desired pressure can be set in the pressure accumulator 33 up to a certain level corresponding to the ratio of the areas of the differential piston 6.
The operation of the device described is as follows:
The pump 15 maintains the required operating pressure in the line 27. The valve 19 is opened while the valve 21 is closed. These two venti. Ie, as well as the two valves 22 and 24 are operated simultaneously e.g. B. operated by foot levers in such a way that one opens while the other is closed, and vice versa. The pressure medium receives the two pressure pistons 7 and 7, as well as the pressure piston 13 in the raised position.
The valve 24 is opened while the valve 22 is closed. The space 28 of the form-locking cylinder 2 is thus relieved.
The pressure medium of the pressure accumulator 33 presses on the upper surfaces of the pressure pistons 7 and 7 'and of the pressure piston 13, but cannot overcome the pressure in the space 30 and in the lower spaces of the cylinders 3 and 3'. The differential piston 6 of the form-fitting cylinder 2 is pushed into the left limit position by the accumulator pressure.
If the valve 24 is now closed and the valve 22 is opened at the same time, the pressure medium is pressed by the pump 15 into the pressure chamber 28 and the differential piston 6 is displaced to the right. whereby the mold 4, 5 is closed. The pressure in the line 20 is, however, still maintained
The valve 19 is then closed and the valve 211 is opened at the same time.
The lower spaces of the cylinders 3 and 3 'and 12 are thus relieved and the pistons 7, 7' and 13 are pushed downwards by the accumulator pressure. First, the pressing chamber 10 is pressed against the mold 4, 5, whereupon the plunger 14 in the pressing chamber 10 begins to penetrate. This initiates the actual pressing process and the mass contained in the pressing chamber is pressed into the pressing mold through openings in the latter.
After the pressing has ended, valve 21 is closed and valve 19 and valves 18, 2Q 'and 38 are opened. The full pressure from the pump 15 acts on the lower surfaces of the pistons 7, 7 'and 13. As a result, the pressing chamber 10 is first lifted off the mold 4, 5 and then continues. the plunger 14 is pulled out of the chamber 10. The pressure medium from the upper cylinder chambers is pressed back into the pressure accumulator 33 during this movement, so that it is always charged automatically.
By opening the valve 24 and closing the valve 22, the pressure chamber 28 of the mold locking cylinder 2 is also relieved and the piston 6 is pushed to the left again by the accumulator pressure, whereby the mold 4, 5 is opened.
The effective pressure areas respectively. the piston rods of the pistons in the individual cylinders are dimensioned in such a way that the pressure exerted by the pump 15 overcomes the storage cylinders. This enables the mold to be opened and injected more quickly. The mold is closed and the press cylinder is lifted off by means of the pressure fluid from the pump.
When using a multi-stage pump or when Vorfül- lung'desFormschläszylinders can be achieved by the described device, a very rapid work rate, even with a relatively small pressure pump with little energy, because the return movement of the press cylinder, which then determines the size of the pressure pump alone; can especially with large. Pressing done slowly.
