Schuh. Bei .der .gegenwärtigen Mode herrscht die Tendenz, zu einem Kleidungsstück jeweils einen dazu passenden Schuh, wei es hinsicht lich Farbe, Material oder Schnitt bezw. Form, zu tragen. Man ist -daher gezwungen, eine grössere Anzahl Schuhe zu besitzen, um zu jedem Kleid .das passende Modell tragen zu können.
Mit ;dem Gegenstand der Erfindung soll eine Anpassung der Schuhe an dae jeweils getragene Kleid in einfacher Weise dadurch erreicht werden, dass der Schuh ,aus einem Unterteil und einem am Unterteil lösbar be- festigten Schuhoberteil besteht. Es können in diesem Falle für einen Unterteil zweck mässig eine Anzahl verschiedene, zu diesem passende Oberteile hergestellt werden, welche dang auswechselbar am Unterteil befestigt werden können,
so. dass die Trägerin des Schuhes aus diesen Oberteilen nur :den zum Kleid passenden auszuwählen braucht bezw. auch nur einen neuen Oberteil von gewünsch ter Farbe oder Form herstellen lassen kann, um einen Schuh von der gewünschten Wir- kung zu erhalten, ohne dass sie .gezwungen ist eine grössere Anzahl einzelner Schuhe kaufen, zu müssen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemässen Schuhes dargestellt.

Fig. 5 ist ein Grundriss und Fig. 6 eine Seitenansicht des zur Schliessung der Befesti gungsvorrichtung des Oberteils an der Schuh sohle dienenden .Schiebers.
Der dargestellte Schuh besitzt einen Un terteil mit Laufsohle 1, Absatz 2, Brand sohle 3, und einen Oberteil 4. Dieser Ober teil ist .an der Laufsohle auswechselbar be festigt. Diese Befestigung erfolgt im darge- stellten Beispiel mittels eines Schiebever schlusses, wobei die zusammenwirken en Verschlusselemente an der Sohle bezw. längs des zu befestigenden Randes des Oberteils angeordnet sind.
Bei dem nur beispielsweise dargestellten Sehiebeverschluss sind längs des Randes der Laufsohle 1 in gleichförmigen Abständen metallische Verschlusselemente 5 befesti",,t. Diese bestehen aus einer Zunge 6 und zwei nach oben .gerichteten, elastisch federnden Klemmbacken 7. Die Zunge 6 ist in einer an der Sohlenoberfläche ausgearbeiteten Ver tiefung mittels eines Stiftes 8 befestigt, so .dass die obere Fläche der Zunge mit. der Ober- fläche der Sohle bündig ist.
Die Befestigung ,der Zungen 6 könnte auch in beliebio-er ande rer Weise erfolgen, z. B. durch Verkleben mit der Sohle; es könnte auch durch Auf reissen der Sohle längs des Randes eine Liplie gebildet werden, unter welche die Zunge 6 gesteckt werden könnte, und die dann über die Zunge verklebt würde.
Der Oberteil 4 des Schuhes kann aus Le- ,der, Stoff oder anderem für Schuhoberteile geeignetem Material bestehen. Längs des Randes des Oberteils bildet das Material des selben, einen Wulst 9. Auf diesem Randwulst sind Verschlusselemente 10 aufgeklemmt, und zwar sind diese Verschlusselemente 10 in gleichen Abständen angeordnet, wie die Ele mente 5 längs des Sohlenrandes. Zur Ver bindung des Schuhoberteils mit der Sohle werden nun die Versehlusselemente 10 zwi schen die beiden Klemmbacken 7 der Ele mente 5 eingeführt.
Die Form des zwischen den beiden Klemmbacken gebildeten Hohl raumes entspricht der Farm der Verschluss- elemente 10, wobei beim Einführen .dieser letzteren. zwischen die Klemmbacken diese federnd ausspreizen und sich nachher gegen .die gewölbte Aussenfläche der Elemente 1.0 anlegen und .sie festhalten, wie Fig. \? zeigt.
Zur Erleichterung des Einführens der Verschlusselemente 10 zwischen die Klemm backen 7 wird vorteilhafterweise ein Sehi-e- ber gemäss Fig. 5 und 6 benützt.

Der Klemm druck dieser Backen muss natürlich so be messen sein, -dass während ;des Gehens keine unerwünschte Lösung des Oberteils erfolgt. Bei dem in. Fig. 1 dargestellten Schuh wer den :die beiden Enden des Oberteils, welche in das Fersenband 16 übergehen, beim Gehen am stärksten auf Zug beansprucht. Aus :die sem Grunde wurde den Endelementen 17 des Verschlusses ungefähr die doppelte Länge wie den übrigen Elementen erteilt, so dass die von -den Klemmbacken .dieser Endele- rnente ausgeübte Klemmwirkung .stärker ist.
An den beiden. En-den des Oberteils könnte natürlich auch eine zusätzliche Sicherung angebracht werden, die ein Öffnender Ver- schlusselemente erst nach ihrer Lösung ge stattet.
Beim beschriebenen Schuh gehören. zum Unterteil verschiedene, auswechselbare Ober teile 4, die entweder in verschiedenen Farben hergestellt sind und auch aus verschiedenem Material bestehen können oder verschiedene Form aufweisen. Die Trägerin des Schuhes kann in diesem Falle jeweils den gewünsch ten, beispielsweise zu ihrem Kleid passenden Oberteil auswählen und an dem Unterteil in rascher und einfacher Weise befestigen, wäh rend es bis jetzt erforderlich war, für jedes Kleid einen besonderen, dazu passenden Schuh kaufen zu müssen.
Die Erfindung ist natürlich nicht auf Schuhe mit einem Oberteil der in F'ig. 1 dar gestellten Art beschränkt, sondern es könnte jeder beliebige Oberteil mittels des lösbaren Verschlusses an einer Sohle befestigt werden. Der Oberteil könnte zum Beispiel aus zwei Teilen, einem Zehenteil und einem Fersen teil, bestehen, welche je für sich mittels eines lösbaren Verschlusses an der Sohle befestigt werden könnten; der Oberteil könnte aber auch nur ein einziges, den ganzen Fuss um gebendes Stück bilden.
Der dargestellte Schiebeverschluss ist ebenfalls nur beispielsweise genannt, und es können auch irgendwelche anderen, lösbare Verschlussmittel zur Befestigung :des Schuh oberteils am Sohlenteil verwendet werden. Der Verschluss: könnte z. B. nach Art eines Reissverschlusses ausgebildet .sein, wobei der Betätigungsschieber sowohl zum .Schliessen als auch zum Öffnen des Verschlusses ver wendet - wird..
