Automatic firearm with safety device against rebound. Automatic firearms with rigidly locked breeches have become known, in which the locking and unlocking is effected by longitudinally pushing a locking piece mounted in the breech block.
With such weapons it can happen that when the bolt is hit, the lock moves so far backwards in its foremost position due to the rebound alone that it is immediately unlocked again.
If: the shot goes off properly at the moment when the bolt reaches its foremost position, this rebound is irrelevant, since after the shot the unlocking should take place anyway. But if the ignition is delayed for whatever reason, the shot may only go off in a moment,
in which the piece of strap that moves in the lock is bounced back so far that it is already unlocked. Serious damage to the weapon is then inevitable.
The subject matter of the present invention is an automatic firearm with a safety device which prevents it from being unlocked by rebounding before the shot is fired.
According to the invention, the securing device consists of an additional lock against rebounding of the locking piece, which is only disengaged after being fired by parts moved by sight.
If the shot does not go off, the locking piece, which is movable in the lock, cannot move, or not move sufficiently far, as a result of the action of the lock, to enable unlocking.
Such additional blocks have already been used per se. However, these only had a short-term blocking effect and their release is not dependent on the shot, so that the disadvantages described at the beginning can still occur with afterburners.
With CTasdr-uckladern resp. In the case of weapons with gas pressure release, the gas piston, which is used to move the bolt in the breech, can also be used to disengage the rebound lock in a number of ways.
On, the drawing is shown schematically as an example embodiment of the subject of the invention of the Rückprallsiche.rungsvorrichtung on a gas pressure charger.
F'ig. 1 shows the weapon with the bolt locked, FIG. 2 with the bolt unlocked.
The tube a is fastened in the weapon housing b be. The lock c with the locking lever d is longitudinally in it. A slide e is longitudinally displaceable in the closure, through whose control surface e. the locking lever d is held in the locked position (Fig. 1) and through its control surface e ,,
-which comes into engagement with the control surface dl on the locking lever, the unlocking is effected (Fi, g. 2).
The gas sampling housing f sitting on the tube a contains the cylinder for the gas pressure piston g, the rear end of which acts on the gate valve e. A spring brings the gas pressure cylinder back into the rest position. The additional lock is designed as a latch i. It is mounted so that it can rotate on the bolt fixed in the weapon housing and is under the pressure of the spring 1.
The gas pressure piston g has at the rear end an inclined surface g i, which engages with the front end il of the pawl i. The latch has a nose of the slide e and a corresponding nose e3.
The mode of operation is as follows: As long as no shot is fired, the gas pressure calves g and thus also those on its inclined surface @g, remain. overlying latch i in the in Fig. 1 layer drawn. With the latch in this position, the slide e, guided in the lock, cannot move so far back that it is unlocked.
because earlier with his nose e8 he struck the nose i ;, the latch. Unlocking by rebounding the slide e is therefore not possible before closing exit.
Only when the crash pressure piston g is moved backwards after the shot does the front end i, the pawl, run onto the inclined surface g of the gas pressure piston, whereby the pawl i is rotated so far that the tooth i is out of range des- tooth e, the slide e comes, and this can now lead the unlocking movement, g unhindered.
